In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Twilight fell over the cold lumbering tree house, on the outskirts of Halloween Town. A small breeze blew outside giving off a chill like filling all around. Inside the Tree house the bag of bugs himself was wandering around. It had been a few months since the old witch had found Oogie again to bring him back into The Council of Villains, or "The Hellfire Council" as she put it now, but Oogie hasn't heard a word from her in months and he was getting tired of waiting. He figured he would take things into his own hands.
Oogie called the heartless Maleficent had given him upon her visit to him. It was supposed to act as a darkness portal, but perhaps he could turn it around.
"Well now little guy why don't you send out a message to all your other friends to get the other Hellfire Council members here even though I haven't met them yet," Oogie said with laugh. And so, the small heartless left in a cloud of darkness.
Hopefully it would bring to him the members of the Hellfire Council, but for now Oogie went about organizing the room he was in.
The first signs of success... A portal opened within the darkly damask casino room entrenched within the base of the Treehouse. From out stepped a pale, shapely figure with explosive, silver hair and crimson irises that matched her blood red lips. Accompanying her-- or rather, attached to her-- were two snake-like tentacles with gaping maws. One leered at the new location with blank, white eyes, while the other swayed back and forth with its blade-like frills.
Truly, the Cloud of Darkness was a sight to behold.
Hovering slightly off of the ground, the woman made her way slowly over to the neon green burlap creature that had summoned her to this place. To say she had not been eager to come would have been a lie on every level. The Cloud of Darkness had been quite ready for some fun, ever since her slight mishap in Traverse Town.
"Oogie..." she cooed softly, letting the word drift sensually through the air. "We had not been expecting such a hurried summoning. What calls us together on this auspicious evening?"
She was rather delighted that the small Heartless had called on her to attend the meeting. So glad, she'd restrained herself and let it live, as opposed to snatching its head and crushing it between her elegant fingers.
Oogie was busy 'decorating' when the Cloud of Darkness flew in. He was involved so much in what he was doing he didn't even hear the Cloud of Darkness speak. "Ooo," Oogie said as he finished the the blade turner, so he finally turned around and noticed the cloud.
Oogie crossed his arms. "Wel lnow who are you, I don't remeber you so why aare you here waisting the great Oogie Boogie's time while I'm waiting for my Council members," Oogie said looking at the Cloud of Darkness.
Oogie tapped his foot while waiting. He didn't liek waiting. It was too boring for him. Where were his council members. The only thing here was this wierd woman, and Oogie did not remember her.
"I'm waiting," Oogie said now getting very impatient.
Floating closer, and undiminished by Oogie's brusque demeanor, the Cloud of Darkness ran a hand along the rough surface covering the creature before her, floating around behind him and trailing her hand. This was an old game...
"We are the Cloud of Darkness," she said. "We just so happened to overhear your call to arms amidst the waves of Darkness... and we couldn't help ourselves."
As if to demonstrate her usefulness and dedication, she summoned up another Heartless. Snatching it up and taking a seated position midair, she held it in her lap and began to pet it while looking at Oogie Boogie.
"We had hoped we could add our own skills and strengths to your endeavor," she said. "However, if you do not wish for my assistance, we shall gladly leave this place and alert the proper authority to your activities..."
The words were said halfheartedly, and even she could detect her voice giving away that the threat was hollow... but it was all part of her game. Oh yes... A game of bluffing. On the one hand, it was against her nature to prevent such wonderful things as whatever Oogie may have planned, as they were sure to bring destruction. On the other, she had to have something to hold over him to get him to let her join in on the fun.
Oogie slapped the Cloud of Darkness's hand away as it pet Oogie. What did he look like some dog in the pound. No, she needed to learn and distance herself, from the great Oogie Boogie.
"Help the council well, we are how do you say light-handed at the moment," Oogie said thinking about what the Cloud of Darkness said.
Oogie shot a gaze straight at the Cloud as soon as she pulled the threat. "Missy I am the only authority on this planet, if someone wishes to take me away they'll have to get a few traps like this," Oogie said stepping on a button causing blades to drop from the ceiling.
"Or like this," he said causing the mechanical men to shoot there guns.
"Or even these," Oogie said throwing out two exploding Die, which exploded.
"Plus they would have to get through my heartless to get to me," Oogie said crossing his arms then stepping on another button, causing all the traps to stop.
"You though, I like, your in the Council for now," Oogie said turning around, and getting to work on a new booby trap.
Overjoyed at her acceptance, the Cloud of Darkness took the Heartless she had been petting, a tiny Shadow, and tossed it casually over her shoulder. A slight upturn on either side of her florid lips was the only thing that betrayed her. Finally, an outlet for her boredom.
"If we may, Oogie," she began, "What exactly was your plan for this meeting? What action are you aiming to begin?"
It was an important question. So far, only she had shown up, but surely with all the Heartless she'd heard scurrying along the Corridors, there were more than a few members.
If things move too slowly, we may become bored again...
