In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

You may role play as many of your characters are you like, including yourself. All I ask is that you color code your characters and include a key in your first post in this thread so others know when you change characters.
The setting is the lovely Destiny Islands and all characters are on vacation for the next week! Bring your swimsuits, towels, umbrellas, beach balls, grills, floaties, motor boats and lots of sun screen!
Captain Jack sails in, the Black Pearls filled to the brim with foods and deserts of all manner. Of course, for the more mature crowd, there was also plenty of rum to be had. Yes, rum! Captain Jack readied a dingy, stumbling about the ship and mumbling to himself about having to transport here on a gummy ship. He smiled and took a swig of the bottle of rum he was holding, then took hold of the rope to lowere the small boat into the water.
"Right then, Gibbs. Keep the crew in check whilst I go scout this strange new frontier." The portly man Captain Jack was talking to nodded as the captain walked past him. The captain stopped midstep, though, turning around and walking back to Gibbs. His nos was practically touching his first mate's.
"Erm...dont let the men leave the ship...or use the telescope...in fact why dont you all go down and check on our cargo?" The crew jumped to the command right away, while Captain Jack slunk away to the ship. He pulled down to release the rope, but he misjudged the weight of the dingy. On top of that he had faile dto notice a support rope which he had stepped into. The support rope tightened around Captain Jack's ankle as the dingy dropped swiftly toward the crystal water. In a moment the rope had yanked the captain off his feet, upside down, and comically flung him into the water like a living stone shot from a sling.
"WWWWAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!" The captain spun through the air before landing into the water, knocking the wind out of him. He let his body float while he caught his breath, which was long enough for his head to scrape against the sand of the beach as the current carried him to it. The dingy filled with party supplies followed shortly after. The captain lay there, perfectly still, hoping noone had been around to see his stunt.
Color Codes: Mikael Darrow Mira Andrews Randall Boggs (Doubt that I will use him though) Mittens Shun (Me) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- It was a sunny day at the Destiny Islands, a very peaceful world that is currently untouched by the Darkness. But that is another story. A black haired teenager walked by the beach with nothing to do. His weapons were left at the Gummi Ship, he probably wouldn't need them at a beach party, unless someone drank big quantities of alcoholic drinks; Mikael looked at the ocean. "What a great place, beautiful and darkness free." Its blue and clear water were an amazing and beautiful thing indeed. But the young man needed to go to the hotel and get a room, so he started walking away. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- It was a magnificent place; even a Nobody had to admit it. The brunette leaned on a papou tree, not expressing any emotion on her face. "I'll probably not find my Heartless here... but a vacation once in a while won't hurt, and this looks like the perfect place." She closed her eyes, feeling the breeze smoothly hit her face. But when she opened them she was surprised to see a ship out there, to be more specific, a pirate ship. A man then apparently jumped off the ship, or got stuck with a rope ore something. Mira laughed at the man, and started to walk towards him.
((Mittens shall be introduced in one of my other posts as well as myself))
Seed Marluxia Maverick Omnious Wind (Me...duh) (Be forewarned. Im bringing my taste of music into Seed.) -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sunny skies. Ocean waves. And of course none of this would be complete without Seed. Having already arrived here before hand he was already in his black and green swimming trunks. Time to check the inventory. CD's...check. Grenades...check. Boombox.....check. All of course were stuffed into a duffle bag about to explode with all of Seed's....well.....beach pranks. Anyway. PARTY TIME!!!!
Appearing on the beach out of a dark portle Seed wasted no time in getting his things set up. CD's came pouring out of the bag followed by a green towel, the boombox, and even more CD's (Which were stolen from the good people of Twilight Town). Not even bothering to sort out the CD's, Seed just grabbed the first one he could find, put it in and pressed play. MUSIC. YEAH!!! Just the song Seed wanted. Laughing Seed started to play the gutiar part of the song in the making fire come out of his finger with each finger motion.
Catpain Jack composed himself and rose to his feet, his hands flailing in large carcles as he nearly toppled over again. With a curious look he brushed grains of golden sand from his coat. He was about to pull the dingy on shore when he noticed someone walking towards him. Not just any someone either...a woman kind of someone. Captain Jack got a sort of smirk, and made to move toward her.
He noticed her laughing after a few steps, and it came to his realization that she must've seen him catapulted from his own ship. It seemed at first that he looked a bit disconcerted, but he got over this quickly. He acted like he had just seen her, pointing a finger in the air and pointing in her direction. Then the dingy came to mind, and he turned to that the currents shifted and the dingy was drifting back toward the ship.
