In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Caxnon was sure he won this battle. Axel wasn't expecting him to have Ice magic. Come to think of it, neither did he. But more important matters were at hand. Caxnon suddenly felt heat on his legs. The flame was stopping him from moving; making the gunblader an easy target. Caxnon tried cooling the fire on his legs, but the heat was too intense. The gunblader steaded his blade and waited for Axel to strike.
The main problem was from where Axel was going to strike. He wasn't going to use the same tactic twice, so then from where would he strike next? Caxnon pondered on this. He looked all around the flaming cell for any sign of his opponent.
Then, without warning Axel once again came shooting at Caxnon. ''Alright, how about this?'' Caxnon said to his attacker. As he shot several Ice spells at the red head's face, the flames were stating to burn Caxnon. He then jumped into the air, meeting Axel. And blocking his attacks as best he could with his blade.
The blonde backflipped, landed on the ground, stood up, and readied his blade in case of a follow up attack from Axel.
A slight tweak of plans was in order. Without giving it a second thought, the redhead hurled his Chakrams directly at the frozen spells barreling toward him, diminishing their threats before they could ever assault his pale face.
The action had hardly altered his speed, though his direction changed to follow his opponent a few times... that was, until he was met in mid-air. Strikes were made for Caxnon kidneys, liver, and ribs, but all of them had been deflected by the Gunblader before a retreat onto solid ground, which gave the lithe Nobody the perfect opportunity for another assault.
The tips of his weapons were ignited once again as the redhead focussed energy into an impending attack. A thin wall of flames began to spurt into existence around him as he prepared for a landing. As soon as they could, his boots hit the floor in a fluid motion, body hunching over his knees as he planted his Chakrams solidly in the ground at his sides.
A wave of intense flames shot toward his opponent, ready to engulf the other Nobody any second. Turning up the heat seemed to liven the environment. It was time to let the flames begin.
This battle seemed to be going on for ages. And no one was winning. Caxnon was able to block most of Axel's attacks in the air, but when he came back down to ground level he made himself a sitting duck. Axel landed on the ground and then put his chakarams firmly into the flaming floor. A huge wave of flame came shooting at Caxnon, they were trying to completely cover him in flames.
The gunblader tried to freeze the flames, but it seemed that using too much of the Ice was making him tiered. ''Great what now?'' Caxnon thought to himself as the flames drew closer. He had only one option, to use his second technique and rush through the flames.
Caxnon focussed his mind on the one skill he had that would save him. He took a few steps back, looked back at his opponent and then rushed at him. But this time Caxnon was moving with blinding speed, his target was set and he was going for it. He ran right through the flames without getting burnt. He then started swinging his blade at Axel, still with blinding speed.
One was for sure, this fighting was getting him nowhere. It was time for some answers.
((Ooc: Incredibly sorry for the uncharacteristic lateness of this post! I didn't realize I hadn't responded to this yet!))
From his low position the Flurry watched his opponet, his hawk-like eyes taking in every motion, every expression, trying to read the thoughts of this strange character that had desired to end him so badly...
...but he kept coming up blank. There was a certain advantage to knowing one's opponent's state of mind, but that was an advantage Axel didn't have.
Then Caxnon rushed him, swinging his sword with barbaric intensity.
Within miliseconds the Nobody had analyzed the other's speed and calculated a route of diversion... Now all there was to rely on were the two things that never seemed to let the redhead down; luck and timing.
The best thing about his circular weapons is that he could control them from a distance for a few seconds at a time. It was high time he'd hoped those seconds would buy him his escape. Immediately, both Chakrams came to the ready, shooting toward Caxnon one right after the other, cycling back a few feet, and diving in again.
With the rotation of his weapons in place, and his oponent coming closer by the second, Axel made a wide arc around his opponent, gaining speed. He headed toward a building, then took to a few feet up the wall before leaping with a flip to the roof of his target with all the nimble agility of a Cat.
Moments later, his weapons disappeared in a few a shower of silvery sparkles.
Axel just crossed his arms, eyes piercing through Caxnon with newfound irritation -- and interest.
What did this mysterious figure want with him? In reading the expressions on his young -but angry- face, the Flurry had caught that this boy was driven by something deeper than the need to fight a stranger.
