In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

A Dark Portal had appeared near the large, rusty gates of the Old Mansion. A Dark wolf with lush heavy furr had stepped out of it. As soon as he did the portal vanished in to thin air, then after he had scanned the area around him he grabbed his hand and buckled down slightly while he transformed in to his original form. Avalon was quite tall for his age, thin and agile he had a muscular build and medium length, jet black hair mixed with blood red streaks. His hair drapes over his right eyebrow slightly, and he has dark red eyes.
Avalon stood up breathing heavily he higly disliked transforming as it cramped his style, but he couldn't help it he was cursed with the transformation when he had obtained the Dark Edge Katana, a blade of darkness which was rumored to take control over the person wielding the powerful blade. Avalon knew that it was true since he was the master of the Dark Edge it still took control of him like that time when he had killed his only sister under the blade's control.
But he was still able to return to his physical state after night had fallen and daylight arose, he would transform back to normal and that day was today the first experience of transforming properly. Previously on his journey to seek control of the Dark Edge he arrived in a world with dark streets and tall, skyscrapers, there he had met several new people the one that had proven the most troublesome was Rex. A nobody which he thought he could take down easily, but he was wrong he had no choice but to escape the battle and now here he was, and according to his calculations Rex was going to meet him here for a rematch.
Let's hope he doesn't take too long, I have more important matters on my mind...[/color][/b]

He had been here too many times. In fact it was the second place he came to since he started his Mission. He couldn't understand why he kept coming here, and what did he want to find out here? His past had nothing to do with this mansion, and only two people from his past were still alive today, both were enimes.
But that didn't matter. All he had to do was get to the mansion and confront Avalon, that person's blade was strange.
As he stepped out of the dark portal he made he found himself staring at his target.
'' Alright I’m here. Now tell me why did you attack me in the first place? '' Caxnon asked him.
Avalon stood in silence with his dark eyes closed and his arms crossed while leaning against the wall of the gates, waiting for what seemed like hours but finally something happened. A dark portal nearby had appeared and Rex stepped out of it, looking serious and ready to fight. Good it would've been a waist to meet him here if he wasn't at full potential then it would be a dull fight afterall. He spoke to him as though he didn't wan't to be here, for some reason Avalon guessed that Rex had been here before he could tell almost instantly bu the irritated tone in his voice, and the silence that followed after he had spoken.
Humph maybe I was bored and felt like it. There was nothing interesting to do in that place.[/b]
Avalon said calmly and then laughed evily, he could feel the darkness inside him bursting to break out and destroy his enemy. The wind blew over them as they stared eachother for what seemed ages, they blinked every so often but continued to stare at one-another, Avalon was watching his opponent;s every move while he held his Katana with one hand at the ready...

