In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Name: Leandra Keran
Nickname: Lea, Grimm Reaper (Because of her weapons scythe form)
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Species: Human
Position: Neutral
Spells known: Fire a weak spell that creates small fireballs that swirl around the character (2 posts cool down. Same fire spell Sora has in KH2)
Techniques: Libra: A technique that uses some of the casters magic allowing them to see an Enemies physical or elemental weaknesses. (One post per enemy used on.)
Block: Uses blade to stop or deflect attacks. Can not fully stop all attacks.
Dodge roll: Leandra rolls out of the way of elemental attacks and some other projectile attacks. Can not dodge all attacks.
Skills: Sword Proficiency. She was taught how to use a sword at a very young age. She's been practicing for many years and once she started using a real sword was able to match many stronger fighters.
Weapon: Syphon Scythe. A unique blade that allows Leandra to steal her enemies magic. The magic is then used to fuel the sword's special technique which transforms it into a giant scythe. Overuse of the weapon's special ability can result in extreme fatigue. In it's dormant state Syphon Scythe is a Red and black broad sword with no guard. When awakened through it's "Shift Change" It becomes a scythe that is large then Leandra. Even though it seems heavy she wields it effortlessly. The drain on her enemy is enough to knock any spells they know down one tier. (Firaga to Fira, Blizaga to Blizara, etc.) The Scythe transformation only lasts for two posts before it reverts to it's dormant state being unusable for five posts.
Items: A locket with a picture of her and her older brother. Her older brother vanished shortly before the Keyblade Master's first journey. She is currently trying to find him.
Appearance: Leandra is about average height for a woman her age being 5’ 5”. She has shoulder length green hair with red feathers hanging from her bangs. Her eyes are a pale blue color. She has a scar under her left eye that she got when she was eight years old. She has an athletic build along the lines of what one would expect a swimmer to look like. Her daily attire is a black muscle shirt under a red and green jacket along with jogging pants that are also red and green with a black star on her left thigh. She wears a pair of white and blue sneakers. The feathers in her hair are from a bird on her home world that is said to bring good luck.
Personality: Leandra’s motivations for traveling are to find her brother and learn more about the worlds. She believes that her brother tried to find the Keyblade Master and vanished while looking for him. Her hope is that while traveling she will find both the Keybearer and what happened to her brother. Her main objective is to find her brother alive failing that she wishes to kill the person or thing that took down her brother. Her greatest desire is to live in a world unthreatened by the darkness alongside her brother.
Her fears are that she won’t find her brother and that the Keybearer will be a less honorable person then the stories portray. Her greatest weakness is over confidence in her own abilities and overreliance on her weapon. Her biggest concern is not having enough challenges along the way. Although she wishes to find her brother quickly she also likes having a little challenge. She prefers to travel alone rather then in a group believing that other people only slow you down.
She’s interested in learning about new people or learning new fighting techniques. One of her biggest quirks is that she will try any kind of food no matter what you tell her is in it and will usually like it unless it’s sour. She doesn’t really have any hobbies or at least she doesn’t see them as hobbies. Her talents include swordplay as well as some athleticism. She secretly blames the keybearer for her brother’s disappearance and holds a grudge against him.
She is a very honest person and will tell you exactly what she thinks of you even if it’s not very nice. Even though she prefers to work alone she can play nice with others and will help anyone that she deems to be reliable. In hazardous situations she keeps a fairly level head thinking out a strategy before attacking.
Original World: Leandra is originally from a world known as Saffron. Saffron is a world inhabited by many races. The races are varied. One of the main races on the world are the humans being the most numerous. The church of the Apostle the main religion in her world believes that there is another race that the humans and other races can not interact with. This other race is believed to be angels under service of the world’s god. They are believed to have once been Human or any of the other races on the world. Saffron has many species of birds and other animals. The most common animal is the Regal Pharaoh a very large bird with bright red feathers that are said to bring good luck to any one who possesses their feathers.
Current World: She currently resides in Radiant Garden. She waits there for the Keybearer's return.
