~Android Powers~
Ai has the ability to run bio-scans on other humans to determine if they are internally injured or somehow infected, making her useful in case of a sudden emergency, though she has no healing spells. She also has immense strength and agility, typical for a robot of her make, but will tend to overheat if she uses these advanced reflexes for too long.
Weapon/Items: Tessen Fans ~ A twin pair of battle fans that are stored in each of Ai's arms and are ejected when she detects a threat to her well-being. She also has tessenjutsu programed into her body, and is a master at the art of fan fighting.
Picture: Ai RikotaAppearance: Ai stands about 5' 8" tall and has a very slender frame that looks like skin, but is actually a synthetic imitation of skin used for androids. She has blond hair that she keeps back with a bow and two clips. Headphone-like devices lie on either side of her head, used as her methods for hearing. Her eyes are a stunning teal color, but are flat with lack of emotion. She wears a white sleeveless crop top with a black hood sewed onto the back and short shorts which have 2 gold and black belts on them.
Her feet have black and gold boots with a loose covering that envelops all but her heels and toes. Her arm have two sleeves that are separate from her shirt, and are black with a gold trim and a green rectangle on the top of both.
Personality: Theme song: Kokoro ~ Rin Kagamine Ai, lacking the KOKORO program made for her by her master, lacks most of the basic human emotions, and can barely emulate friendship, love and sorrow. She is set and determined to discover this program, which she lost when the Heartless attacked her world. She believes that once she gets the KOKORO, she will discover why her master never answered the last words ever spoken to him, for she can't fully understand what love is.
She does wish to do what he asked her to do, however, and tries to befriend people often, though her emotionless views may scare them off. However, this does not hurt her, for she can't "feel" without the KOKORO. Also, she is incapable of anger, but can recognize a threat when it presents itself, and fight it accordingly. Many would think her lack of emotions would impair her judgement, but she is quite capable of determining friend from foe and making up her "mind".

History: The 1st miracle...is that you were born...Before the android Ai Rikota II was made, there was a small family, one of a mother, a father and a small child. The father was a very notable scientist, and worked on androids to make tasks easier for humans. He was very wealthy, and the family lived a very good life.
But one day, tragedy struck. The mother died of an unknown disease, leaving the husband with one final task: protect their daughter, Ai, no matter what the cost was. He agreed, tears falling down his face, and watched as his wife withered away in his arms. Ai watched on, curious as to what had happened, unable to understand at suck a young age.
The 2nd miracle...was time spent together...As the years passed, the father watched Ai grow into a beautiful young woman, who was very talented at singing and dancing. The man continued his work, working on a program to grant his androids the use of emotions. However, his time with Ai was to be cut short.
Soon after her 16th birthday, Ai died from the same disease as her mother, her last words to her father that she had no regrets whatsoever in life. Although he prayed and prayed for a miracle, none came, and he was bitter with the loss of his daughter and the fact that the promise to his wife had been broken.

The father, taking a cutting of Ai's hair, returned to his lab to make his own miracle. He synthesized the DNA into data of her memories and appearance, and created an android who looked exactly like his daughter. He uploaded the DNA data into her, but was disappointed to see she was unable to access her memories due to the lack of a heart. So he took his emotion program from before and set to make KOKORO, a program to get him his daughter back. Over the years, Ai II and the scientist shared many happy moments, though she was merely a copy of his daughter and had little emotions. He taught her all she needed, and loved her like his own.
However, he still worked on the KOKORO to the last of his days. Ai II found him in his lab holding his heart, and held him, listening to his last words. He told her that KOKORO was finished, but she was never to install it unless there was nothing left for her or the human race. Then, with another convulsion, he passed on and joined his family in the heavens.
The fourth miracle...was to see you again...Ai II, however, began to roam the world, the KOKORO program kept on her at all times for safekeeping. As she wandered, she witnessed wars, deaths, birth, and the eventual eradication of the human race by a super-disease. As she wandered the earth, a lone shell of what her human persona had used to be, she began to have strange impacts in her code that she couldn't put a name to. Could this be one of those emotions the professer had mentioned? It was then that she decided to use the KOKORO.
However, strange creatures appeared and cut her short. As she was pulled into the darkness, the KOKORO was separated from her, and she was ejected into a strange world, one that would mark the beginning of her new life.
