In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Wonderful... Some Organization members had decided to crash the party. Axel and Marluxia's presence could be felt as Jason stood on the beach. Another person had also seemed to be enjoying himself. Granted, he managed to completely not realize the fact that surfing without a surfboard was slightly hard. Luckily, they were renting out free surfboards next to where Jason was at. Grabbing one, Jason walked over the the person and said "Kind of hard to surf without this, huh? Here, take it." Jason then handed it over to the man, hoping he would enjoy it.
Bolt shook himself off a bit as he looked up at the strange looking man. Finally someone who didn't talk all baby-ish to him. He hated that more then just about anything. And on top of that, he was also offering food. Getting up on his hind legs, his front paws falling down slightly, he stuck his tongue out to the side and begged for the food before hearing someone talk about a dog naturally wanting to get it from the floor. Bolt didn't care, so long as he had it.
Then a familiar voice came along as Zedd had seen the little white dog. Barking happily, Bolt looked back at the drumstick that he was still waiting for.
Dash heard the name of just Dash and said "Hey... Stop trying to shorten my name. It's THE Dash, not just Dash. And uhh... I dunno. Okay, I guess." Sure his name was actually Dash, but when wearing his suit, he was called The Dash rather then just Dash. As for how he was doing, nothing much had changed. At least he was clothed this time. That was one good thing about this situation.
Captain Jack didnt turn his head to look at the newcomer who was offering advice on the mongrel. He didnt really care much who it was, he was just glad that noone here was trying to kill or imprison him.
"Is that a fact? I've heard tell that cats are the solitary, independent ones. As far as my knowledge goes dogs are exceptionally dependant on their masters."
Jack tossed the leg into the air, letting it fall straight toward Bolt's waiting mouth. The Turkey leg flipped through the air, and as it came back down it was clear he had overthrown, and the turkey leg was about to fall into the sand behind Bolt.
"Whoops!" Captain Jack made ready to dive...but then stopped himself, brushing his vest off. No sense in getting all dirty over this. The dog would likely eat it covered in sand or probably other more disgusting things. Jack turned to face the person who had come up to talk to him.
Xelex watched as the man simply tossed the the drum stick at the dog, which ended up landing behind him. Upon hearing the man acknowledge him, Xelex replied.
"Name's Xelex. I've just been passing through and this looked like an interesting place to take a break. What about you? You look like a pirate, so I would assume you are one." Xelex crouched to pick up the turkey leg and brushed the loose sand particles off of it and handed it to the dog again.
What about you? You look like a pirate, so I would assume you are one."
Captain Jack rummaged through the contents of the dingy he had just secured, tossing out various bags and several bottles of rum. He then flipped two large boxes out of the dingy and onto the sandy white beach. He swiftly grabbed one of the bottles of rum, handing it out to Xelex.
"Assumptions cause only trouble, mate. However, on any other day your ventured guess would be correct. Today, I am just another man, here to partake in and assist the festivities."
He tipped his tri-cornered hat upward and let a slick smile spread over his lips as he threw his arm around Xelex's shoulders.
"Which brings me to an inquiry, one which was meant for the woman but she seems to have faded from company. So, my dear land-lubbing friend. What say you to assisting me to assist the assistants who are assisting the guests to have a good time, 'aye?"

Xelex took the bottle from the man. He wasn't quite sure what he had just said. In fact, if Xelex wasn't so sure he wasn't, he'd assume the man was drunk.
"Uh... Ok?" Xelex hesitated. He didn't seem like he had foul intentions, and apparently he was quick to become friends as he had just displayed by putting an arm around his shoulders. In any case Xelex felt he could trust the man, though he wondered why a "pirate" would be at such a festivity. To each his own, he'd say. Perhaps this could promote some fun.
"By the way," Xelex began, "I didn't catch your name. What is it?"