"Oy! Perfect timing mate, just perfect! Here hold this." He held out his bottle of rum toward her, not even waiting to see if she was going to grab it before he let go and ran into the water, grasping the lead rop for the dingy and pulling the boat ashore, tying it down to a nearby papou tree. As he went about his business it seemed that he had forgetten all about the girl.
Did she want to be here? No. Was she dragged here? Pretty much. Why? Because some silver-haired jerk thought it'd be a good idea to get her more socialized with the people-- and hey, a party was the best way to do that, wasn't it? It's not that the fire user really disliked parties... it was what she was wearing to this particular party that made her want to run away and wretch into a nearby cluster of shrubberies.
The checkered bathing suit that she had bought was something to her tastes, however, it was the the fact that it was a two piece that showed off her body. Ikari was one of the most tomboyish girls that the island's witnessed, so being out here like that was kind of... odd, to say the least. At least there was the black wrap around that she had slung around her hips and drawn over her legs?
Now... just where exactly was that so-called 'silver-haired jerk'? He certainly made a hobby of appearing to the scene 'fashionably late'. Just another thing that irked the female fire user. Once she saw him... well, she'd march right up to him and give him a piece of her mind, that's one thing!
"Hate that damned Riku..." Ikari muttered under her breath, leaning up against a coconut tree. Of course she hadn't really meant it. There were actually a lot of things that she and Riku had been through that had made her opinion of him change significantly from the first time she had met him.
Her angered, minty-tinted gaze scanned the ocean waters to see something... that wasn't usually seen in this world. A pirate ship... perhaps some loon from another world that was a friend of Sora's that decided to show up. Sad thing was-- Ikari didn't know how close to the mark she was with that though that crossed her mind.
----------------
Dressed up in a one-piece bathing suit that was a light purple with blue flowers on it and shorts up over it, a girl sat in the sand, digging away at it and occasionally looking around for a seashell or two.
Being ten years of age and loving just about anything and everything was something that this bubbly green-haired girl did. She normally hadn't a care in the world, and currently didn't as she created more and more mounds of sand for her castle. It was a popular activity for kids her age... took a lot of attention away from other things that could possibly be destroyed. In Aera's case, it really was a good thing that she had this to occupy her.
There were times that Aera could remember that she had been called an annoyance or a burden, but that's just what happened. She was just a kid after all, what did people expect? A ten-year old that gives proper etiquette and is expected to just stay still when there's something that's captivated her attention?
"It's almost done~!" Aera exclaimed in a singsong tone, clapping her hands together and then leaning down to continue on the finishing touches to her castle. Yup... definitely something that held her attention more effectively than knowing that there was a party that was going to be taking place soon.
((Aaaaand Riku will be used later... As said in one of Ikari's posts, fashionably late ; D))
Just so you know, I'm using the original versions of my characters, so they'll have abilities available to them that wouldn't be available for them until they'd attain it through plot means in this RP. For the few of you that care, though I highly doubt they'll use any of those abilities, it does mean that Fleta has empty eyes. If you don't know what empty eyes are, run as search for them in safebooru.
The exception is Morrisa, as the original Morrisa was an entirely different character. The reason I called her Morrisa here was because I couldn't think up a name at the time of creation, but for future RPs she'll be called Marida. But as she's Morrisa here, Morrisa she shall stay.
Atreyus Fleta Morrisa Role
The beach... after a long annoying journey they'd finally made it here... It'd have been much easier had it not been for that little blond bra--
"Last one in the water's a rotten egg!
Speaking of whom, there the brat was. Fleta no longer had her twintails put up, but rather had let her hair down. She was wearing a white bikini with green polkadots, and carried a huge, oversized beachball... something she must have stolen on their way here. After all, they hadn't left with one of those. Morrisa sighed. She herself was wearing a black one-piece that had frills around the midriff, and had let her hair down as well. Rather than her ribbon, she opted instead for a large black Black-Mage style hat. It do well to keep the sun out. She looked back to Atreyus, whom had a green pair of swimming trunks with two white lines going down the sides. He was also carrying all their stuff. "Hurry up. You're slow."
"I can't help it! You know, it'd be a bit faster if the two of you would carry something as well!"
"I've got something!"
"That doesn't cou-- Wait, where did you get that?"
"I found it."
"I was afraid of that..."
Morrisa shrugged. "Let me know when you've got it all set up, Atreyus." In the mean time she figured she'd walk around a bit.
"Yeep!"
A young woman wearing a light blue bikini had fallen backwards out of a tent, and scrambled to get back inside. A tent? Not fair... not fair at all. She couldn't let this stand. She walked up to the tent and tapped on it a couple times.
"Er... Pay no attention to the woman behind the curtain..."
Morrisa didn't care. She opened up the tent and started to drag the woman. "If I have to suffer out here, so will you."
"WAAAH... nooooo... I'm allergic to the sun... Just let me play my DS in peace!"

