In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Name: Lea ( L - E - A ) Pronounced: Lee -------------------------------------------- Aliases:
Axel(as many still mistakenly call him)
The Flurry of Dancing Flames.
-------------------------------------------- Age:While his exact age is unknown, it is speculated that he's in his mid. twenties. -------------------------------------------- Gender:Male -------------------------------------------- Species:Human -------------------------------------------- Being type:Somebody -------------------------------------------- Position:Neutral-Good -------------------------------------------- Learning type:Kinesthetic / visual -------------------------------------------- Passive:
Heartborn Embers -------------------------------------------- Home world:Radiant Garden -------------------------------------------- Last spotted:Yen Sid’s Mysterious Tower
Build:The Culprit's unique build gives him the ultimate hand when it comes to the attributes of both speed and power. His broad shoulders give him just a hair of strength, and the rest of his wiry structure gives him the speed he needs to quickly finish off his opponents.
Ethnicity:Lea is described as a white male. Defining characteristics include: Thick eyelashes. It is rumored he wears guyliner. His hair is fiery red in color. It is very spiky, and jets primarily up and backward in what is presumed to be a vague representation of the element he seems to be absolutely obsessed with.
Last seen wearing:He was last seen wearing a long, heavy black coat characterized by a large silver, two-way zipper. The size fits him perfectly, as though it were tailored to his exact measurements. Across the chest of this coat is a fancy chain hanging in a semi-circle, with another length of dangling chain mirrored on either side. He also wears black boots with silver highlights to match.
Personality:True to the element he mimics, Lea’s reasons and thoughts seem to be spontaneous. They can change on a dime, like flames bending to the will of the wind. It’s common for him to make awkward or irrational decisions which may seem to be his folly, but the more we uncover about him, the more we realize that each of his actions, no matter how instantaneous, is actually a well thought out, carefully planned act.
The Flurry can be harsh to most, and even unpredictable and dangerous, but he does have a weakness which may be exploited. To those few friends he actually has, his loyalty knows no end; for example, he has been known to follow one of his friends to the death.
Other reports detailing him describe him as mysterious, and not without good reason. He has a difficult time expressing anything other than that which relates to Fire, and due to this, his intentions are usually unclear to other people, making him difficult to figure out, and even more difficult to catch.
It is also known that he holds a distaste for his former name, Axel, though the name becomes more and more permissible the more frequently he's mistaken for his Nobody.
He is classified as highly dangerous. His motives are unclear.
Weapons: FLAME OF REBIRTH: Lea is considered armed and extremely dangerous. Previously he had only ever been seen with two wheel-like weapons. Now, he holds a keyblade with a hilt representative of one of his old spiked weapons, with a jet black ultra-comfort grip. The blade itself seems to have been made from a gusting flame frozen in time.
Chakrams:Primarily used as his weapons of choice, the wheel-like weapons he uses are still his go-to weapons. They remain his most reliable, as he seems to have trouble getting the Flame of Rebirth to materialize.
His chakrams are considered to be personalized, and are different than your average Chakrams in that Lea's have spikes. An off-white, silvery luster glints off of the outsides, beneath which is a bright red, and finally, at the centers, jet black, ultra-comfort grips.
While these weapons may not seem to be as efficient as a bow or even a pair of guns, don't let his weapon choice fool you! Lea is very skilled with these dangerous weapons, and can maneuver them to do his bidding with refined precision. It is not uncommon for him to ignite these weapons to give them an even more threatening appeal.
Criminal Record: Birth by Sleep: First sighted in Hollow Bastion with his friend Isa, Lea quickly challenges and befriends Ventus. After the battle, Lea tries to cheer up his newfound friend. Before leaving, he tells Ventus that their friendship will bring them together again some day.
Lea and Isa proceed to try and infiltrate Hollow Bastion's Castle. After being thrown out by Dilan, the Castle Guard, Lea buys them both Sea Salt Ice Cream.
The in-between:At some point overlapping the end of Birth by Sleep and the beginning of 358/2 days, Lea and Isa successfully break into Ansem's Castle. In the Computer Room it's revealed that Xehanort is unlocking hearts in order to create twelve Empty Vessels to house the fragments of his heart. Lea's heart is removed and his Nobody, Axel, was born.
He becomes Number Eight of the reclusive Organization Thirteen, and together with Isa's Nobody, Saix, plans for the collection of their lost Hearts.
Chain of Memories: In Chain of Memories he plays as the double agent. As such he gains the trust of the rebels Larxene and Marluxia just so that he can get in on their plans. He is so meticulous in pretending to be on their side that he goes to the extent of destroying one of the Organization's own, Vexen, upon command. However, after gaining their trust and learning of their plans to take over the Organization, he exposes them to the rest of the Organization as traitors and has them killed, by creative means, upon confrontation with Sora.
From there, he granted Namine freedom from the Organization's clutches so that she could show Sora the truth about how she manipulated his memories.