After missing Axel, Caxnon was getting tired of fighting a futile battle. He blocked Axel's chakarams, then turned around and faced his opponent. He noticed that Axel was on the mansion's roof. The red head was just standing there, with his arms crossed.
Caxnon was tired, it was time for some answers. With one good leap he jumped high up over the flames and his flight power kicked in. ''Alright Axel, Enough. I want answers and i'm not leaving until I get them!!'' Caxnon said as he hovered above the flames.
Continuing to study this uncouth stranger, his expression evolved into something unreadable. His brows angled downward, sharp gaze on his opponent. The rest of his fair face was blank. As Caxnon barelled closer, Axel didn't move a muscle. With arms crossed and posture upright, he watched the Nobody below him.
That Sea Green gaze was sharp as it always was, hateful daggers glaring with refined precision at the youngster. This position, to most, would've stricken a nerve of intimidation. The voice to accompany it was low, but just as clear. "Then start asking some questions!" Whether or not he would honestly answer was entirely up to the questions he would be dealt. Heck, Axel wasn't even sure how this kid knew his name. That was an answer he'd have to barter for. One thing was for sure, this meaningless mess was grinding on his nerves.
The flames that singed the ground below grew in accordance with his anger.
Caxnon heared Axel's reply. He the n realized that the fire under him was getting hotter than usual. He made sure that Axel wasn't going to try anything then he started to speak.
''First of all what are you doing here? anyway. aren't you guys always undercover'' he asked the redhead.
Hold the phone. This kid knew about the Organization? The how and why were only a few questions that immediately surfaced in Axel's mind. He didn't realize until now that he was treading on thin ice.
His posture pulled back slightly, an unreadable defense, and the physical realization of his newfound predicament. His gaze was still as sharp as a knife, giving no ease to Caxnon. His question would be answered with a question."....Does that make you think we've got something to hide?"
Caxnon met Axel's stare. He didn't take his eyes off the red head. He hovered to the left slightly. He had to chosse his questions carefully, he wanted to know what they were planning. Even though stopping them on his own was impossible, he need to find out what they needed the keyblader's for.
Caxnon held his weapon a little tighter. Then he spoke.
'' You may have a lot of things to hide. You need the keyblader's right? To get what you want, do you even know what to do with such power. Do you think Xemnas will even share it!!!?'' Caxnon said to Axel.
Just as he thought. So this kid had heard of the Organization, that meant he had a sharp, attentive mind. Where he'd gotten such information was still a mystery, but the means for obtaining it were obvious: he liked to pry.
''You may have a lot of things to hide. You need the keyblader's right? To get what you want, do you even know what to do with such power?"
It seemed he knew more than Axel had given him credit for. Surprising, but that wouldn't be enough to make the secretive Nobody spilll the beans on the Organization. And what type of leverage would it take? More, he was sure, than this kid had to offer.
One finger delivered a gentle tap to Number Eight's temple. "You're pretty smart. Wielders of the keyblade are pretty powerful." His hands perched atop his hips, chest puffed out in his commonly arrogant demeanor. "But didn't your mother ever teach you not to stick your nose where it doesn't belong?"
Caxnon looked the redhead. He knew that getting information out of Axel could be a waste of time. But then if he didn't, he probably wouldn't make it out alive. But if they were getting stronger, he had to know how long before they had what they needed.
''What exactly, do you people want?'' he asked the flame user
The redhead was getting cornered by these confidential questions, and he knew it wasn't his place to answer. Besides, where was the suspense in just blurting out the answers all the time? Darkness began boiling up around Axel, creating an escape route.
Placing his hands on his hips, the Nobody sighed, shaking his head. "You know, I just don't know!" And in a flurry of twisted shadows, he took his leave.
As Axel took his leave, Caxnon desended to the floor. The flames had disappeared. The nobody put away his weapon and let out a sigh. He then turned and started walking towards the woods. So far, all he learned was that the Organaization had some pretty powerful members. He still didn't know what they were planing though.
'' I'm sure i'll meet you again Axel, and when I do, I will get some answers'' the Gunblader said before leaving.