[Selene]
Selene wiggled her feet as she walked through the beach; sand were finding a new home between her toes. It was an unusual feeling, but it soon became unnoticeable and not bothersome like dirt under fingernails. Looking around, she saw a few people about enjoy the slowly starting party, but a familiar person caught her eye. Perhaps she would know atleast one person here.
"Well isn't it the pirate lord of the Caribbeans...," her arms stayed tucked infront of her chest as she strolled towards him and a stranger she haven't met yet. Atleast one can say she was attempting to becoming familiar and friendly with others. After all she was officially off duty and wouldn't be back on any time to soon. Remaining in a shell would only make her experince at this party more unbareable then it have to be.
"And you I haven't met...," she included the individual to not be completely rude.
Great, so it seemed that no one had decided to acknowledge her existence on the beach... that was perfectly fine with her. Perhaps it was the body language that she had that pretty much said, 'back the hell off and leave me alone.' Sure, it may have been a drag to watch people have a good time and not hopping into it herself, however, if she were to hop into the fun, she would have probably ended up burning something or everything.
"Nice to see you're having a good time..." a sarcastic, yet familiar tone rang out to her. Ikari narrowed her eyes and looked over to the tall silver-haired teen. He was dressed up in a white button up shirt that covered his torso area-- part of his school uniform that he decided to put to what he considered 'better use'-- and had navy swimming trunks with two white stripes running down along both sides.
"Y-you hypocrite!" Ikari stammered upon seeing him. She pushed herself from the coconut tree and walked up to him, brow furrowed. He looked down to her with a scowl, obviously unamused by what she had just said to him. Yeah, he had gone with her to get the bathing suit. Yeah, he's the one who got her into going to a public event... and yeah... he's probably the only one that may get singed because of those facts.
"I think you're misusing that word..." Riku replied, folding his arms over his chest and continuing to look down at Ikari. The fire user gave a relatively unamused scoff and clenched a fist for a moment, "whatever... just... ugh. Now is neither the time or the place to start a quarrel...."
"Heh... so... you enjoying yourself?" Riku asked in a nonchalant tone.
"Yup... no one's come up to me, so I'm enjoying myself nicely."
"Till I came along..."
"Pretty much..." Ikari looked to Riku, this time with a smile, "but hey... I'd rather be spending my time here with you than people I don't really care for."
Riku turned to look at her for a brief moment and then gave a highly subtle smile, "good to know."

Parties were a good thing... especially if one wanted to meet new people and make new friends. Neither was the case for the Destiny Islands teacher, though. She was there to actually relax and perhaps keep an eye on things if they were to get too out of hand. Quistis was going to assume the role of the responsible adult.
She had brought more food to the party and had them laid them out upon the table that had other party goods on it. Just some things that she decided to whip up herself, now that she had become quite the chef at home because of the events that plagued her life over the last few years. Balamb Garden was gone, there was nothing that she could do about that but learn to live and love the new life that she had been thrust into.
The teacher was also a bit... unrecognizable at first glance. As she usually kept her long hair tied back into a sort of bun, it was now flowing and reaching it's full length, stopping at her mid-back. The swim suit she had on was also one that suited her tastes, as it was a dull pink with some mauve and brown swirl designs.
-------------------------
Going unnoticed and not giving a care in the world, Aera continued on decorating her sand castle with the pretty seashells and pebbles that she had managed to scrounge up and find. Wasn't really a hard thing to do, but putting them on the castle to make that look pretty may have been a little bit of a challenge. Still, though... it was a fun challenge and it kept her occupied.
If anyone were to come up and help her, then hey, more power to them! She didn't mind anyone stopping to help her with her creation, in fact, that made it even more fun!