In addition to these blatant and meticulous accusations of murder, he attempted to enroll the aid of Vexen’s Riku Replica in order to eliminate Zexion, another member of the Organization, from Castle Oblivion’s lower floors.
358/2 Days: When Roxas was first initiated into the Organization, it was Axel's charge to show him the ropes. At first, the Flurry is unsure of how to help such a clueless, zombie-like initiate, but over time and Ice Cream, things seem to alleviate, and Axel even begins to form a bond with his smaller blonde cohort.
He is sent to Castle Oblivion during Xion's initiation, and thus doesn't initially get to know her. When he finally returns from his mission at Castle Oblivion (and after the deceptive downfall of many of his cohorts, as eluded to in Chain of Memories), he's under the impression that his place as Roxas's "best friend" has been usurped by Xion.
At Roxas's request, the three of them begin to bond over Ice Cream and memories in Twilight Town, just as Roxas and Axel originally had... Despite the fact that Axel, all the while, is well aware of the faux shadow Xion really is.
Being a creature of opportunity, Axel continues to work within both sides of the Organization. Due to his unique position, he is able to maintain decent standing with most of the internally divided gang, all the while trying with every fiber of his being to keep his small, three-person family together.
Through his tangled web of carefully-fabricated deceit, Axel's only true desire is to keep his friendship trio together. The younger, restless Nobodies continue to make holding their group together more difficult by the moment. And to add insult to injury, Axel catches wind of a new plan formed by Xemnas, their leader, to eliminate one of the two Keyblade Wielders.
When Xion tries to leave the Organization once she discovers what she really is, Axel forcefully takes her back, convinced he can, somehow, keep their trio together. Axel's desperate and rough outburst toward Xion adversely breaks his speaking terms with Roxas, and he becomes divided himself, trying to figure out some median to keep both of them alive, and rapidly running out of time.
Once Roxas discovers that Axel's been keeping Xion's identity a secret, he brashly decides to leave the Organization, despite Axel's admonition that the gang would destroy him for doing just that.
And, Axel, as is the story of his life, is divided once again. But this time, it doesn't take him long to settle on a decision. Fully aware of the consequences, he jumps on the defection bandwagon, choosing the bond of friendship over his loyalty to the Organization. So when Roxas leaves the Organization to seek out his Somebody, Axel makes sure he isn’t far behind.
Kingdom Hearts 2: When Roxas finds himself in Diz’s imitation of Twilight Town, Axel is the one to play the Hero and, in one last attempt to save what's left of his Nobody-family, he tries to save his remaining best friend.
Roxas, however, chooses to merge with Sora regardless of his best friend’s desires, but The Flurry doesn’t give up hope, and decides to take matters into his own hands. It’s at this point he takes Kairi as his captive in order to lure Sora (or moreover, what’s left of Roxas) to himself, but his plan gets derailed when Saix obtains Kairi for the Organization’s bidding.
His final memory of confrontation with Sora is in the Betwixt and Between - a gray area between worlds on the pathway to World that Never Was. In this passage way, he decides to help Sora (and the Best Friend he knows is locked away in there) fight off an alarming amount of Dusks, even to his own bittersweet end.
With fading strength, he opens a portal to the World that Never Was, allowing Sora, the enduring legacy of his best friend, an all-access pass into the next phase of his destiny.
World Destiny (Pre-DDD): After a re-awakening (the science behind which remains anyone's guess), Axel returns as his Nobody to fill his position as Number Eight of the Organization Thirteen - all of whom have been re-assembled by forces unknown.
The re-organized Organization is anything but organized. Missions are scattered, and there seems little purpose to their gathering beside the very loose goal of regaining their hearts. Even so, many of the members splinter into sub-groups, devising their own plans and walking similar paths to those that lead to their first demise.
Despite this, much of Axel's rebirth as a Nobody is spent looking for Roxas and the rest of his old friends. After all, he made them a promise to 'always bring them back'. It's a large expectation to meet, and it winds up being a goal he only gotten close to completing once.
Most of Axel's time as a re-assembled Nobody can be found in his Journal. The only other tidbit of import in his story takes place when Organization Thirteen teams up and launches an all-out attack on Destiny Islands in hopes of taking the world's Heart for themselves.
The raid would claim many of its participants. The mark of Darkness would be placed, but it would be long before its effects would be fully realized. After all, it was only a passing storm.
It is in this raid that Axel's Nobody is destroyed a second time. However, his essence would live on.
Dream Drop Distance: Upon awakening as his completed Somebody, the first thought to cross Lea's mind is of his friend Roxas, reminding him of the promise he made them: that he would always be there to bring both he and Xion back.
He realizes after seeing his reflection, and the lack of the marks adorning his cheeks, that he and several of his cohorts have become their Somebody selves again. He takes note that Braig and Isa are missing.
Later he explains to Aeleus and Ienzo that he will go look for their missing cohorts, seeming both to proclaim a self-assigned obligation to find them and equally to despise 'the icky jobs'.
He goes on to save Mickey and Minnie from Pete and Maleficent by recklessly traversing the darkness and opening a portal to get to them. From here, he heads to Yen Sid's tower and requests training to become a Keyblade Wielder.