Jason Arilani Bolt Dash Maleficent - Don't think I'll bring her in...
Well this was odd.. Now why was Jason joining these people on the beach? Certainly a strange little gathering of people. Ah well. At least it was somewhat nice. He just hoped that it would be enjoyable in the long run. While he slightly doubted it, he would find someone he could have fun with. "Ah... How plesent..." He said, pretending to have emotions even now.
Bolt also joined these people in this gathering. Granted... He was all alone. Fearon wasn't anywhere to be found, Penny was nowhere in sight, Rhino and Mittens were still missing. This was going to be a boring day. So why did Bolt join in? Simple... He was hungry... As he saw some food, he started running. Unfortunately, his running caused him to go straight into the leg of a tall man with a funny hat. He was tying a rope to one of the trees. Who was this man? Why it was none other then a captain of a pirate ship. But how was Bolt to know this? He didn't....
Food, sun, water, and..... Man... Why did Sand have to be here? Wait... How did he get back here again? Dash officially hated this world. Everytime he was here, he got sand all over his supersuit as well as inside of it. And then the last time he was here, he was sent back to Radiant Garden and his suit was missing, leaving him with nothing but his briefs on underneath. With a sigh, Dash zipped around, grabbing some food off of peoples plates without them noticing it before running right into Mikael. "Oof..." He said, falling back and dropping the food. "Oww.... Oh hey Mikael!" He said, still wondering why he hadn't changed into a swimsuit of some kind....
As Mira walked towards the pirate, he started to point his finger from the air to her. The last thing she needed was to have to take care of a drunk person. But as soon as she was close enough, he said "Oy! Perfect timing mate, just perfect! Here hold this.". He handed his bottle of rum to her and then ran off to grab a rope and tie it to a nearby tree. "Oh God, the Nobody said to herself; she was wearing a one-piece green swimsuit. "I'm not doing this, it looks stupid." She soon left the bottle at the shore and warped to another place at the island, trying to be careful so that no one noticed her dark powers. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mikael had just gotten his hotel room and key and was heading towards him when he saw... a blond kid running towards him at an incredible speed? The fire elementalist had no time to think, and he moved aside, dodging the kid. "Oof... Oww.... Oh hey Mikael!" Dash said; he apparently had fallen to the ground trying to dodge him. "Oh, hey Dash! How's it going?" he said, trying to help him stand up. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
While all of this happened, a black cat was exploring her surroundings. She had no idea how she had gotten there, but everyone was eating and she was getting hungry. Now, how would she love having Bolt right next to me to beg for food. "I guess I will have to try the "dog face" myself." She continued walking without a destination, hoping someone would see her and give her food. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
A young man was walking towards a beach, eating a hot-dog. He had short dark brown hair and eyes to match. He was somewhat tall for a fifteen year old. As he continued walking, he spotted a black cat walking. Weird. He started walking towards her, realizing that she looked like she hadn't eaten in days! "Hello there, are you lost?" Of course, Shun didn't knew about her powers or that she could actually talk to him.
Captain Jack was about to turn back to retrieve his rum, but the woman who had turned up was gone. The captain was about to panic when he noticed his rum sitting neatly on the beach, waiting for him. He breathed a deep sigh of relief, and then felt something smack into his boot. He became motionless, staring ahead with buggy eyes. His head moved slowly, robotically, and his eyes remained straight ahead until they had to turn down.
Standing at his feet was a small white...mongrel. Well groomed and neat looking to be sure, with an appealing black lighting bolt in the white fur. He walked over and picked up his bottle of rum, not saying anything but continuing to stare at the dog. He took a large gulp of rum, and then grabbed a large drumstick, walking back toward the dog.
" 'Allo there lil' mate. Scrawny, tiny thing are ya? Need some meat on those bones 'aye?" Captain Jack didn't talk in baby voices, it was demeaning to himself, blast what the dog thought of it. He held the drumstick between two fingers, gingerly holding it above the little dog's black nose.
Xelex had arrived mere moments earlier. The humid beach air was quite hot, and since he was wearing all dark clothing and a cloak over it all, it was becoming uncomfortable. Xelex could bear it for a few more minutes.
He walked down the beach observing the people playing in the water, on the beach, talking, and many other random things. However what caught his sight was a man offering a drumstick to a dog who just eyed it intently.
"You know," Xelex said to the man, "He might eat it if you put it on the ground for him. Most dogs perfer to get the food themselves. Some sort of independency complex or something like that."
