In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

Hey all, friendly neighborhood Jade here, coming at you live with the freshent new staff updates. And boy, this one is a doozy.
Consideration between a handful of veteran members and staff opened up a discussion between us for a significant rules change to take effect on World Destiny, effective immediately.
Rules Updates
Keyblades, given the precedence for how common they are within the current canon of Kingdom Hearts, are no longer a restricted item for characters to wield. HOWEVER, it's not so simple as granting your character the weapon on a whim, as instead, additional requirements in the writing of profiles will be required for staff to approve a character as a wielder.
Existing characters who wish to gain a Keyblade will have to submit a written example of their awakening, how they inherited the Keyblade, or something related to this power manifesting. This is to ensure that the weapon, while allowed, doesn't feel like a freebie. Existing profiles will be judged by a case-by-case basis, and may require this additional tidbit as well.
Though we do encourage you to take the mantle of apprentice Keyblade wielder if you feel it appropriate, we ask that you abstain from the role if the only allure to your character is a more plot-centric role, or a grab for more power. Though we understand the desire for characters to feel like the main character of your story, there is still a level of skill we want to encourage, and seeing this chance as an easy route to plot isn't what is intended. As such, if there are any questions, feel free to direct them to myself or any other member of staff.
And with that, I'm signing off! We're eager to see what you can all come up with.
