In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

Position: Second in Command for the Turks, also known as the Investigation Sector of the General Affairs Department (or the Department of Administrative Research) of the Shinra Electric Power Company.
Shinra can be seen as either/or, depending on which side of the Mag Rod you're on. He likes to think he's on the good side, though. And if Shinra's goals match yours, he'll have no qualms with a bit of teamwork.
Powers:Thundaga is easily his favorite attack, lazily connected by Dirb to his Mag Rod. It's the cliché rain of thunder on enemies, and can't be cast repeatedly without a break or he'll, like, fall over and go to sleep. It's Reno. Pyramid is his way to lock his enemies in, well, a pyramid. The stronger the enemy, the less likely this will hold. It doesn't damage his opponent, only incapacitates them until they're freed. Materia is how Reno carries around his magic. If he leaves it out in the open, it's perfectly capable of being stolen. Immunities include Gravity and Lightning/Thunder.
Weapon:Electromagnetic Rod: Can be used as a sword, only without the blade, obviously. He can counter attacks with it, and only if he's close enough to his opponent, shock them. I'm thinking the stronger the charge the more damage done, but this doesn't work well with those unaffected by Lightning/Thunder/etc.
Picture:
Appearance: The Mullet His fantastically red hair is short on top and long in the back. Though this hairstyle is often reserved for white trash comedy acts, it fits Reno well.
The Look Unless he's honestly amused or entertained, Reno doesn't smile. He leers, smirks, and wolfishly grins. Sometimes he makes funny faces. His attitude is channeled through his general appearance: business in the front, party in the back. He rarely stands up straight because he's more interested in slouching; he doesn't walk because he moves with more of an arrogant swagger. Try as his fellow Turks may, Reno never follows the company's dress code: His shirt is always untucked with the top few buttons undone, and his supposedly-tailored jacket always seems nearly two sizes too large. Why? Because he's classy.
Personality:"Elena. Don't misunderstand. A pro isn't someone who sacrifices himself for his job. That's just a fool."[/i]
