In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Expert Keyblader: From watching King Mickey's styles as well as downloaded combat programs, M-1C is a formidable combatant in close combat. Putting together King Mickey's style with other, M-1C has his own impressive and overpowering style that concentrates on on powerful driving blows and attacking so often the enemy doesn't have time to respond. M-1C signature finishing move is either jumping off of something tall or using his boots to thrust into the air, then coming down with with all his momentum to drive his blade home. When he is disarmed, he is adept at unarmed combat but mainly just due to his strength.
Android: M-1C gets that advantages and disadvantages of being a machine. Though he does not need to eat or drink, he has to "sleep" to recharge. It only takes 2 hours to recharge and can do it while standing. He has metal plating under his synthetic skin and all his fuel tanks are shield to prevent unfortunate explosions. M-1C also has a small amount of shielding against electricity as well as water. Another disadvantage is due to his weight he sinks quickly in water. Powers more powerful then thunder that strike him directly cause him to shut down for one post to prevent memory corruption. He tries at all cost to stop this by either attack magic users first or keeping his void shield active. He also is as strong as three large men even though his size is small.
Equipment: M-1C has a couple different integrated weapons as well as shields and boot rockets
Technical Wiz: M-1C is very good with computers and programs
Weapon:
Imitation Keyblade: While it has none of the powers of a normal keyblade, it is a nicely made sword modeled after King Mickey's dark keyblade.
Wrist Rocket: Armed with one of these embedded in his right arm, this is a small rocket with a power kick. While it is not heetseeker, M-1C can guide it thought it splits his vision making it difficult to concentrate on two thinks at once. Once fire it needs to be replaced before being usable again.
Flamethrower: This weapon is implanted into his left arm. The small shielded fuel tank in his shoulder holds enough fuel for two shots before it needs to be refilled.
Items:
Boot Rockets: Holes open on the bottom of M-1C's shoes that allow him to fly for a short time or just give him more impressive jumps. The tanks in his hip carries enough fuel for ten posts worth of flying if used in a controlled burn. If he uses the rockets for a thrust, doubling his normal jump height, it only uses half the fuel allowing for twenty posts. Controlled burn - 1 post in the air or 1 unit of fuel Thrust - 1 posts to increase jump distance or .5 units of fuel
Void Shield: Taking a post to power on, the void shield protects M-1C from ranged attacks but makes it impossible for him to attack in close combat while encased in energy. Once powered on it prevents most damage from small arms and weak spells. Three powerful blows from power weapons or higher level spells will momentarily short the shield. It take 2 posts for the shield to reboot.
Infrared Vision: By blinking his eyes and giving the mental command, M-1C can activate vision to see perfectly in the dark though large bursts of heat while blind him for a post as the sensors adjust. When using this sight, his eyes turn red revealing he is not the King but a robot.
M-1C Key is an exact replica of King Mickey down to the smallest physical feature. We wears the garb that King Mickey was commonly seen in last time he was spotted. He wears a black and red gradient jacket with white trimmings as well as red pants and yellow sneakers. They are not as nice as his as they are purely knockoffs. Whenever M-1C has to use his flamethrower or wrist rocket, the back of his forearm opens to reveal the weapon as well as showing indisputable evidence that he is a robot. As he sustains damage, his synthetic skin peels away revealing his metal plating.
Personality:
M-1C Key is programmed to mimic the King in every way possible until he enters battle, where he has a fighting style all his own. He always stays very chipper with a big smile on his face. M-1C puts on a facet, being very generous and nice to everyone he passes, using his stature to get to places normally not allowed. Unlike Mickey, he throws his stature around being bossy or sometime borderline rude in requesting help. He often interact relatively informally with people to try and charm them into helping him since the King is only informal with his close friends. M-1C's whole purpose for being is to ruin the King's reputation and cause havoc to keep him on his toes. He lies compulsively and is very talented at it, using his appearance to gain others trust.