((It says open and Darkun has previous encounters with these two. Also, tell me if you don’t want me to get involved in the fight, Dawa is a very aggressive character but I can keep interference to a minimal if you'd prefer))
Darkun hadn't been himself lately, Rex was being trained under him in the ways of the dark manipulation, and the prolonged use of it was taking its toll on Darkun. For Rex it was easy, he had no other side, but for Darkun, the more he used his darkness the stronger the grasp Dawa had over him. So at this moment in time, Dawa was in control, although he was being sneaky, hoping that Rex hadn't noticed the change in personality yet. Too most probably obvious but Dawa was faking being Darkun.
Slowly he formed up from the floor, a few yards behind Rex, his shadow manipulating upwards and forming into his original body, man he loved doing that. " Oh now, whadda we have ere then? That little boy with the big sword?" Dawa was doing a horrible job of being Darkun, Darkun was just so ... dull. " Learnt how to control that beastie of a blade yet then?" He motioned over to the impatient looking man. Examining the blade, oh what Dawa wouldn't do to make it his own, sure Dawa had his two tri-blades, but they were difficult to summon. That sword, so powerful and in the hands of one that couldn't control it!
Dawa took a step forward, now only about one foot behind Rex and spoke slowly " So rex, you gonna kill this ... person" he almost laughed at the word... almost. He started flooding his mind with the potential he could get from that sword, surely if Rex did kill this man then Rex would grant him the sword as a present for teaching him? Darkun had not taught Rex much; Dawa had done most. Now he would see the fruits of his labour... hopefully.
(It's okay you can join, but try not to interupt the fighting so much okay?.)
Another minute or so of silence and his opponent had still not made a move, he was suprised with the way that Rex was acting. He would've thought that he would attack him straight upon sight but it seemed that he didn't feel the need yet. Then after a brief moment of thought something else caught his attention, this was turning out quite differently to what he had imagined, he was hoping for a good enjoyable match between him and Rex. But the world did not seem to wan't that since someone who seemed familiar somehow, was trying to intefere.
What a pointless act he thought, it looked as though darkness followed him where-ever he went and he couldn't let it go, not yet anyway. But soon he will find out and finally control his inner demons, and also be freed from the curse that the Dark Edge had layed on him as though his own destiny, was meant for him to dissappear in darkness forever. Why?, it just didn't sound fair to him, he looked back on the times when he was what people would call normal. Arrogant he may have been but he had the skills of a true swordsman. He remembered seeing the look of humiliation on the kids faces after he had beaten them. Although they came close once, but because of the legendary power of the Dark Edge he was able to free himself from their grasp. But at a small price.
Hehehe...fool why do you bother trying to interfere?. This doesn't concern you, and if you take one step further I'll kill you myself.
Avalon said with upmost disgust pointing The Dark Edge at the newcomer, this was a match between him and Rex. A battle beyond all limits, and he wasn't going to let some foul creature ruin his fun...

Darkun's unexpected apperance was surprising. He wasn't expecting him to be here, but it wasn't a problem, as long as he didn't bother them. Now this strange person infront of him was what was bothering him. Avolan was a powerful enemy, and it wouldn't be wise to just attack him blindly.
Caxnon drew out his gunblade and stared at his opponent. He knew how to control his dark powers alittle bit better thaks to Darkun. But he still wasn't going to use them. There was something strange about his powers, he knew that himself.
Each time he used them he had a strange hunger for power, he would have to try and control it.
'' Maybe'' was all Caxnon said to Darkun.
He then pointed his gunblade at Avolan. '' Alright, fair enough. Let's see what you can do'' Caxnon said to him.
He then put his gunblade on his shoulder and waited.
It seemed that they were both ready to fight, excellent he thought, now was the time to see a true battle. Avalon smiled slightly he was filled with confidence and was ready to unleash his full power on his opponent. Who was able to use the Darkness as well, this would be a good fight, a fight to determen who was the strongest user at darkness. Avalon was merely testing Rex and noticed that he took fighting seriously, which was a good thing for him since he didn't like waisting time with weaklings. The wind blew over them once more and Avalon watched his opponent's every move, he saw that he was waiting for him to make the first move a wise choice. He planned his strategy carefully and thought that he would start off small, a little bit of his Dark Aura wouldn't hurt, at least not enough to kill him on the first round.
Avalon smiled as he lowered The Dark Edge and then moved his hand forward, and opened it. Then a small ball of dark, purple energy sprouted from the middle of his hand. It grew bigger and bigger within every second and Avalon was still smiling evily as he pushed forward slightly, and sent the Dark Aura towards Rex who was standing at a defensive position, while Avalon was preparing himself for the next attack. Which would be a follow-up string of slashes to cut his opponent...
Caxnon watched his opponent carefully. He knew that one wrong move, could make him lose the hole battle. So he waited for the darkness shot to come closer to him, then he would attack. What really caught his eye though was Avolan's blade, and the dark energy coming from it.
As the shot drew closer Caxnon held his gunblade tighter. Just as it was about to hit him, Caxnon summoned the 'Darkness spikes' that Darkun had taught him how to use. The spikes shot up in the path of the dark spell, giving the Nobody enough time to roll out of the way.
Caxnon then charged at his opponent ready to hack him down.
Avalon had fired the Dark Aura ball directly and he was certain that it would hit it's mark, but unfortunately it didn't, his opponent had created spikes out of darkness which was used to protect him for the attack that Avalon had sent his way. And he had rolled out of the way, un-harmed from the Dark Aura attack and he was already charging towards Avalon as though he was about to hack him down, because the way he was holding his Gunblade was intending to slash downwards. Avalon scanned his movements carefully thinking of different ways that he could attack his enemy he felt excited at being able to fight a strong opponent, but now he was going to strike fear in Rex's very heart, so he could feel true horror before he dies by his hand. Rex was coming closer and only at the last second did Avalon do anything at all, he easily evaded the attack by sidestepping out of the way.
He felt a rush of wind as he moved Rex would have seriously damaged him if he hadn't moved, the slash was powerful and quick he only had a few seconds to react before he was chopped in half. But he wasn't about to give up yet the fight had just begun and he would be victorious. Avalon quickly thought of a new tactic after he slyly moved out of the way to avoid Rex's previous attack, he went behind him and intended to slash downwards while holding the Dark Edge with two hands at his opponent's back.

