In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

The Sandlot? A lot filled with sand? Unlikely, but it was all Bolt could think of when hearing that name. Though he had a feeling that Fearon didn't think that she was on this world. And when they walked into the Sandlot, Bolt also looked around. Random crowds of people were watching people whack each other with clubs and launch out odd colored orbs. They kept saying the word 'Struggle' though Bolt didn't know what they meant by that. Looking up at Fearon, he wondered what they were going to do next.
One of the people had just been knocked out, and launched out a bunch of orbs. An odd barrier waved around the field as an orb seemed to break free of the barrier and rolled toward Bolt. Picking it up with his mouth, trying to not to get slobber on it, he waited for Fearon to take it from him to hand it to the man who was running up to them to get it. "Oh, thank you for grabbing that. Hey... Would you like to participate, young man?" The man said to Fearon. Bolt just looked at the two of them, wondering what was happening.

Bolt looked back at the crowd. Some people were cheering as another match was starting while others were leaving since their favorite had just been eliminated. Hopefully Penny wasn't watching, and was one of the ones leaving. So Bolt followed Fearon around as they looked at the somewhat small, somewhat big crowd. The only person he saw was the one who they mistakenly thought was Penny. Other then that, he wasn't noticing anyone. Looking to Fearon, Bolt let out a very soft bark, trying to let him know that he wasn't smelling her scent. This was becoming a long and tedious search that came up with no clues other then a bag that somehow looked incredibly similar to Penny's.

Fearon looked to Bolt, then to an exit not thirty meters to his right. He walked over to it and under the archway.
He was in a sorta alleyway. A gate, and behind that a rug hid everything beyond. No one was around.
Fearon turned to Bolt, and slung the bag off his shoulders. He sat next to the wall and sighed. He knew how Bolt felt, discouraged, hot, tired, and above all else, he probably felt lonely without someone that knew him as well as Penny had.

Walking toward the odd archway, Bolt watched Fearon lean on the wall slightly. When the question came to Bolt, he quickly made sure no one was standing outside the area. Once it was secure, Bolt said "I have no problem with you... I just don't know where else we can look... We've been looking for so long, and we haven't found her..." He then thought back to the bag. How would the bag look so familiar, yet be on seperate worlds? He was certainly confused on that, and perhaps there would be something in the bag, like a tag or something, with a word that he would recognize.
"Are you sure there was nothing else in the bag? Something in a different pouch, or a tag or something? If there is, read it to me. I might recognize it. But the fact that the bag looks so similar to hers, it just makes me wonder about how it can look that similar without there being some connection. Wouldn't you agree?" He said, hoping Fearon was understand what he was talking about. Hopefully there would be something in the bag, like a clue either she or her captors left as to her whereabouts.

Fearon noddded in total agreement.
"Well, we know one thing, she's not on this world." Fearon said. "We've searched every feasable area." He said grabbing the bag.
He opened it up and took out the scooter and set it down, looking over the inside of the bag more carefully, then... he thought he saw somthing. Something lighter, than the rest of the black insides of the bag.
It was a secret pouch. Fearon opened it and noticed a folded piece of notebook paper. He took it out, and opened it. He looked to Bolt, and then back to paper and begun to read.
To whoever is reading this Please Help! I don't know where I am, but there are all of these ghouls running all over the place. It's dark, and it's scary. I don't have much time, the actor who played the green eyed man is chasing me, yelling something about my heart! I don't know, I'm just really scared! Find my dog! He is white with a lightning bolt on his side! And-
Fearon dropped the piece of paper, and looked to Bolt.
"It stops there." He said, He stood, he knew exactly which world she was on. "She's in Halloween town." He said reaching into his jacket. "That man must've got her, we don't have much time, we may already be to late." Fearon said, holding a little black box, he pushed the button, and him and Bolt where engulfed in a bright light.

Listening to the paper, Bolt couldn't help but feel worried. He didn't know what was going on, or what she was talking about, but Bolt knew she was in danger. Getting that serious look in his eye that he did when preparing to take out Calico's men, Bolt looked up to Fearon and said "Penny is in danger by the green-eyed man. I'm not sure how, but perhaps the accident that gave me my powers made him think that he was evil again. We have to get to her... now..."
He then grabbed the piece of paper in his mouth, somewhat mumbling "ere..." hoping Fearon would take it. But before Fearon could, the two were surrounded in a bright light. Unsure of what was going on, Bolt looked at Fearon who was right next to him, and waited for him to say something.

Fearon looked down to Bolt, and to the sky, and before he knew it, he was staring at the roof to his teleporter.
He looked around his cozy living space. His computer where his MP3 was charging, his mini fridge, microwave, and bed. His bed, he suddenly realized just how tired he was. He looked down to Bolt.
"It's my gummi ship." he said. "It let's us human's travel to different worlds." He looked down to his right, and breathed a sigh of relief, the bag and scooter had been transported with them. He bent down, and put the scooter in the bag and took the note from Bolt, and folded it up once again and tucked it in his jacket pocket.
"Sleepy?" he asked. "Better be, I've got a feeling that our next battle will be hard." He said, looking to the dog.