Despite Yen Sid's warning of danger, the fire element, true to his nature, jumps in with both feet in an accelerated crash course with Merlin and the Three Good Faeries.
Driven by his own moral compass, Lea proceeds from here to the place Where Nothing Gathers in order to save Sora from Xehanort's evil plan to use him as a vessel. He is confronted by Isa: a friend he was unable to save from becoming one of Xehanort's vessels. However, the friend he can still save, he does.
In the safety of the Mysterious Tower, Lea offers to help Riku should he fall to the darkness again, and takes a back-seat, watching and waiting for Riku to enter Sora's heart and return him to consciousness.
Once they both return to consciousness, Lea shocks the room when he tries to summon his keyblade in jest, and this time it appears.
The redhead proceeds to check on things in Radiant Garden, and this is the last we see of him.
World Destiny, Pre-Nightfall:Little had anyone realized that the raid upon Destiny Islands had sewn seeds that would eventually swallow the world in Darkness. It would become the first world torn asunder in the terror of the Nightfall.
Charges: Arson: The suspect has been witnessed manipulating the element of Fire with refined finesse. While the extent of his Fire Wielding capabilities remains unknown, he has been labeled as dangerous.
Speed: A deadly attribute to combine with his element, he uses his superior speed to finish off his opponents swiftly. Be cautious! He is faster than ninety percent of the people he's come up against, and while not necessarily strong, we have been warned that he is particularly slippery.
Clever Wit: As he's displayed countless times, either in narrow escape of the law, or just to create a mockery out of his foes, what the Flurry doesn’t have in brawn he makes up for in brain power. Unfortunately, no attempt to best him for good has been successful, and most of the time his elusiveness has been attributed to his quick mental prowess.
Dashing good looks: This sly, and all-too-witty ladies' man has been reported to try and swoon not only his opponents, but other women as well. Watch out, ladies! If he's got his eyes on you, don't fall for his venomous charm! If you should find yourself swooned by this deadly and painfully-good-looking predator, it is suggested that you call the authorities.
Impediments: Frost vulnerability: The suspect is particularly weak against Ice and Ice-based attacks. Additionally, prolonged exposure to extremely cold climate has a negative impact on his health, more so than typical organic beings.
Impulsive nature: He hasn't been known to sit idly on plans.
Physically inferior: The same light framework that makes his body nimble and fast also gives him less in the way of muscle and strength.
Secondary Eyewitness Account:His fingers drew inward as he lay face-down on the cold pavement; they were the first of his appendages to spring to life. It was easy enough for the slender redhead to get to his feet. He had no headache and no injuries to suggest foul play, though where he was was anyone's guess. _Where... am I?_ The chilled purple hanging over the world was only softened by pale white moonlight. The atmosphere told him nothing about his location at first glance. The moon was shattered and unfamiliar. The layout of the horizon was vaguely familiar, but --
-- !
-What happened to the stars?-
His gaze was stuck on the sky, the fracturing moon hanging alone in the vast cobalt ether as it dwindled barely above the horizon. The vast, empty expanse above seemed so depressing - so empty. After a few moments of wonder jade eyes flicked back down to the buildings that were right in front of him. This looked like Twilight Town, but the sun was gone. Night replaced the ever-sunset he was familiar with. Which still left a sizable question mark about just what had happened.
-The last thing I remember is heading back to Radiant Garden from Yen Sid's Tower.-
And all of a sudden he woke up here, in the middle of an offshoot road leading up to the crumbling Clock Tower behind him. That black-lined gaze scrutinized the damage that had befallen this world. Twilight Town was in obvious ruins and the sky was void of stars, which left him to question how many worlds had been snuffed out - and just how insurmountable the force of darkness would have had to be to wrought this much destruction in the blink of an eye. Now Lea had an open mind. There was room to accept a lot of information, even the possibility of an alternate dimension.
"Well," there was a hint of intrigue in the possibilities, his mind alight with a spark of interest in this precarious situation. "Looks like I need some answers." He spoke mostly to himself, and with the all the confidence of a tenacious fire Lea strode down the road he'd awakened on. He wasn't quite sure where he was headed, but with any luck he'd run into someone he could talk to and begin to build understanding from there. Perhaps there was still a way to get to Radiant Garden from here. Perhaps there was a way he could help some of the folks. After all, he was a keyblade wielder now. Maybe putting the thing to use was in order. As long as he could get it to appear, that was.
His arms tucked back behind his head, his gaze again inclining upward as he strode on. Life was full of curve-balls, wasn't it? It wasn't nearly as cut and dry as it should have been, but Lea was resilient; and just like a forest fire he would wind up making his own path.
Comments:We are aware that this is not a full depiction of the suspect or his affiliations and actions. This is an ever-expanding file collaborating what we do know of him based off of tips continually coming in.
As a general rule of thumb, please report any suspicious activity as soon as you notice it. And, if you should see this elusive criminal on the streets, you are advised to call the authorities immediately.
