My name is Caleb Saxen Gunnar. I would call myself a scientist or a philosopher. Although, there are those who would give me a much different profile. They would call me a warrior, a fighter, and some may venture so far as to call me a killer. This wasn’t the path I chose, but it’s where I am.
Name: Caleb Saxen Gunnar
Nickname: Saxen
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Species: Enhanced Human
Position: Good
Powers: Enhanced Strength
Tough Skin- Saxen’s bones are hard to break and his skin is strong. They can both still be cut through by a good, sharp, well cared for weapon. Gained through the metamorphosis.
Regeneration- Saxen can regrow limbs and heal small wounds. To heal large wounds requires much energy. Also, the larger the wound, the more painful it is to heal. Gained through metamorphosis.
Bone Weapons- Using the same ability that he uses in regeneration, Saxen can form weapons out of his bone. This takes a lot of energy and hurts a lot, as the weapons must go through his skin. He can also fire projectiles. Each time he uses this, the duration of his other abilities drop 1 post, and their cool down time goes up one post. Weapons last for one page. Gained through metamorphosis.
Bone Armor- As an extension of the bone weapons, Saxen can form armor. He can do this once per 2 pages and it lasts 5 posts. Gained through metamorphosis.
Body Filter- Saxen can process most poisons and can breathe as long as there is enough oxygen, regardless of what else is in the air. Gained through metamorphosis.
Battle Mode- Saxen has gained the ability to decide when this activates, though he has no control once he enters it. He attacks anything that he feels is a threat. This ability allows him to see weak points in bodies, defenses, and structures.
Close Combat- Saxen has great skill with most close range weapons, but his aim with long range weapons leaves a lot to be desired.
Trained Hearing- Saxen can locate people by the little sounds they make. He has learned to estimate height and weight.
Subspace Portals- Saxen can create portals to move him within a 15-yard radius due to practice. He can use one portal at max range per 2 pages. With shorter-range portals, he can use one every 3 posts. Time inside the portal moves 10x faster.
Thanatos-Neha- This translates to Death-Life. This simply means that he can pass on his thoughts and feelings to any being of his choice after he dies.
Weapon: Saxen wields two swords since he gave one to Shiro. One is the magic, gold sword forged and wielded by Neiday the Great, the first king of underground Anhnyqueg. When Neiday forged the sword, he put the powers into it. The sword is a basic sword with an emerald-cut ruby on the base of the hilt and a metal bat-wing acting as a hand-guard. This gold sword can be summoned from anywhere, can unlock hidden power, and can "learn" magic from other people in a much weaker form, but nobody knows about any of it or how to use it. It also automatically changes the type of weapon it is on some worlds. Halloweentown: scythe, Atlantica: lance, Port Royal: cutlass, Space Paranoids: gold identity disk.

Appearance: Saxen has blonde hair that comes slightly past his shoulders. It is a little messy and covers his eyes slightly. It has taken on a slight silver iridescence after the previous stage of bonding. His eyes are a dark blue color and show his confidence and determination. His face usually bears a confident smile, but, when he’s having a conversation, it typically turns more friendly. Occasionally, he will get a blank and distant look on his face as he remembers battles and wars, but this rarely happens. Most of the time, Saxen will wear a plain white V-neck, a black, sleeveless vest, and cut-off jeans. He always wears his black boots with two red strips at the top. On his chest, he now bears the crest of the royal family: a heart with a cross that divides it into four sections. Only the very top is visible because of the V-neck, but, if one would look closely, they would see the slight red tint through the material. Sometimes, however, he will dress in his old army uniform. This uniform consists of black, leather armor, his boots, black gloves, and a metal plate over his chest and shoulders. In the center of the chest plate, his adopted crest is displayed.