Something unexpected happened. Caxnon's attack had missed Avalon and hit the air. He was now standing with his gunblade in his hands, and Avolan was right behind heim ready for an attack. Getting cut by Avalon's blade wasn't a pleasent thought, in fact there was something very odd about his opponentts blade.
Before the blade struck his head, Caxnon turned around with lightning speed and blcoked the attack with his weapon. He was using all his might to block Avalon's blade. And with alot of effort he managed to throw his opponent off blance.
Caxnon took this chance to jump back a few feet away. He glanced at Darkun and then back at Avalon.
'' Impressive, I had a feeling that there was something strange about that blade. Now is that all you got?'' Caxnon said to his opponent.
The attack was a succes, his blade slashed down Caxnon's back and left him with a long sharp cut on his back, which ripped a part of his clothes. While Avalon cut a dark purple line followed in The Dark Blade's path, then it vanished as soon as his slash had ended. Caxnon was indeed a strong fighter, he was able to withstand the deadly blow from Avalon and he was rather impressed. Then he saw through his scarlet red eyes that his opponent had leaped out of the way, he followed him with his head but stood in the same spot and once he looked straight at Caxnon, he turned his whole body facing him.
Not bad boy, you've lasted longer than I thought you would but you're luck won't last forever!.[/b]
Said Avalon with a cocky smile on his face he quickly glanced at Darkun making sure that he wasn't going to interupt the fight and then planned his next move. He stood at a defensive position with his blade in one hand, he was ready for the next attack. He decided to wait...for now until Caxnon had made his move and then he would counter any attack that he throws at him, believing that in his power, he could repel any darkness attacks that would surely come his way from his opponent. Since he was a Dark user himself he could defend against them easy, but his abilities were limited.
Avalon glared at his foe as he waited defensively for the next move...

Caxnon felt the pain of Avalon's blade on his back. It was like nothing he had ever felt before, it alomst felt like he was cut in half. There was one thing he was sure of, Avolan's blade wasn't normal.
He stood up and faced his enemy who seemed very confident. He held his gunblade tigter, then pointed it at Avalon.
He took a few steps backwards and focused his mind on one of his powers. Quicksilver was one of the powers that he rarely used, but he wanted to see what Avalon could do.
'' Let's see how you handle this'' Caxnon said.
He then ran at his opponent with lightning speed. His slashes during this move were usually to fast to see, even if they were blocked his finishing strike would take care of that.
He sent a several quick slashes at Avalon followed by a powerful finishing strike.
There was a brief pause after Avalon had slashed his opponent he could tell that it was painful because Rex's attacks were becoming slighty more aggresive. This would make an interesting battle because as soon as he had recovered from the slash, he charged at an incredible amount of speed towards him intending to string many slashes which would probably chop him in to a million pieces. Avalon focused his strength and turned it in to speed, he then moved amazingly fast to avoid almost every slash from Caxnon, but the worst was yet to come. It seemed that Caxnon wasn't finished yet and to Avalon's suprise, he pulled back slightly generating a lot of power through his Gunbalde and pushed forward, the blade cut Avalon's shoulder as he sidestepped out of the way just like he did before.
The injury was painful but he could handle it, it was nothing but a scratch though it was still stinging even after he flipped over Caxnon who was still recovering from the previous attack, and fired a medicore Dark Aura above Caxnon's head as he flipped.