That was unacceptable. Boredom meant she may end up doing something rash and reckless again, as with the incident with those two Devouts and that... strange young man.
"If we can, it would be nothing short of a privilege to assist in speeding up the proceedings," she said. "After all... time waits for no one."
Oogie finished setting up twenty spring loaded bear traps that could shoot out at people at Oogie's will. He laughed as he then tested it out.
Oogie turned around when the Cloud spoke. "My plan, MY PLAN IT'S GOING TO FABULOUS!" Oogie said then going into a laughing fit.
He walked over to the Cloud and looked her over up and down. "Take a seat any were," Oogie said to her then turning back away.
Oogie went back to work, now working on a flame shooter. He was so into his work he became oblivious to what the Cloud was saying next. At one point a flame spurt caught Oogie's hand on fire.
"Hot hot," he said putting out the small fire then going back to work.
N A D I A V E R D A N S K Y "IT NEVER WAS AND NEVER WILL BE"
Time waits for no one, indeed, and by now she was certainly fucking pissed.
It had been at least an hour since Oogie Boogie had led her into his tree house of terror and gone inside that freaking room to take care of who knows what shit. An hour. That was no way to treat his guests and especially not her. Tapping her foot in an attempt to channel her impatience, the huntress leaned against the wooden wall next to the green door, looking for a way to kill some time. Her eyes soon found a lonely, tiny little bug crawling up the opposite wall. Perfect. Letting a wide grin spread across her face, she drew out Obsidian as she brainstormed several ways to end its pitiful existence.
A voice.
The woman suddenly found herself distracted by this new presence, immediately proceeding to eavesdrop on the conversation taking place next door. It sounded female... yet at the same time wild and savage, like an animal. Or maybe several animals; it was amplified as if more than one beings were speaking their mind through that body. What on earths was going on in that room? Pressing an ear against the door, she managed to catch faint fragments of their dialogue before it suddenly came to an abrupt end. It didn't take much brains to connect the dots and solve the puzzle; Mr. Bug Bag was definitely a victim of Alzheimer's.
Silently realizing that she had wasted enough of her time in this silly "proposition", Nadia decided to stop all of the bullshit. THUD! Facing a swift and solid kick, the casino's door didn't pose much of a threat and simply dropped dead to the ground. She glanced at the half naked serpent lady, eyes rapidly flickering at the creature perched on her shoulder. FFFT! Without warning, a barrage of icicles found themselves comfortable in the tiny shadow's body, immediately sending it back to the darkness it called home. "Sorry 'bout that... you had a bug on your shoulder."
Blowing the mist that her gun emitted away, the female turned to look at their host, raising an eyebrow at his... work. If he wanted to put together a flamethrower, he should have definitely asked for her assistance. The huntress put her weapon away, clearing her throat to make sure she had his complete and utter attention. "I hope you didn't forget about me, Boogeyman. I'm sick of waiting."[/color]
Without being asked to beforehand, the girl made herself comfortable on the nearest vacant chair (as far away as possible from that creepy lady she had probably infuriated moments ago) and looked up at the villain, awaiting his reply and thus finally his offer.
N A D I A V E R D A N S K Y "YOU DON'T KNOW HOW YOU'VE BETRAYED ME"
The Cloud of Darkness considered the female who had burst into the room and shot icicles at the Shadow she'd tossed over her shoulder. Her aim was impressive, worthy of commendation to be sure, but it wasn't nice to shoot things when a misfire could hit someone else. She'd have to teach the child a lesson here in a moment... but now was time to focus Oogie on to the plan at hand (whatever that was).
"Yes, Oogie, now is the time to tend to the task at hand," she said. "We must know what your plans are in order to proceed."
Motives... What were her motives? Boredom? No, now it was more involved. She was here to fulfill one of her duties. She would bring balance to this pitiful world by consuming it, and Oogie would be her vehicle for that consumption.
I will extinguish all life in this universe... and then there will be no Light, nor Darkness... only the Cloud and the Void.
Nadia kicked down the casino door. That was Oogie's favorite door it looked just like him. He scowled at the girl. He didn't forget about her well maybe he did just a little, but it was all in good terms, well good for the dark users at least.
Nadia seemed mad though she killed a poor shadow on the Cloud's shoulder. Well she would have to cool down a little angryness would get nothing done.
"No I was just busy decorating," Oogie said crossing his arms. He was hoping for an apology for the door, but that was unlikely.
"Hm plan," Oogie thought about the Cloud's words for a moment. He had almost forgot the whole reason he had brought them all here in the first place. Well now was a good enough time as any to reveal the big Boogie surprise.
"My plan is simple the Council needs a headquarters, one were darkness is all around, we used to have one, but I haven't heard about it in ages, so we need a new one," Oogie said starting to tell out his plan.
"My plan is for us to first take Halloween town then the other holiday worlds," Oogie said, fully revealing his plan. he was keeping the whole Seven Holiday king a secret for now though.
"Our main problem though will be Jack Skeleton the walking bone daddy," Oogie telling them of his nemesis.