Personality: Saxen, when hanging out with his friends, usually has a rather light sense of humor. He is, however rather sarcastic once he gets to know people and will always try to make the best of things. His usual disposition gets displaced once conversations turn to battle. Then, he quickly becomes a calculating general. Even in his planning, though, he always considers individuals. People and friends are the most important things to Saxen and he would sacrifice anything for anybody. Saxen readily takes orders from those with experience, but will be just as quick to give them if others won’t. Saxen, having studied many academic subjects before he went underground, loves to have a good, intelligent conversation. He also loves working on Gummi Ships and other kinds of technology, though it seems that he’s been chosen for battle. The combination of his hesitation to enter battle and his skill once he enters one makes him one of the best people to have around in war. Saxen is a person that will give something to you if you ask, but if you try to force it from him, he won’t let you have it.
Original World: Anhnyqueg (surface)
Current World: Radiant Garden (can travel)
History:Saxen was born an only child. He grew up in a small town on the surface of his world. His family was alright, but not great. He wasn’t very strong and he started getting picked on at a young age. By middle school, he didn’t even have anybody to hang out with outside church and his grades started going down. In late middle school/early high school, getting into a fight became a regular thing. He started to get stronger, but his parents would kick him out for getting in fights and he was continually outnumbered. He did, however, study a lot online so he could learn, despite his bad grades at school. He studied physics, math, electronics, chemistry, and, just because he thought it would be fun, sword fighting. Ate age 16, he’d get kicked out of the house almost every week. It was on one of those nights that Saxen stumbled into the underground civilization of Anhnyqueg. He was saved by the giant bat, Kalck, (as he had literally fallen into Anhnyqueg) and taken to the city to be “judged.” When he got there, he was told that he couldn’t return, not that he really wanted to anyway. Saxen spent his time training and learning their language. He had been told that he was some special warrior. He was initially assigned to train with Zangus. Zangus was a fun, laid-back guy with a purpose. Zangus’s parents had been killed without reason and he wanted to make sure that didn’t happen to as many people as he could protect. He continued to train with Zangus, his bat, Cyjor, and Kalck. Soon, Jamey and Christy joined them. The four of them would do just about everything together and Ajax and Karis (two more bats) joined them to train with Jamey and Christy respectively. Then, he met the Queen, Trisha, and her bat, Carissa. Within a couple of months of his arrival, Grok, one of the Dianhs, started a civil war. In this war, Zangus and Cyjor were killed, but Saxen and the Anhs won. Saxen left the city to train in the Wilderness with Shockjaw (a nine foot tall rat), and found Deathblade and the Gummi Blocks instead. Shortly after returning, Deathblade tried to kill Saxen’s friends so he could have the body, but Saxen managed to stop Deathblade and make a deal with him. Saxen doesn’t remember any of it. After that, they started to fight as a team and Grok’s longing for justice turned to a lust for power that attracted the heartless. Saxen continued to fight along his friends and bonded to Kalck (this simply means they pledge to protect each other’s lives). They quickly discovered that fighting the heartless was futile. Saxen and the others eventually concluded that the Gummi Blocks meant that there were other places to go. Saxen decided that if there was a possibility to help/be helped, he was going to try, so they built a small, pathetic Gummi Ship for him to take out into other worlds. He left and visited Twilight Town, barely making it without any major damage to his ship. He stayed there a week or two before departing for Radiant Garden. There, he crash landed and started his adventures.
For all after that, look here:
Zytanh’s ChroniclesRole Playing Sample:“How do we always end up in the middle of a battle?" Jamey was asking a legitimate question.
"It's all because of Grok. He started our first battle, caused the death of Zangus, and then he brought the heartless to this world. I'm going to kill him. Now." They fought through the heartless with their swords flying wildly.
"What about Christy and Trisha? Where are they?" Jamey asked and looked around. As his attention drifted, several shadows jumped on him. His initial reaction was a fire spell, but he quickly realized that it would hurt Jamey, too. He couldn't spare the time anyway...Then there was a flash of light: Jamey's thunder spell.
