In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

Here at World Destiny, we value transparency of the staff towards the members of the forum. As such, when important executive decisions are made we find it necessary to inform you of the what and why.
After about a day of deliberation over the following findings, the staff of World Destiny have reached the decision to ban the player in ownership of Noko Troshiro:
First Count: Art Theft
At World Destiny, we ask that any content used for avatars, footers, and in-post content be credited to their source. In the case of Noko, there were several counts of theft of art to represent several of the Heartless characters he chose to make use of while here without citing the proper source.
Further, when confronted about this theft by the owners of said art, his behavior was found to be completely unacceptable. This was especially of our concern because the art that had been stolen and reposted to his personal deviantArt account included claims of affiliation to our forum. None of the staffers wish for this site to be a known hub of art theft - we want all content creators to be appreciated for their work both inside and outside the forum.
Under our warning system, we deemed this worthy of the first strike against him as this directly reflected upon the image of the site.
Second Count: Refusal to Seek Reparations
When informed of the first count by our staff, Noko Troshiro's owner took actions that showed flagrant self-interest. Rather than apologizing to the owners of the artwork that he'd stolen, he chose to delete the accounts associated with the art theft. In his attempt to cover his tracks, the player showed utter disregard for the content creators he'd slighted through his actions.
We deemed this action worthy of a second strike.
Third Count: Behavioral Issues, Disintegrity, and Maladaptivity
Aside from his behavior outside the forum, the player in ownership of Noko Troshiro has a chronic streak of immaturity on the part of his interactions with members and his participation in the forums as a whole. The first of these issues occurred during the approval process for his character in which he refused to understand that the staff was simply busy and would need more than a day to take care of their own lives before getting back to him about his pending application. This reminder happened on more than one occasion.
The second issue was to be found with his rampant abuse of the open thread system. Rather than play out a few threads at a time, there was a desperate attempt to urge people into one of his several open threads in what the staff considered abuse of the leniency we'd provided in the way of said threads. This was fueled by a somewhat selfish motivation to move his own plot forward at a pace that wasn't conductive to the current state of the site. This led to the implementation of our ruling that each member would only be allowed to own one open thread at a time, directly affecting the playerbase and - in essence - punishing the many for the actions of the few. It was not something we did without reluctance, but it is the way things played out none the less.
Finally, his interactions with other members through our Discord server have been reviewed, and in several cases we observed and confirmed that members were uncomfortable with how he went about conversing with them. Invasive questions, attempts at becoming incredibly close incredibly quickly, and what I can only refer to as ass-kissing were things that had to be addressed several times in the public sphere and continued to be issues in the private messaging system.
This was enough for us to consider the third and final strike, resulting in his ban.
We apologize if this seems sudden, but we also hope you all come to understand the reasons behind this action. It is our hope to foster a strong, healthy community here at World Destiny, and sometimes that means keeping issues we're discussing under the radar until a decision has been made.
However, in the future you can continue to expect full transparency from us on all matters of adequate severity or seriousness.
If you have any questions regarding the matter, we ask that you contact us either through a PM on the site, or a PM on our Discord server. Even though we're transparent about these things, making a spectacle of the issue is also something we'd like to avoid.
