In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Caxnon was able to slash Avalon's shoulder, not bad. But it wasn't over yet. A dark Aura spell was flying towards his head. He flipped out of the way and faced his opponent. It seemed that Avalon liked playing with his opponents before actually try and kill them, this was good. Caxnon knew he could use this to his advantage.
''I see you're faster than I thought, impressive. But darkness get old sometimes don't you think? I've used only one darkness spell so far, and i'm still standing. My guess is that your blade is filled with dark energy. Why not use then, show me what you can do'' Caxnon said to Avalon.
(Sorry for the MAJOR lateness. I totally did not forget about this thread 0_0 )
He had evaded most of Rex's slashes but on the last one he had been hit, he was cut across his shoulder. Though it wasn't too bad he could bear it and that was nothing compared to what he could do, Caxnon had steeped away from him thinking of some foolish way to catch him Avalon off guard. But nothing wuld make a difference he thought as he lowered his position once again, showing his superioriity. He saw that Darkun had not interupted the fight which he thought was good, because he wanted nothing to hold him back. Otherwise the fight would've been dull and not very enjoyable since he enjoyed fighting strong and wothy opponents. He wasn't fond of weaklings they were just a distraction to lead him away from facing the deadliest threat.
Avalon smiled confidently he was filled with confidence and he was determind to win this fight, but he wanted to have a little fun before the 'party' ended. He wished that there was more people to watch as he finished off his opponent who seemed pretty confident with his skill as much as he was, though he could control darkness whihch made Avalon sound foolish since he couldn't use it freely unless he was in his dark wolf form. But no matter, he would still be able to defeat Caxnon without using too much power. The Dark Edge would make sure of that and he was a honed warrior, trained for battle and destined to kill he was a monster basically.
"Hahaha foolish boy. You think just because you have used one darkness spell doesn't mean that you are stronger than me!. Why don't you show me your true power."
Avalon said with upmost bitterness he didn't like being told to use his full power, he could do that whenever he wanted. He kept his cool and didn't do anything too rash because he was smarter than to charge at his opponent at full power too early, besides he was eager to see what Caxnon could do. He readied his blade waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

Caxnon listened to Avalon's taunt. His true power? Even he's never seen it, though with his drakness training he might be able to use some of his hidden powers. Caxnon put his blade on his shoulder. Then looked at Avalon.
''You want to see my true power, fine I'll show you'' Caxnon said with confidence.
He focused his mind on his opponent, he knew that he would be able to use his power, but what exactly was it? He let his mind focus on nothing but his opponent.
Suddenly Caxnon's whole body started glowing blue, but for a starnge reason his hair turned red. He held his blade in a offence fasion, then waited.

The battle was heating up and Avalon was rather enjoying himself. He could feel Rex's determination from where he stood, and he couldn't help but chuckle at it. Though something about his opponent did catch his interest, Rex proclaimed that he could show him his true power this might be interesting. Avalon watched his opponent take on a different form, his entire body glowed blue and his hair turned flaming red much like his own streaks in his hair. He was pleased that Rex was finally going to go all out, but it seemed that he didn't want to make the first move which he thought was rather reckless of his opponent to do so, he couldn't help but smirk as he prepared to attack.
Despite Rex's new form Avalon still arrogantly believed that he would win, but he remembered that he couldn't use the darkness within him properly yet. Since it would shorten his time in his human form. He decided to rely on his thunder magic from now on, he was a skillful tactician after all he didn't need to rely on the darkness to win his battles. With that thought in mind Avalon held The Dark Edge with both hands just by his right cheek, he had a look of concentration on his face and suddenly his Katana began to spark bright blue. He was channeling his blade with electricity from the Lightning materia within him, which was the only magic he could control without any side effects, with his blade energized he dashed towards Rex as though he was about to hit him with a few fast combination of slashes.
The Nobody blocked Avalon's attacks easily. But Why? He wasn't even sure if he was in complete control of his actions. That did't matter though, he had a fight to win.
Caxnon jumped away from his opponent then charged at him with several well aimed strikes. He knew that it wouldn't stop Avalon so he also shot two Ice spells towards his face.

Darkun watched from a small distance away, he didn't want to get involved in this, it was, for use of a better sentance; Caxnon's fight. "Come now, why dont you both start fighting properly, we spectators are getting bored of watching two men slapping eachother. Lets see some real entertainment" The dark side of Darkun (Dawa) Was getting stronger by the minute, possibly all this magick and fighting.
He stepped a step closer, getting ready to see a finale as two ice spells flung towards Avalons face, what was Caxnon playing at? Magicks and swordplay of these levels wouldn't defeat Avalon. Avalon was also being very... leanient, what where they both really upto?

