In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

This thread needed to be done. Since Leiz is gathering quite the crew (and yes, I mean crew, since most of them will have to pay their way to live on the ship and travel), an organized thread is necessary. This particular post will list all the members of the ship (current and future ones), their current positions, current threads and such that the crew is involved in, and last but not least... the current status of the ship.
Crew Members
Leiz - Captain, Pilot (STATUS: Onboard)
Seed - Unofficial crew member, Captain's "number one"(STATUS: Not quite a crew member)
Helena (STATUS: Technically Onboard)
Legato - Logger (STATUS: Technically Onboard)
Falsetto (STATUS: Technically Onboard)
Anil (STATUS: Technically Onboard)
Sol (STATUS: Not yet found)
Ariana (STATUS: Not yet found)
Vayne - Probably going to be the cook (STATUS: Not yet found)
Threads (in chronological order)
Below is a list of all the threads that crew members are in, starting from the date that the crew got together. Not all threads that crew members in will be posted - only the ones that I deem as being significant will be inserted. Green threads are completed threads and can be considered canon. Yellow threads are threads currently being worked on. Red threads are hypothetical threads.
Otherworldly Arrangements (Leiz, Legato, Falsetto, Helena): Leiz is convinced to start a Gummi Ship crew.
Blow the Candles Out (Leiz, Legato, Falsetto, Helena, Anil): The next day, or - several hours later, after everyone's rested - the crew boards the ship.
Possible Discussion thread (Leiz, Legato, Falsetto, Helena, Anil): Leiz and the current members of his crew have a discussion. Who they are, where they're from - this is a social thread. This is not a necessary thread, however.
Isolation Jamboree (Leiz, Seed): Dropping the crew off at Twilight Town, Leiz pays a visit to Destiny Islands. He meets with an adversary... which unexpectedly develops into something more.
Twilight Town Exploration (Legato, Falsetto, Helena, Anil ...): During Leiz's meanderings on Destiny Island, the crew visit Twilight Town. This is totally optional. The crew doesn't HAVE to do this thread. It's just something to pass the time.
Clawing (Seed, Myde): Myde meets with Seed in Twilight Town and learns of Seed's relationship with Leiz. Seed, pissed off, later ends up running into Sol.
Fury (Sol, Ariana, Seed ...): Sol, a future member of the crew, goes berserk. Ariana, another future member, is also present.
It's a secret to Everybody (Leiz, Seed): Pissed off at Myde for getting involved in his affairs, Seed visits Leiz in an attempt to make himself feel better. Leiz informs him of his crew and sets boundaries.
+1 (Leiz, Hero ...): Leiz finally arrives in Twilight Town... only to run into Hero yet again.
Olette's Bulletin Board (Leiz, Legato, Olette, ...): Legato signs up for Olette's quest, as well as Leiz.
Rendezvous Thread (Leiz, Legato, Falsetto, Helena, Anil): Leiz and Legato get back from the Water Flan hunting quest to pick up his crew.
A present (Leiz, Seed, Sol ...): Sol is dropped off at Leiz's ship as a 'present'. Without much to say, Leiz humbly accepts Sol as a crew-member ... though unlike Seed, he believes in the wolf's freedom.
Let's go, fishboy (Leiz, Zephyrus): Leiz meets up with Zephyrus again in Traverse Town and - provided things work out that way - recruits him. The crew, for now, is complete.
Crew Discussion (Leiz, others ...): Leiz talks to the various members of the crew, trying to discern their own personal goals and ambitions in relation to his. He then decides that this ship is no longer fit for a group of their size, and declares that they visit Belevadia for the ship to be refitted.
A Stop in Belevadia (Every crew member): Leiz stops in Belevadia to get the ship upgraded to a warship by Gummi Ship engineers. The rest of the crew are given temporary citizen's passes to visit "Ebaujer", Belevadia's largest city. Sexiness, danger and intrigue ensues.
It has come to my attention that player absences are sometimes unforeseeable and ultimately detrimental for all the members of the crew. Given the nature of "Otherworldly Arrangements" and how Helena's player has still not returned, I have devised two systems that will account for absences, whether they be long-term or short-term.
Introducing...
Crew Relief System
In order to make this work, you all need to give me the means to an end to - bluntly put - kick your character off the ship, should you go missing when we really need you to interact with the others in the group.
Here are the loose guidelines concerning that, of course.
Each member of the ship must have a last-minute reason to leave the ship. The reason must be not important in the long term, but important enough that it seems plausible for the character to get off the ship.
We will not boot characters off the ship if they are not needed for something. So, say for example that... Kokoran goes missing. If we don't need him for any given thread, his character doesn't get booted off the ship.
Should you be required to post, I'll give you a week to do so initially. If you contact me about your absence, however, I'm more than willing to give an extension. HOWEVER, if the situation honestly calls for the character in question to be removed from the ship because it's bogging us down (ie, I'm not the only one complaining about it), then it'll have to be done.
Characters who get booted off are given a long-distance transmission device that's capable of radioing in Leiz. Leiz will not kick people off his ship permanently unless there's a very good reason for it. This device can be used to get them back on the ship out-of-thread, but it'll have to fit within our timeline.
To clarify, this system works more for long-term absences than short-term absences. It doesn't make sense to drop a character off somewhere in the middle of a thread - especially when it seems too abrupt.
And...
Duty Exclusion System
Provided that something is keeping you busy during a thread that you're needed in and there's no way to get some free time to post, all you have to essentially do is send me a PM regarding the thread you're in. We can then assume basic things, like "he left to go look after his duties on the ship", effectively removing the character for several posts or the rest of the thread. This, of course, doesn't work when it comes to combat threads. Nevertheless, this accounts for most situations.
So, that said, please post your Crew Relief reasons here. I will append those reasons underneath their names in the first post.
Vayne is liable to run off because someone has info about his world. Whatever world we're closest to is an okay drop-off for him... Hope this works as a CRR.