"Good job. I couldn't spare my time to help you." He said, only half joking. He ran towards the palace. He had to keep shooting fire ahead of him to keep the heartless off of him. By the time he reached the Palace, he was exhausted. He ran to the throne room. He HAD to find Trisha. This heartless invasion could only mean that Grok was finally going to invade the Palace, and, if Saxen was right, Grok was already inside, in the throne room. He ran even faster. His legs were burning; he thought that they would give out at any moment. After a few minutes, though it didn't feel like only minutes, he was standing in the throne room. He came just in time to see Christy get knocked unconscious by Grok. "NO!" He yelled. "You're not getting the throne, and you are NOT gonna go around killing my friends and turning people into heartless anymore!" His eyes focused in on Grok. He started to see all of the weaknesses in his body. Every point of instant death showed up in his vision. Every flaw in his stance, too. He knew that the same exact thing was happening to Grok at that moment.
"So, you are here to stop me, are you? You will never be strong enough to fight me and live." He said this all as if it were fact. Saxen didn't believe it. He ran forward, both swords drawn. They both struck for each other's weak points, but they both saw each attack coming and parried. This would never end. The same happened when magic entered the fight. Saxen needed some unexpected edge. This came in the form of the warrior queen of Anhnyqueg: Trisha. As a descendant of Neiday the Great, she had the right to wield the gold sword that Saxen was currently using, until Saxen was proven to be some special warrior prophesied about by Neiday. She picked up her own sword, snuck up behind Grok, and ran him through. He was still standing.
"What ARE you?" Saxen muttered in amazement. He used the opportunity to take several deadly swings at Grok, and Grok faded into the darkness...

Name: Deathblade
Nickname: Thanatos
Age: Gender: Male
Species: Liquid Metal Symbiote
Position: With Saxen
Powers:Molecular Control--Deathblade can control the molecules that make him up. He can change what he is made of, keep a constant body heat, breathe almost any liquid or gas, and eat most substances. He can also form explosives.
Shapeshifting--Deathblade can change his form into anything with the same amount of matter as is in his body.
Enhanced Senses--Being able to work on a molecular level, he can see and feel greater details in objects close to him. He can also combine this with his other powers to climb walls.
Regeneration--Deathblade can heal wounds and regrow body parts.
Weapon: Deathblade can form any metal weapon out of the metal of his body. If he has enough time to prepare, he can even form a gun.
Picture: Coming
Appearance: When Deathblade isn't wearing his helmet, he has waist-long, silver hair. His hair is slightly spiked downward and covers his right eye. His eyes glow red and show both a merciless and a calming quality at the same time, although people usually only catch the dark glare. His jaw and entire mouth are both covered by a dull grey plate. His skin has a slight red tint to it due to the fact that the natural color of the metal that makes up his body is red. He is the same height as Saxen and has a similar build. He always wears the same body suit whether he's wearing his helmet or not. The chest and abs are colored red with the rest of the suit being black. The black even covers his neck. On his chest, he bears the same crest as Saxen, but with different colors. Where Saxen's is red, his is black and the cross is in red. He wears red, fingerless gloves and the same boots as Saxen, only with thicker, red soles. He also has a black belt with a gold belt-buckle. To form his helmet, he simply forms red metal over his head. He can see out, but others can't see in.
Personality: Deathblade isn't human and, as such, is still new to human emotions and, though he will never admit it, emotions confuse him to no end, especially his own emotions. Deathblade often gets confused as to whether his emotions are really his, or if they're Saxen's. Deathblade often tries to simply shrug off emotion and work solely on logic. He rarely truly succeeds, as he still allows paranoia, violence, and confidence to cloud his thoughts. This doesn't really bother him, though, because he always enjoys a good fight. Often, his personality is as cold as the metal from which he was born. Almost nobody that meets him likes him at first. Most people find him to be either aggressive or rude. He is trying to become more like Saxen's old friend, Mateusz Zangus. Because of this choice, he tries to be more lighthearted and attempts to better his sense of humor. Some of his confusion is only increased by the fact that he had gathered memories of Zangus and he has those memories in his head as well.
