In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Fearon nodded. "Okay then. Are you ready?" he asked, and looked back to the ocean. Why was it he was so obssesed with helping others accomplish their dreams? Because his was unattainable? Who really knew. No one he knew. Anyway, he shrugged and looked up to the sky. His gummi ship was up there somewhere... Wait! There it was! A really tiny dot shone in the sky, slowly moving across the sky, then vanished behind a cloud. Fearon sighed and looked over to Lyrah, awaiting her answer.
An uncontrollable smile appeared on the young woman's face and her body filled with excitement and determination. But then she turned to Fearon, about to respond, and caught a small look in his eyes that seemed to be disappointment...so something of the nature. Concerned, Lyrah stepped toward him and spoke, "I'm ready, but is there something wrong?"

I'm ready, but is there something wrong
Fearon cocked an eyebrow, the motion hidden behind his brown bangs. That was one question he'd not been asked in a long time. Most people he'd helped never asked, they just jumped to accomplish their dreams. This girl was different. Fearon shook his head. "No, nothings wrong..." he said and turned back to the ocean, looking to the sun. "...it's just... I've helped so many, accomplish their dreams, that, I've lost sight of my own." He gave a slight smile, and turned his head, looking to Lyrah out of the corner of hiis eye. "Heh, kinda selfish isn't it? Considering my own dreams above the one's of other's. Who am I to say that my dreams are more important than your's or anyone else's." He turned back to the sun, and clapped his palms together, rubbing them together he turned back to Lyrah, with a forced smile. "Well, if your ready." he said, reaching into his jacket, and pulled out a small black box. He pressed on of the various buttons, and Fearon was instantly enveloped in a bright light, as was Lyrah, and within a second, Fearon stared at the inside of his gummi ship. His bed, microwave, grill that didn't look like a grill, fridge, computer. Yeah, this was his home. And... he guessed, it'd be Lyrah's for a while. He walked foward, and pointed to the view screen which held a image of the world of Twilight Town from space. "That's your home." he said.
Lyrah narrowed her eyes slightly at Fearon's response and began to feel somewhat guilty that he was putting her dreams before his own. She looked up and was almost blinded by the white beam of light which descended from the Gummi Ship. When she arrived in the main room of the ship, she controlled her urge to explore and look around. She was instead more concerned with Fearon and the way he prioritized things.
That's your home.
"It's beautiful from up here...but I'll see it again. Someday." Lyrah placed her hand on the transparent wall of the ship and sighed heavily. "Fearon," she began, "I really appreciate what you're doing for me, but I'm not letting you help me until you either help yourself or allow me to help you. After all," she smiled slightly before continuing, "who am I to say that my dreams are more important than your's?"

Fearon stared at this girl intently. The first person he'd helped, a little white dog find his owner. The second, some guy find his missing sister. The third, a nobody once again become human. The fourth, some young adventrous girl. The last some teenage boy looking for his love. But not a one had seemed to care for his dreams this much, he smiled, touched by this Lyrah's... care? He didn't know what it was, but he was touched by it. Still shook his head. "My dream is unattainable. It's utterly impossible for someone such as me to destroy every heartless. he shrugged. "I'm not sure what it is that has drawn me to helping people lately, maybe a way to distract myself from my own impossible dream." He said, walking away from the view screen and toward her. He stopped beside the command chair in the center of the ship. But enough about such matters. Let us discusss something more... well, less depressing. Hungry?"[/] he asked.
"My dream is unattainable. It's utterly impossible for someone such as me to destroy every heartless."
Lyrah thought deeply for a moment. Fearon's dream was very difficult, if not impossible to fully achieve, but there was a way the two of them could live their dreams together and add satisfaction and accomplishment to their lives. "You know," she began while drawing her hair behind her ear, "your dream is not completely impossible." She took a seat on the ground and leaned against the wall of the ship. "I want to visit new worlds and you want to rid all the worlds of Heartless, right?" She looked up at Fearon with a hint of excitement in her hazel eyes. "We could travel to worlds that are overrun by Heartless and fight them off!" She grinned widely at the thought of helping the citizens of other worlds. "Sure we can't defeat them all, but maybe we could create relief for some people and just help control the Heartless problem."
"But enough about such matters. Let us discuss something more... well, less depressing. Hungry?"
At that moment Lyrah heard a small rumble coming from her stomach. She had not eaten since the breakfast she shared with her friends many hours ago and now realized she was actually somewhat hungry. "Hmm. Yeah I could use something to eat. You?"