History:
M-1C has gone through quite a few life cycles before he got to where he is now. In the beginning, he was designed as a decoy bot. They were made to look at the King so that they could be used to make public appearances in his stead. They were taught to act exactly like him and were given simple jobs to complete as the King. They would appear at grand openings as well as show up if a speech was needed since they could simple download a speech to read. He brand was having great success until some of the general public discover what they were doing and expressed there outrage. The whole program was scrapped and all the replica were disassembled and tossed. Shortly afterwards is when M-1C's life began.
While looking through the trash for usable parts, an old disgraced scientist, Hemrick Croot found the head of one of the Mickey replicas. Taking the part home due to its complexity, he spent the next few days researching why such a great piece of machinery would be found in a landfill. After discovering the story, Croot began returning to the landfill daily searching for more parts. As weeks past, he managed to gather another head, an arm with hand, and the torso to his soon to be refurbished beauty. He removed the brain from the extra head and combined it with the other head to create a powerful working brain with exceptional storage and that is when M-1C came to life.
The scientist attached a working battery to the head to provide it power enough to come back on line. The new robot, even though it had no body as of yet, was coined M-1A. M-1C first version had no way of speaking initially, and could do nothing other then look around the room. After a few day's, Hemrick attach the head to a computer so that it could talk through the speech program on the computer. An unknown consequence of mashing the programming of the two replica's brains together was that it cause a "malfunction" in his programming. This mistake or sorts allowed the new model to think and act independently, not needing orders to operate. Whenever the scientist left lab, M-1A surfed the net, learning things at an incredible rate and learning what he thought was the purpose of mankind is, violence. He never revealed his thoughts and waited for the time that he would receive a body.
Two years later, the scientist finally finished designing his refurbished body. Croot had managed to find two legs but never another arm so he had to reverse engineer it from the one he possessed. With a completed form, M-1A was disconnected from the computer and upon being connected to the body, M-1B was born. M-1B, confident in the fact that he no longer needed the scientist, caused an unfortunate accident that killed the scientist in the explosion. The android made his escape and retreated into the landfill where he felt no one could find him. Not having much of his original synthetic skin, he hid his appearance and began searching for solution. Only a week later, he found enough parts from the landfill to construct his own skinner. Not having the tools, he had to use the land fill owners tools, whenever he could steal them. After finally completing his skinner, he reapplied his Mickey skin and went to try it out.
While in his new skin, he was given the royal treatment with pretty much anything he wanted. He used his appearance to purchase better parts and charged them directly to the castle itself if he didn't get it for free. He began stockpiling weapons and parts in the landfill until one day he was confronted by the castle guard. Not wanting to get caught M-1B fled the scene but was badly damaged in the escape. Dragging himself back to the scientist burned out lab he hid and made a plan for his next actions. After waiting until he was confident he could return to his little lab safely, he began the upgrades that made him what is now.
After fourteen months, the upgrades were complete. Now coining himself M1-C, Mic, or Mickey, he had integrated weapons and enhanced his inner servos for more power. He also removed his synthetic skin so that he could place armor plating under it. Before reskinning himself, Mic decided to incorporate a shield, similar to that seen on a gummi ship, into his body. After only a few sort months and extensive research, he completed his void shield. Finally deciding to add a few essentials, he integrated boots rockets as well as infrared vision to make himself more then a match for the guards and any opponent he faced. He has just left his haven, after reskinning himself, to continue his plans of continued upgrades and havoc.

I'm going to reject this, since the basis of this character depends on a canon without any permission from the staff, who tends to Mickey Mouse. Also the king is so evasive that I doubt anyone have efficient details or data about him. Also the king is hardly an ever present figure in Traverse Town.

It's not that he's crossing timelines, but you're making a replicated canon without permission. We try to have a solid hand on Mickey, since he's a valuable figure in the game so he can't be utilized too chaotically. With that it goes with anything that is related to Mickey as well. So if you wanted to even at least make such a character, you should contact the staff first to see if its applicable.
XD If you work hand in hand with us anything is plausible (just to say my brain totally farted a plot.)
