In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

I saw it today (or, actually, yesterday, since it's about three AM). Ugh it was just lovely, I think! I highly enjoyed it the whole way through. True, it wasn't the deepest of movies, but it was brilliantly animated and the humor was really good for the most part and the characters were lovable and adorable.
Once people have seen the movie, let's talk about it some and how we felt!
I saw that movie Friday night and I found it quiet pleasurable and highly entertaining, as you said I found it quite humorous. I think Disney is trying hard to put high quality effort story's into their CGI movies that don't involve Pixar, such as Tangled and Wreck it Ralph. I also completely agree with you on the loveableness of the characters. I personally am already planning on Apply for Vanellope here when it's been a month or enough people have seen the movie for Canons to become available. Overall I would give this movie 4.5 Stars and it is definitely going up into my top 5 Disney list.
AHHH yes you should totally apply for Vanellope! I dunno if you'll still want Vanille, but that would be hilarious in that you would have a Vanellope and a Vanille. If I were to apply for a character from Wreck-It Ralph, I'd probably go after Vanellope myself, but I don't really want a Wreck-It Ralph character since none of them call my muse - not like Merida did immediately after I watched Brave.
But yes. Wreck-It Ralph is sooooo radical. I loved it so much and I can't wait to see it again!
Yea I was planning on dropping Kimmie and Keeping Vanille. Though I do think it'd be pretty epic if we had a Calhoon around Also I want to see it again as we'll, ill probably go again this time with my younger sister.

Say whaaa? Okay as your local animator Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios...are separate places. So i don't get how Disney Animation Studios 'involve' Pixar persay. Also both studios are overseen by one guy a chief exec John Lasseter...who worked at Disney. So..yeah like I said before on youtube debate...they both should be coming out with good shiznits unless the story team and director are that wargy like Brave and Lion King (two films that switched directors...one I saw for the better while the other...you can 'see' the conflict within their story).
Also...Paperman...like...OMFG. The main hype for Paperman is that it's a new orgasmic creation with the combination of 3D and 2D (which I bet are 2D mattes). GOD IT WAS GORGEOUS!
Ok Ellie I understand where your coming from with that and I agree that they both do produce very good movies. I simply meant Disney on its own has started producing more CGI movies without the Pixar studio, even though they are both headed by the same man, most of the viewing public see them as two different movie styles with Disney being more lenient towards the movie style they started with such as Beaty and the Beast and the Little Mermaid were. While Pixar being more towards CGI, so when the Disney company announced Tangled to be CGI instead of their original ways a lot of people believed it wouldn't be as good as their classic style of movie making. So I merely meant Disney is working harder to help show people that they can have a diverse way of making films and each one will contain that good old fashion Disney movie we all know and love.
Saw it after school yesterday. I swear I almost just screamed with joy at how well they did everything. the cameos, the references. While the story isn't deep(Hammering the point home) It's message is something that truly needs to be stated.
"I am bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There is no one else I'd rather be, than me."-Villains

As a counter to Shelbles:
Yes Disney had been making Traditional Animated films, but as an FYI they BEEN had CGI within the films including Beauty and the Beast (that entire dance sequence with the ballroom was a cg background), Hunchback and the Notre Dame (the crowd and the bells), Aladdin (the cave of wonders and the magic carpet), Pocahontas (the ships, the canoes, and grandmother willow), Lion King (the wildebeasts), Tarzan (all of those crazy camera moves...was in a cg enviroment), Treasure Planet (the ships, and a lot of backgrounds...where it wasn't even damn neccessary at that), probably Mulan (mainly for the big arse army scene) and so forth.
Also Disney had made CG films before Tangled such as: Dinosaurs (which wasn't that successful and hellauva expensive), Meet the Robinsons, Chicken Little, and Bolt.
If ANYTHING Tangled was Disney way in saying, "We can make cg look paintery and traditional medium" especially since they used a Rococo painting The Swing as inspiration for art direction. Also with Tangled the mega mega deal about that movie....was the hair, which still had some quirks here and there. You can say Tangled led up the Paperman.
As far as I'm concerned I don't get what people define "as good ole classic Disney stuff". If anything the "good ole classic" deals more around the story than the fact that's it 'traditional'. Like seriously what do people love about those movies...because you gobbled up those stories as a kid; the flaws in some of these newer movies which coincidentally is cg...is that the story is shit. That's why Pixar seems SOO GOOD because they spend over a year...to perfect their story. And even then...Pixar cranked out some movies that...really I don't care about, but...it was just great when it came to marketing.
Like...who really cared about Cars 2 except the little kids and people who just loved loved loved Mater. Okay Ellie is done...I need to pose some animation and finish my character model.