Now, a human had approached Mittens, her plan was working! He was eating a hot dog, and the cat could only hope he would share it. "Hello there, are you lost?" Yes! She was doing quite well. Soon, she would get what she wanted, food. "A hot dog... I hope he can share it with me." But the cat didn't noticed she had just made a mistake.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The black cat just stared at him, looking at his hot dog. "So, you want to eat? Is that what you want, food? Shun looked at the cat. He had never been very fond of cats, but this little kitty was starving. "A hot dog... I hope he can share it with me." The man just stood there, frozen from the shock. Had that cat just... talked to him? "C-can you talk?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mira warped to the other side of the island, where she saw a coconut tree. She leaned there, with folded arms, trying to remember how it felt to have a heart. But her thinking was interrupted when she sensed that several nobodies where present at the party. But then she felt a familiar wicked aura, a Heartless from Twilight Town. "Seed..." she muttered, wanting to teach him a lesson right now.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Right after Mikael had realized his mistake, Dash started talking, seeming a little bit offended. "Hey... Stop trying to shorten my name. It's THE Dash, not just Dash. And uhh... I dunno. Okay, I guess." The teenager's expression turned serene; he placed his hands in his pockets. "Sorry about that, didn't wanted to offend you, Mr. The Dash. He grinned, showing his cheerful personality once again. "Well, I'll go and change now. See you around." he said before starting walking towards the hotel building.
Hmm? Seed turned around to see one of the Nobodies on the beach hand him a surfboard. Awsome!!!~~~ Seed just grabbed it an ran off, not before shouting back
"Never thought a Nobody would be generous!"
Nevermind that, its time for some surfing. Seed kept the surfboard tucked under one of his arms as he charged up an Aeroga sphere in the other hand. This should do nicely. The instant he touched the ocean water Seed launched the Aeroga sphere. It flew outwards and landed about a mile out. It was silent at first and then a muffled explosion sounded and waves exploded outward towards the beach. But of course his good time was runied by the sent of that Nobody that invaded is town.
"Do I have to deal with that bitch...again!?" Seed said with frustration as he turned to see Mira standing on the beach. Being the cocky son of a bitch he is, Seed gave her a smirk and waved at her. --------------------------------------- Maverick-
Ahh Destiny Islands. Probably the first time Mavericks been here for relaxation and not for more serious matters. Well if any thing did present itself it had better not be a fight. Maverick was way to tired to deal with anything of the sort.
"Sora would never miss the chance to have this much fun. The only problem would be finding him in this flock of peo----Wait. Don't I know her?" Maverick said to himself as he saw a familiar looking girl talking to another person.
Maverick began walking towards her and remembered were he saw her. It was in the Great Maw when Elaeus attacked her and some other girl. Time for another apology. For Maverick remembered that he attacked her as well. Hopefully she wouldn't remember that fact.
"Excuse me. But do you remember me?" Maverick asked Ikari as he walked up the side of both her and Riku.
((Geh, stupid life getting in the way of my RP time... shoo shoo, go away, I don't want you bothering me...))
What had she done to deserve this? First, she got dragged to a vacation she didn't want to go to, then totally blown off and abandoned. "We'll be back in a sec, Role, don't worry". A sec? It'd been TEN HOURS! Some friends, yeesh. Yes, drag me here then disappear on me, that's REAL friendly. Now some crazy emo chick she'd never met seemed to think it'd be a perfectly good idea to drag her away from her shelter when she'd been having a perfectly good time playing her DS... she was close to getting all the 108 stars recruited, too! Now fairly certain, being dragged by the leg as she was, that she'd not get to finish, she'd saved and shut it off, preparing to suffer whatever ma--aww, come on, sand was getting in her bathing suit now, gross! That crazy goth chick could at least give her a chance to get up!
Finally she stopped. Getting up, she worked the sand out of her outfit in the most decent way she could, then looked around. Apparently, the monochrome chick was trying to hurry some boy up with setting up their blanket.
"Hurry up, you're slow."
"Well it'd go faster if you'd he--- wait, who is that?"
"Nobody in particular.
"Wha... you can't just drag around random people you've never met!"
"Less talking, more working."
...What an... interesting, if not unlikely combination of characters... at least the boy seemed dependa--*thwack!*
"Oops, missed..."
A huge beachball had come flying out of nowhere and right into her face, knocking her down. That. HURT. "Owww... what was that for?"