Original World: Anhnyqueg (underground, in the Wilderness)
Current World: Wherever Saxen is
History:Deathblade didn't really exist until he came into contact with Saxen. Up until that point, he had been part of a larger organism. Deathblade had been chosen to bond with the next Warrior, which happened to be Saxen. When Deathblade bonded with Saxen, he gained full sentience that he had never had before. He remained mostly dormant, only helping Saxen to subconsciously know how to use certain abilities. He quickly decided, however, that he wanted more. He wanted to be his own person, so he started planning a way to break Saxen's mind. He decided to use Saxen's battle mode as an entry point into Saxen's mind so Deathblade could kill Saxen's friends using his body. This would have worked, but Saxen managed to expel Deathblade. They fought, Saxen never stood a chance, and Deathblade attempted to take over. During the recombining process, Saxen managed to create an imprint of himself using Deathblade's body. This "ghost" of his thoughts and emotions was able to come to a stalemate despite hardly being able to hold itself together. After the fight, they managed to make a deal. Deathblade decided to model Saxen and Zangus in appearance and left for a month to reflect on himself before returning to help combat the heartless. Then, they left the world and they ended up on Radiant Garden.

Name: None
Nickname: Swordsman
Age: N/A
Gender: Male
Species: Combination of Saxen and Deathblade
Position: Good
Powers:Enhanced Strength
Body Filter
Battle Mode
Tough Skin- Swordsman’s bones are hard to break and his skin is strong. He also has a layer of Deathblade's metal over his skin. A good stab could easily get through.
Regeneration- Swordsman can heal most wounds, but internal damage is difficult.
Bone Weapons- Swordsman rarely uses this except for projectiles.
Close Combat- Swordsman has great skill from both Saxen and Deathblade's borrowed skills.
Subspace Portals- Range extends to a 25-yard radius.
Teleportation- Swordsman has learned to use the portals to teleport. The same rules apply as to the portals, but the range drops to a 10-yard radius. This ability only works due to the combination of Saxen and Deathblade's minds.
Enhanced Senses- Swordsman's eyesight and touch are greatly enhanced.
Copy- Swordsman can copy materials around him and gain strength corresponding to what he absorbed.
Shapeshift- Swordsman can do some basic shapeshifting as long as two conditions are met: 1, he stays humanoid; 2, his new form is less than 1.5x his size.
Weapon: Saxen's weapons and whatever else he feels like forming.
Picture: Also coming
Appearance: The only difference in appearance that occurs for Saxen is a change in clothes and eye color. His eyes turn red and hold a little more confidence. His clothes change to a bodysuit similar to both Deathblade's suit and Saxen's armor. The bodysuit has black as a base color, but also has red and blue. His deltoids, biceps, and abs are red and his sides are blue. He also wears red fingerless gloves. The bodysuit covers his neck, and his crest is displayed on his chest. His belt is black and has a gold belt-buckle that also bears his crest. From the belt hangs an armored skirt that covers all around except for the front and looks like a grass skirt.
Personality: In their combined form, Saxen and Deathblade now combine even mentally. This causes a slight overconfidence in their new abilities. Swordsman knows the extent of his abilities and skills, but tends to overestimate and will often play with enemies rather than truly fight them. When combined, the most active parts of Swordsman's mind are the parts used when in battle. Swordsman can hardly keep his mind from a fight and, if Saxen and Deathblade were to combine outside of battle, he would spend his time practicing very fervently. Attempting to have a conversation with Swordsman can be difficult for several reasons. Partially because he always refers to himself as "we," even though they are combined mentally. He is also rather antagonistic and will often try to draw out a fight from people just to see if he's stronger than they are. Eventually, he may overcome these issues, but not until Saxen and Deathblade work on such things individually. Everything he does is also remembered by each of them, but those memories have a very different feel.