"Wow..." Bolt said as he looked around the gummi ship. It was certainly an odd place. But regardless, this was no time to admire the sights. Penny was in danger, and they had to get there quickly. When he was asked if he was sleepy, Bolt realized that he was a bit. It would be best for him to rest since it would give him strength for the battle that was sure to be ahead. Nodding his head slightly, he stretched out and let out a yawn. "This ship will take us to Penny?" He asked, hoping it would. He didn't want to waste any more time then they needed to. Seems the time for Relaxation was over... it was time for battle.
"Yeah." He said and turned around, then looked back. "Well, to the world she's at." And turned back around, stuffing the scooter in the bag and leaning it up against the wall. He looked to the dog, and remembered the time he let some kid on that wouldn't stop messing with his microwave, the dog was less amazed then the kid! Fearon shook his head, with an amused grin, stood and walked over to some large, rectangular machine. Out of a tray that set beside it set four gray stones, perfectly round and smooth, he took one of each and placed them in diffrent slots. One fire, one water, one air, and one ice. The machine rattled and spun and grew hot, then silent.
He turned to his control chair and hopped in it.
"She's in Halloween Town!" he said over the chair as he punched in the coordinates, giving them to the autopilot. He pushed them away and jumped down. He turned to his bed and walked over and fell down onto it. He turned his head to Bolt.
"Well, you don't plan on sleeping on the teleporter do ya'?" he asked. "Come on up."
Post by Jason Arilani on Apr 17, 2009 0:32:09 GMT -4
Hmm... Halloween town? What an odd name for a world... Ah well, he would find out the meaning of the world soon enough. Looking around, trying to find out what Fearon was doing with the 4 stones, Bolt noticed all sorts of things. Fearon soon punched in some cooridinates to a machine and then moved away from the computer. As he made his way to the bed, Bolt finally took a step out of the teleporter. He expected the floor to feel hard and cold, but it actually didn't feel too bad against Bolt's bare paws.
Fearon laid down on his bed and looked toward Bolt, inviting him to the bed. It was times like these that Bolt was glad he kept himself relatively clean. Running over to the bed, Bolt jumped up and laid down, his head still up, next to Fearon. "You think she's still there?" He asked, obviously still worried about Penny. But who could blame him... Penny was all he knew for a long time, and now was not exception. He just hoped that she would still be there, and that they would find her soon.
Yet... part of him didn't want them to find her quickly... If they did, then he would probably have to leave Fearon. Perhaps Penny wouldn't mind the three of them tagging along with each other? He would have to ask her... especially now that he could talk.
Fearon sighed, he never was good at breaking bad news.
"Odds are... yes. But Bolt, there's someone after her heart. If we don't find her before her heart gets taken, you..." He found he couldn't finish the sentence... he tried... and tried again.
Finally, he closed his eyes tight and just spit it out.
"...If her heart get's taken you may never see her again!" he said, it surprised him how hard it was to say.
He didn't want that for the little dog, the dog deserved a normal life. He looked to Bolt.
"I'm sorry, I can't make any promises, but if her hearts there, so is she." He said.

Bolt could tell that Fearon didn't want Penny to have her heart taken away. He didn't think it was so much because they would lose her, but more so because Bolt would be sad... more sad then ever before. And Bolt knew that Fearon didn't want that... Bolt looked up at Fearon and said "Then we'll just have to get there before she loses it, huh?" His voice wasn't sad, nor was it depressed. He said it in more of a joking way then anything.
Laying his head down, Bolt was about to fall asleep, before he looked up slightly and toward Fearon. "Fearon.... Thanks..." He said before laying down, and trying to get some sleep, hoping that he wouldn't have a bad dream about Penny. It was odd how much these worlds centered around hearts, but hopefully... Penny would still have hers...
Fearon smiled at Bolt's... well upbeat attitude about the whole thing. But he was right.
Then he thought Bolt was about to go to sleep when...
Fearon.... Thanks...
That struck Fearon, in the heart. He never guessed someone like Bolt would say something like that, or even admit that they ever needed as much help as they actually did.
He looked to the dog, laying down, he placed a hand on the soft fur and gave Bolt a calming pet, and layed his head back down on the pillow.
Fearon awoke about two hours later, he looked down at Bolt to see he was still sleeping and as smoothly and quetly as he could, he stood and walked over to the control panel. He still couldn't see Halloween town, but he knew the end was coming...

While sleeping, Bolt remembered his time with Mittens and Rhino as they travelled across the US, trying to find Penny once more. As they travelled, Bolt still thinking that everything from the show was real, Mittens constantly tried to get him to act more like a dog. Eventually, when he realized that he didn't have his powers, since he couldn't bash through the gate, and how Rhino opened the hatch, he ran off to the shelter to save mittens.
Once she was saved, he learned all about fetching toys, playing with other dogs, sticking his head out of windows, burying bones, and all sorts of things. But when it came down to it, all he could think about was Penny. Mittens even tried to make Bolt think that Penny wasn't real, and that she was just an actress. And when he made his way to the studio, and saw her hug a dog looking just like Bolt, he believed it too. He was mad at Mittens for telling him that, but soon came to be happy for both her and Rhino, since she told him the truth.
It was Mittens who ultimately allowed for him to save Penny. Sure, Rhino's ball kept the debris off for a little while, while Mittens saved him... But Mittens was the one who told Bolt what happened after he left. He then remembered back to the burning set, and how quickly Penny showed how much she loved Bolt when they met up. He eventually saved her, using a... modified version of his super-bark, and they left to go live off at the ranch.
It was through that dream that he realized how important friends like Mittens and Rhino were. While he didn't make many friends, and one of his greatest dislikes is hearing 'Aww... Hes so cute' and then being picked up, held, pet, all that... he still knew that friends were important. And if anything happened to Penny, Mittens, Rhino, or Fearon... Bolt would be there to protect them, super powers or no super powers. He continued to dream as Fearon had gotten out of bed, undisturbed by Fearon's moving about.