History: When Leandra was born her mother died. Her father was almost never around so her older brother who at that time was six years old raised her. She was three years old living with her brother when the Keybearers; Ventus, Terra, and Aqua were on their quests to stop the unversed. Her brother has always looked after her being the one to train her once she was old enough. She began to learn swordsmanship from her older brother and his teacher at the age of six.
The first thing she learned was the basics of swordsmanship. By the time she was eight she was very advanced for someone her age. During a spar with her brother his training sword broke from the force of her strike and caused her to get a small cut under her left eye leaving her with the scar she has now. When The keybearer embarked on his first quest to save the worlds she had turned 13 and was going to join the army on her home world before her brother went off to try and aid the Keybearer. This was also when she was given her sword a memento from her brother before he left.
People on her world had heard of many tales of the Keyblade's chosen ones. It was said that long ago when the first keyblade war was fought one of the masters of light was from their world. Even though so far their world was untouched by darkness they wished to keep it this way. That is why they sent Leandra's older brother when the priests started to notice the stars flickering out of existence.
After her brother left Leandra decided to wait for his return since her ambition for joining the army was to impress him. When half a year had passed without her brother returning she had tried to get the people who had opened the fracture (a sort of temporary entrance to the dark corridors) for her brother to do the same for her so she could find him but they refused. By the time that a year had passed she feared the worst and broke into the facility that the fracture was housed in. She used the limited knowledge of the fracture she had from her brothers journal and was sucked through to another world. The world she found herself in was at that time referred to as Hollow Bastion.
She had wanted to approach the Keybearer when he first showed up there on his second quest but she was to scared to. After the keybearer had helped find the true name of the world, which was Radiant Garden, she chose to stay there and wait for his return knowing that he would come back since his friends were here. She had thought of joining the Radiant Garden Restoration Committee but decided that her time would be better spent working on her swordsmanship and destroying the stragglers of both heartless and Nobodies. She hoped that if she was able to make a big enough dent in the armies of Heartless and Nobodies that frequented the world that she would make a name for herself and gain the attention of the restoration committee thus getting an automatic introduction to the keyblade master without having to seek it herself.
Role playing sample:
Leandra was beginning to regret having gone into the bailey on her own. She should have listened to the guard when he had told her that there were far to many strong Heartless down there. However being the overconfident person she was she had figured this would be like any other solo mission that she had accepted from the job board that the Radiant Garden Restoration Committee had set up for mercenaries like herself. Normally she didn’t take ones with this high of rating but seeing as how all the other lower tier jobs were already taken for the day and the fact that she needed money for rent she took it. After all who in their right mind is going to turn down a job that offers 5,000 Munny. Especially when their monthly rent is half of that.
“Oh shit Oh shit Oh shit.” She repeated as she rolled out of the way as an Assault rider charged at her. She quickly stood up and concentrated on her magic feeling the heat of the spell she wanted. “FIRE!” She shouted being surrounded by small fireballs as the heartless charged her again. The flames hit the beast but didn’t seem to do much to it as it knocked her back towards a Morning Star, which hit with it’s spinning attack. She got back up grunting in a bit of pain. “Alright that does it now you’ve all pissed me off.” She growled out holding her sword in both hands. She focused her magic again this time casting Libra so that she could assess the Assault Rider's weaknesses.
She slashed through the Assault Rider quickly doing a bit of damage to it. Her goal however with the first attack was not to kill the heartless but to drain some of it’s magical energy for use in her blade. She smirked as her blade glowed pale blue showing that there was enough energy for her swords special ability. “Lets see how you heartless like this. SHIFT CHANGE!” She cried out as the energy around her sword glowed brighter and swirled around her knocking any oncoming Heartless back and tearing the few weaker ones apart. Her sword shifted into a very large scythe with a blood red blade and three spikes jutting out from the blade making it look all the more gruesome. She smirked widely and charged at the closest Heartless, which happened to be the Assault Rider. She swung the scythe and tore the Assault rider in half. She proceeded to chop the other heartless to pieces dodging and parrying attacks when needed. Her smirk grew the entire time she did. There was no way that this wouldn’t get the Restoration Committee's attention.
