In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Kirata beamed, "you mean it? We can really go together?" she wasn't going to ask 'are you sure'... if he wasn't, he probably wouldn't have asked the question in the first place. It was one of those things that Kirata learned over time, people offer you something, you ask 'are you sure' and the reply is just about always 'sure I'm sure!' or 'of course'.
Nero snorted, accidentally covering his nose in ice cream. That was absurd. Nero could barely use a proper Gravity spell let alone create a portal between two worlds. That would take immense power. Power that one rather lazy fox-boy had not attained in his study of things magical. It would probably have been a faster mode of travel though. He wiped the sticky, blue ice cream from the tip of his nose and laughed.
"No, not last time I checked." He took finished the ice cream in one last, rather large bite. He winced preemptively, knowing that brain freeze was coming. "I have a ship though, we could use it to get from place to place. I can show you if you want?"
Nero tossed the stick into the nearest garbage can, waiting expectantly for Kira's response. He was excited to have another travelling companion, and even more excited that it was a pretty girl.
The reaction was one that Kirata was familiar with as well... she did have the tendency to ask rather stupid questions from time to time... but the portal one wasn't really one of those 'dumb questions'.... However, the reaction was still that.
"A ship? Hmm... I never traveled by ship before..." Kirata replied, licking her ice cream and then taking a bite out of it, "... Gummi ship... right?" she asked. She had only ever heard of Gummi ships, but she had never been in one or even seen one for that matter.
"Must be nice to be among the stars..." the girl said, her mind starting to wander. She had always enjoyed looking to the stars when she was younger... it was a hobby of hers... hers and that friend she was looking for.
((Hope you guys don't mind, didn't see an Open or Closed.))
A pair of silver eyes watched from the shadows, unseen by the others. He had been dormant for a little while, but Ien was back, and Sin was getting a bit hungry. He felt hsi shape dissolve into the shadows and he watched the pair speak. They were talking about leaving this World...
He smiled, feeling his non-existant muscles twitch in the moving mass of darkness, as he noticed that one was an animal person. It was strange, considering he had met another just a few days ago. What was the World coming to? Were the people of the Pride Lands learning how to use Gummi Ships now or something? It was so strange to see creatures like this, especialy to him. He had just reAwoken a few months ago.
He allowed his shape to form slowly, and after a moment, he was brushing his black hair out of his face. His silver eyes dulled to a gray as he walked towards the pair, the twilight sun reflecting off of the steely orbs. Ienzo passed as he heard them say Gummi. So neither one of them were Dark...
He grabbed his arm as he passed, falling to his knees. Sin was hungry...
((... considering now that neither of us really could reply thanks to muse failure... I'm going to give my hand at this.))
So a ship... that's how the two were going to get around. That sounded so exciting on so many different levels! Going up into space... going amongst the stars, moons and planets.... It was an exhilarating thought, that was for sure.
"So when do we go?" Kirata asked, looking to Nero with a smile.... It was just like her not to notice anything that was going on around them when she had her thoughts set upon something.
Nero didn't have any objections to leaving as soon as possible. He owned the theater and could work on it at his leisure. The Tantalus had been refueled and would only take minor preparations before it was ready for departure. The little fox missed being among the cosmos, it left a lasting impression. A sense of freedom that was almost unobtainable on any world.
"As soon as you're ready to go."
The newcomer barely registered in Nero's mind, normally cautious, the boy had been distracted by his own eagerness to return to wandering the worlds. It was only as the dark haired man stumbled did Nero realize his presence.
"Hey, are you alright?"
His reddish-orange eye's flicked from the fallen man to Kira and back to the fallen man, wondering if she to had noticed his plight. It would appear she was oblivious.
Ienzo gasped, holding himself up, and he felt the cold crawl around his arm. His eyes slid to the base of his neck, where his tattoo began to liquidize. His right palm began to drip with a black substance, and he rose from the ground to look at the animal-person.
His silver eyes showed no pain, but there was a slight smile upon his face.
"Didn't your mother ever tell you not to talk to strangers?"
He threw his right hand to his side, where a long, thin black blade materialized, and he pointed it before him. His eyes glittered. "Haven't had anything to eat all day. An afternoon breakfast would be nice!"
He rushed forward as two Neo-Shadows rose from behind, his sword whistling in the air.
((Apologies for the delay... it's just... the now series of events have my muse for this thread kind of... mer.))
As soon as Kirata heard another voice, this one not so friendly, she turned on the spot, her hands bringing out her dual spiked fans. Aero and Aresna were opened to their full length and Kirata whipped them forwards in a defensive manner, though not aiding them with magic. She just had them out for basic melee combat at the moment... at least till she knew what she was up against.
A blade was seen in the other guy's grasp and Kirata furrowed her brow. This person was rushing at them! And for no apparent reason, it seemed!
The ginger-haired female was going to have to do something. Improvising wasn't one of her strong points, in fact, she usually left that to Ikari when they used to be together, but this time it seemed as if the thought just came. Kirata closed Aero and swiftly put the fan back in it's holster, and then grabbed Nero's arm. Closing her eyes for a moment, Kirata snapped her right hand forward and focused her mana.
"Slow..." was the only word that Kirata muttered, and she watched as the world around her started to slow down quickly. All except for her and Nero.