You know, your dream is not completely impossible.
Fearon stared at Lyrah, curious as to what she seemed to know that he hadn't.
I want to visit new worlds and you want to rid all the worlds of Heartless, right? We could travel to worlds that are overrun by Heartless and fight them off!
Fearon smiled at her eagerness. "Lyrah, I appreciate your efforts, I really do, but I've been doing that for so long, I've nearly forgot the face of my mother." he said, and swallowed.
Sure we can't defeat them all, but maybe we could create relief for some people and just help control the Heartless problem.
Fearon smiled, she wasn't gonna give up, fine he'd play along. He nodded smiling. "Okay then."
Hmm. Yeah I could use something to eat. You?
Fearon shook his head. Nah, I ate before I left the ship. he said walking over to the minifridge at the foot of his bed. He kneeled down and opened it. It gave a slight... suction sound as the rubber lining seperated itself from the fridge. He took out one steak and turned his head to Lyrah, looking at her from the corner of his eye. "Steak good?" he asked.
Lyrah put her hands behind her head, yawned slightly and closed her eyes.
"Steak good?"
Without opening her eyes she shrugged and replied, "yeah, sure, that's fine."
Lyrah took a deep breath and let herself relax a bit. She was proud of herself that she seemed to have gotten through to Fearon a bit. He was a nice guy with good intentions and a strong need to help others, but Lyrah was the same way. If Fearon was willing to help her, she'd make sure she helped him as well. Lyrah believed in balance in friendships and she believed this one would be worth it.

Fearon stood with the steak and walked over to a rectangular cube in the corner of the gummi ship, and unpackaged the steak, and threw it on the box which immediatly was lite on fire, cooking the steak. He gave a slight sigh as he looked into the fire. It snapped, crackled, and calmed as it grilled the steak. There were various holes in the box that allowed the grease and things to drain and fall away from the steak. He looked over to Lyrah, she seemed to be asleep. He was curious, just how good was she with that blade of hers? He didn't want to wake her and put his curiousity in the back of his mind and concentrated on the steaks.
Lyrah slowly drifted off into a light sleep with the slight smell of cooking steak in her nose. A dream began to take over her consciousness...
It was May. A steady rain was coming down in a town unfamiliar to Lyrah. She walked the streets which were completely empty and was carrying her sword in her left hand. All the windows of the small businesses were dark. Beside Lyrah walked a boy around her age, but his face was blurry and she was unable to discover his identity.
Suddenly the rain picked up until it was a heavy downpour and dark shadows began creeping up from the ground and dark alley ways. There was a bright flash of lightning followed by a loud crack of thunder and in an instant the Heartless launched themselves at the two teens.
Lyrah slashed her sword skillfully in front of her and easily took out a few Shadows. But as she turned around to fight off more, she was stunned to see a rising tidal wave of Shadows about to crash upon her...
Lyrah's eyes flew open and she woke with a rough jolt. Beads of sweat had formed on her forehead and her breathing was coming fast. She looked around the ship and tried to remember where she was and that she was out of harms way. Once her heart rate began slowing, she sighed heavily and told herself it was all just a dream.
Fearon turned around at Lyrah's sudden quick breathing, and he was instantly calmed by the knowledge it was just a dream. "Just a dream." he said attempting to calm her. She sighed and Fearon turned to the steaks. Huh, they were done. He turned off the grill, and found Lyrah a fork. He sighed, as he took it up from the grill, and got a nearby plate. He wiggled the steak off the fork, and it splattered on the plate, juices splashing across the saucer. He walked over to Lyrah, and held the plate out to her. "This should help calm you down." he said, smiling.
Lyrah jumped slightly at the sound of Fearon's voice, but she calmed herself quickly and stared at the meat on the plate before her. She didn't seem as hungry as she thought she was, but not wanting to be rude she took the steak and held onto it.
"Sorry about that..." she apologized for her sudden scare, "I only had a dream." She began eating the steak slowly and wouldn't move her gaze from her plate.
Fearon let go of the plate and sighed. He walked a couple feet away and sat on the ground cross legged. He supported his head on his hand, and thought for a few seconds. He looked up to Lyrah, to see her eating the steak slowly. He sighed, and dropped his hand. "Something on your mind?" he asked.
"Hmm?" Lyrah looked up and smiled slightly. "Nope, I'm fine." Her words seemed to convince herself and hopefully they convinced Fearon as well. The last thing she needed was for him to think it was a bad idea for her to leave Twilight Town.
"So...where did you come from? You know where I came from, but I don't really know much about you." She set the plate down and looked at him intently, showing interest in his past.