"Owww? Whaddaya mean, oww? That thing's like full of air! That couldn't possibly have hurt! Grow up!"
"I don't wanna be told that by someone half my age!"
"Half your... DANG! You're OLD!"
"I'M NOT OLD!"
"Fleta, be nice..."
"Oh, right... Ne ne, Atreyus! Some guy over there is giving away surfboards! Go get one, go get one!" With that, the loli brat started pushing the boy over to the person mentioned... though the other one wasn't too keen on the idea and grabbed his arm to prevent him from leaving.
"He can go just as soon as he finishes setting up"
"Oh, please! He can easily do it when he gets back! Besides, we could just steal someone else's spot and call it a day!"
"We're using this one."
"Guys, come on, gimme a break here!"
How much it must suck to be the dependable one... Either way, with her 'friends' nowhere in sight, and with her being stuck with a loli brat, a loli prick, and the one dependable person present stuck between them, she was reminded more and more why she HATED vacation... oh what she'd give just to be home and to be able to not ever have to leave...

As the duo stood there looking out to the others that were out on the beach, both minds couldn't help but to think how similar this was to the Winter Ball dance. Standing side by side, watching the others dance, but liking the fact that they were at least in each other's company. Even though they weren't out there doing 'fun' things, they both found that just being there and talking to one another was 'fun' enough for them.
"You're an ass, you know that?" Hikari said, giving an amused scoff and looking to Riku with a smirk. Folding her arms over her chest, she turned her gaze back out to the others upon the beach.
"What makes you say this?"
"I think you know..." Ikari laughed lightly before someone walking up to them caught both her's and Riku's attention. The person was vaguely familiar to Hikari... but she couldn't name where it was that she had seen him. After being on the Destiny Islands for a while, she started to forget a lot of things that happened the few months prior to that since she had bigger things to worry about.
"Excuse me. But do you remember me?"
Hikari stayed silent for a moment, trying to recollect her thoughts and place where it was that she had seen this person. Riku, on the other hand, just folded his arms over his chest and kept to himself. This person was talking to Hikari, and it seemed that he knew her... it wasn't his place to barge in.

Mallory Maylin Whitney Ammy
Mallory giggled excitedly as she wiggled her toes in the sand, clutching her overstuffed bag of assorted entertainments (which carried frisbees, sodas, towels, beach balls, and many more miscellaneous items) to her chest. Clad in a tankini top and swim shorts, she was read for some fun. It had been a long time since she'd been on Destiny Islands, and she was definently going to enjoy it. That was for sure.
"Mallory!" Maylin cried out, "Put on some sunscreen! Be careful when you go into the water, that you're not too full! And for Goddesses' sake, put on a rash-guard over that skimpy little top! You never know the character of these people! And also...."
"Let the kid have some fun, May," Whitney said, popping open a can of soda, "And aren't 'ya a bit hot in that get-up?"
Whitney motioned her thumb in the general direction of Maylin, wondering exactly what could posess one to wear leggings and a sweater on a beach. Even Ammy was wearing a swimsuit, for once, without long pants.
"Actually," Maylin stated matter-of-factly, "I don't mind a bit of warmth if it means covering unnecessary skin..."
"Prude," Whitney snickered as she took another swig of soda.
"Pardon?" Maylin asked.
"Oh, nothing," Whitney smiled, her voice dripping with a sickly sweetness, "I'm gonna go over to the rock pool, if you need me."
Ammy stepped onto the beach, carrying a 6-gallon cooler of water. Maybe it didn't really count as carrying, though...it was more of Ammy's hands trying helplessly to reach the tips of the other's fingers as she wrapped her arms around the jug. It was a rather amusing sight, really, seeing the 4'11" child teetering and tottering as she tried feebly to support the weight of the cooler. She paused for a second to regain balance, inhaled deeply, and set off wobbling again, trying to find wherever the hell Mallory, Whitney, and Maylin went.
"Of course," She sighed under her breath, "The short girl draws the short stick..."
