Name: TinkerBell
Nickname(optional): Tink
Age: unknown; she never ages, like Peter Pan, though she seems to be in her mid- to late-teens.
Gender: female
Species: fairy; has also been called a pixie
Position: good
Power(s): TinkerBell has this golden pixie dust that, if she chooses to, she can sprinkle over people and, if they believe so, it enables them to fly. Also, the pixie dust has healing properties (as demonstrated when she was a summon). She can also save someone from completely dying with a burst of pixie dust, though it completely wears her out. She also has wings, enabling her own flight.
Though it’s not technically a power, it should be noted that the golden light that emanates from Tink is basically her life. Should it grow dim, it means she’s very close to losing that life. One way she can slowly die is if less and less people believe in fairies.
Weapon(s): …she can poke someone in the eye… but no real weapon. In the Disney logo, she’s often seen with a magical wand, but no such thing existed in
Peter Pan or in Kingdom Hearts.
Picture(optional): TinkNot my favorite, but I couldn't find one I liked. >>
EDIT: I like these two!
INTERCEPTION!Serves Wendy right. Go Tink!
MirrorPicture says it all.
Appearance: Tink is a fairy, put simply. She’s small enough to fit in the palm of one’s hand, like a doll almost. She’s very shapely, her body very curvy. Her skin glows slightly yellow, and from far away, she simply looks like a glowing, golden dot. She has blonde hair pulled up into a messy bun on top of her head. She has transparent butterfly wings, and with them she has the ability to fly. Her eyes are a light, mischievous blue. The tips of her ears are slightly pointed -- another mark of her fairyhood. She always wears a short, strapless green dress that goes down to about her upper thighs and has serrated edges. She wears green slippers with white fuzzy pom-poms on them. When she flies, normally a slight trail of pixie dust trails after her.
Personality: Tink, being a small fairy, is only able to really conceive one emotion at a time, and oftentimes they are the extremes of that emotion. She has this gigantic crush on Peter Pan, and feels supreme jealousy any time a girl flirts with him. It seems she’s also developing somewhat of a crush on Sora, though not nearly as much as the one with Peter. Tinker Bell is prone to selfishness -- she thinks about herself a lot, maybe a bit too much, and some of the things she does out of arrogance puts her friends in danger. All in all, though, she has a good heart. Tink also has a unique thing about her -- she cannot speak in words, only in chimes and bells. Peter Pan alone can understand what she says. She is extremely jealous of both Wendy Darling and Tiger Lily for being in love with Peter. She’s hot-tempered, and angers quickly. When angered, her yellow glow slowly turns a hot red. She’s a tough little fairy, however, and will definitely put up a fight if she were to get captured.
Original World: Neverland
Current Residing World: Traverse Town
History/Background: Tinker Bell is a fairy from the world of Neverland. She lived with the Lost Boys and Peter Pan, and hardly strayed from Peter’s side. The two of them got into all sorts of trouble, especially with Captain Hook -- the episode where he lost his hand -- and Tink developed a crush on Peter. Then, Peter finds Wendy, and came to her house every night to listen to her stories. One night, he accidentally lost his shadow there, due to Nana. He came back with Tink to get it, but Wendy and her younger brothers awakened to find him there. Wendy informed Peter that she was going to grow up the next day, and he was outraged and decided to bring her and her brothers to Neverland. A memorable moment was when Wendy decided to kiss Peter after his announcement, but Tink pulled violently on her hair, jealous, intercepting the kiss. Peter uses Tink to give the kids pixie dust and fly them to Neverland. (
Peter Pan)
While the Darling kids were in Neverland, Wendy got kidnapped by Captain Hook, who had mistakenly believed Wendy was a Princess of Heart. Peter Pan and Tinker Bell flew out to the Jolly Roger, Hook’s pirate ship, to rescue her. While on the ship, the two of them met Sora, Donald, and Goofy. They didn’t befriend them at first, Peter being too preoccupied with rescuing Wendy, but eventually he chooses the right decision and helps them out. The three of them also learn how to fly with Peter, once again, using Tink’s pixie dust. After Peter rescues Wendy, he flies off with her, leaving Tink, Sora, Donald, and Goofy alone. Then, Tink is captured by Hook and held in a lantern. Hook’s proposition is simple -- her life or the Keyblade. Sora instead walks the plank, but outsmarts Hook by flying. Tinker Bell is then saved by Peter, who has returned. They all go to the clock tower, where Sora seals the Keyhole there. Tinker Bell reluctantly approves of Peter and Wendy’s friendship, but she still remains slightly jealous. Peter tells Tink to go with Sora as an ally, and she is happy to. She follows him throughout the rest of his adventure there, healing him at opportunities. (Kingdom Hearts)
She later is reunited with Peter, and both of them are separated from their world as it is destroyed. They join up with Sora later on in his journey (as Summons). (Kingdom Hearts II)
Now, after Tink and Peter go back home, their World becomes destroyed again, and the poor pixie ends up in Traverse Town, alone…
…for now.
Role Playing Sample: It was far too dark here for Tinker Bell.
The tiny pixie fluttered through Traverse Town. Or rather, above Traverse Town, masquerading as a star. After all, being a tiny dot of light, who wouldn’t? She had to be careful not to look as though she were moving, however.
She missed Peter. The thought of him possibly with that Darling girl or even with that little snobbish Indian Princess filled her with jealousy and sadness. He was
her Peter. What were those girls doing, stealing him from her?
A miserable chime emanated from her as it started to rain.
A drop, easily the size of Tink’s head, plummeted down directly in front of her. She let out an alarmed bell and darted through the storm. She tried not to get wet, but a simple drop landed on her back. She plummeted, landing lightly on top of a building.
Quickly, she crawled through a crack in a window that was on top of the house -- a sunroof. The house was abandoned, it seemed, being lightless, cold, and filled with mold and nasty-smelling rotten food.
The fairy descended, alighting on top of a partly-broken shelf. There was a dry newspaper there, and she curled up on it, fluttering out her wings to dry them off.
It was there she tried to fall asleep, her light dim and dismal.
Questions/Comments/Suggestions? I know it says you have to PM a staff member to be one of the unlisted characters, but I talked to Yuffie on AIM and told her I was trying for Tinker Bell, and she told me to go right ahead.