(I was never planning on leaving it, I just totally forgot about it lol.)
It seemed that the two soldiers were perfectly matched at the moment. Despite that they had both powered up, their blows were meeting eachother every time. Avalon felt excited he had never faced an opponent this good before, in his opinion it was a great fight. He could feel his blood boiling as he slashed at his opponent, the electricity pulsing through his body and he felt it's power he knew that it was enough to match his opponent's.
Avalon backflipped away from Rex as he began to charge back at him with a few quick strikes. As though in slow motion, Avalon saw Rex jump away and jab his gunblade hoping to hit himwhile charging. With his increased speed Avalon was able to evade most of the strikes but two of the last had hit him, and cut parts of his jacket; it stung but he was able to shake the pain off without too much trouble, just in time to see Rex fire two ice spells at him. This was almost too easy, Avalon countered by firing two lightning energy balls to cancel the incoming ice spells out, which caused a small explosion as he landed back on the ground.
"Come on, is that the best you could do?" Avalon taunted.

The Nobody jumped away from his opponent. It seemed that no matter how hard he tried, his blade attacks wouldn't work. It seemed that Avalon was driven by the power of his blade, and the strange energy that he was feeling confirmed that theroy.
The real question was how to beat him. Caxnon decided to make a bold move, If he was lucky it would work.
The Nobody charged at his enemy at top speed, then e threw his weapon towards his opponents face. He then summoned a sword made out of pure dark energy, stuck it in the floor, and sent waves of energy to wards Avalon

Darkun looked onwards at Caxnon, using the dark sword was quite a complicated technique, and he had used it very fluently. It was obvious that Darkun teaching Caxnon had worked out quite nicely, he had learnt like a sponge. Darkun wondered how many other techniques Caxnon had already mastered. Darkun had taught him a lot; sure he hadn’t mastered them all already?
For now he let out an audible groan of approvement to Caxnon. Nodded several times and then waited to see what the other dark being would do. It was right; all of the opponent’s energy was coming from that dark sword. It was obvious that with that blade the opponent’s power had risen to incredible heights. However, Darkun knew better than anyone that if you have something that makes you stronger, and don’t use your own strength, it comes at a very hefty price, your mind, you life…. Your heart.

After the climatic explosion of two powerfull spells clashed and the two warriors were prepared for the next round. Avalon was certaintly ready to continue, the fight was much too fun to end this quickly. He was pleased to see that Caxnon wasn't going to hold back either, since he had made another move that made Avalon think that he might not survive this time he had to be smart, and find a way around this tactic because his opponent had thrown his blade at him, and then charged at him with another sword which was purely made out of darkness itself. Avalon was curious as to how he had made it while in his physical form, the only time he had been able to use darkness properly was in his dark wolf form he didn't want to kill Caxnon because he wouldn't be any good to him dead, and he was interested in learning how to control the darkness within him while in his regular form.
He decided to let Caxnon win this battle by evading the thrown gunblade though it did cut his cheek slightly as it went passed, then he blocked the incoming slash from Caxnon and knocked him down by kicking him in the stomache which sent him falling to down to the ground. Avalon pointed his katana at Caxnon, who was at his mercy but he was too interested in learning how to control darkness to care about killing him.
"It seems that I have won this round you played well, and I could kill you now but there are important matters." Avalon said calmy to his downed opponent. He was half expecting Caxnon to strike back which was sure to come at any moment, but he was more than ready to continue fighting. "How do you manage the darkness while in your regular form?, I must learn how." He asked this time a bit more forcefull which meant that he would probably kill him if he refused to show him how he controlled the darkness so well.
The Nobody just stared at his opponent blankly. Just then he covered himself in a shield of dakness, and reappeared behind his oppnent. He picked up his blade before adressing Avalon.
'' Controling the darkness is not hard. You just need practice, and one very important thing, without it you can never hope to control the dark ennergy within your body'' the nobody said to Avalon while taking a defensive stance.
As he suspected, Caxnon was able to get behind him by creating a barrier out of darkness and somehow managed to teleport behind him, the nobody had taken on a defensive stance which meant that he was ready to continue. The nobody made it sound so easy, all he needed to was practice that was the answer he would have to learn how to control the darkness within him, what a hassle Avalon thought, but he knew it was true maybe Caxnon could help him with that. From now on he decided that he was goin to be using darkness spells to try and master them, maybe even learn something new.
"Hmm...practice you say?, this could get interesting well then let's begin another round and I will only be using dark spells and abilites. What do you think?" He smiled as he said it but there was a thought at the back of his head, half worrying about what would become of him if he used the darkness, more than he was supposed to. But this was the only way to control the darkness and he would do whatever he can to master the rare ability.
'' I see, It seems that you weren't listening, there s one very important thing you need, before you truly master the darkness.'' Caxnon said to Avalon.
He stood there waiting for his opponet to make a move, he glanced at Darkun, then he turned his attention towards his opponent once again.
How did he get himself into this?. The gunblader hoped that he wasn't wating his time.