[SELENE] Pushing open the changing room, tangerine eyes squinted at the bright sun, while lifting an arm to block it momentarily until she grew accustomed to it. With a sigh, she brought her arm down and joined it with the other to cross over her chest. The tankini she wore was of neutral colors; she rather be subtle than standing out like a bizarre highlighter. Actually she didn’t even plan on coming to this grand affair until Chip and Dale hacked the control of her gummi ship and sent her here. The cursed chipmunks’ excuses were that it was time for her to relax and take a break versus going on an endless hunt. They proclaimed that not being able to cut loose will make her stressed and unstable, so it would only be better to go to this …beach party. Plus who doesn’t like parties. For Selene, mingling wouldn’t be as easy as it seemed.
Through her travels, she hardly met or made friendly connections. Why? Lately the warrioress has been strictly business nothing more and nothing less. Now she had no choice, but to act human rather than a cold statue. Her sword, Twins of Leto, was out of reach; the chipmunks have managed to gain control of the auto-pilot, which hid her weaponry and light armory leaving the astro-fighter with only a beach towel, a wrapping swimming skirt, a tankini, a pair of sandles, sun glasses, sun screen, and a beach ball. Before she could gather everything securely in her arms, the woman was transmitted instantly into a changing room. There was obviously no way getting ok.
As Zedd was exploring Destiny Island yet again, he realized that there was a meeting of some sort on the beach. It seemed like...a party? Yes, that seemed to be it, maybe Zedd should go! He knew that he would undoubtedly make new friends. So, he went back into town, bought some tropical swimming trunks, that were blue with palm trees on them, he quickly made his way back to the beach.
As he was approaching all the people on the beach, he saw none other than Bolt!
"HEY BOLT!!"
Not the greatest way to get someones attention at a beach party like this, but it would work for the moment.
-----------------------------------------------
Doogie didn't know how he got to this world, and he didn't really care, because he was here now, and there was a party! Although Doogie wasn't that much of a partier, he still loved meeting new people! At the moment, Doogie was still wearing a pair of swimming trunks that were decorated with flames, and palm trees. They weren't all that flashy, or popular, but Doogie liked them, so he still wore them!
As Doogie neared a table with some food, he grabbed some food, and looked around hoping to make some new friends.
Not even caring that more and more people were showing up Seed continued to strum along to his song. But alas all good things come to an end, the song ended suddenly and Seed let out a sigh.
" I was just getting warmed up too." the green haired heartless said as he scanned the area looking at who the new people were. Role-call time.
Okay, a bunch of humans. Great. A couple of animals. Strange. And a Nobody.....wait. A freaking Nobody. Cue the sigh. Seed really wasn't in the mood for a fight. But if it HAD to come to it he'll fight to the end. But on to more pressing matters. Like when are the waves supposed to come in. Oh thats right, Seed could just make them come.
"Giant wave here we come!" Seed yelled as he started to run for the ocean. Then it hit him. He had no surfboard. He stopped and dropped his head.
Why he was here Marluxia would never know. Maybe for some time away from those bumbling idiots in the castle. Marluxia was not in a swim suit. Just his normal Organization attire was all he would need. Hood down of course.
"Might as well and try to placate myself" The Assasin said as he walked along the sandy beach. Looking around he saw that some humans have already decided to join in the supposed fun. Marluxia had also sensed that a couple of Nobodies and a Heartless were here as well. This might turn out to be an interesting day after all. -------------------------------------------------------------------
"How much longer could you possibly take?" Patience. That was a lesson Axel never meshed well with. If there were a class teaching it, he would undoubtedly fail. And it was too late to start learning. It was true what was said, you couldn't teach a young Flamer new tricks.
A growl shot from the other side of the door to the wooden shack. "Hold your horses! I'm almost done..." What was she doing in there, anyway?
The Nobody slid his arms behind his neck, hammocking that mess of red spikes."You're being a worry-wort, Era. Come on! It's a party. Relax." Despite his words, all of this waiting was agitating him.
There was a quiet huff from the interior of the lean-to as Era considered his thoughts. Perhaps he was right... What if people weren't as nit-picky as she'd always felt they were? Well heck, might as well finish it up while she could. "Almost done... and... There!"
The door creaked on its hinges and a pair of careful, icy eyes peeked out, soon followed by the rest of her delicate body. She was holding a chocolate cake, gingerly decorated to perfection -- or as close as Era could come -- with roses of colored frosting.
"How'd you even drag me into this?"Axel perked up and led the way to the food, and consequently, the rest of the attendees. He already knew the answer, but vocalized the complaint regardless. At least until he could stuff his mouth with a slow-roasted turkey leg.
The sand beneath their feet was warm. Shifting, but easy to get used to. Era couldn't wait to exchange her boots and classy clothing for a swimsuit. Then she could really enjoy the sun, and the cool of the Ocean water. This vacation was perfe--
However improbable it was, the girl tripped over her own two feet, stumbling to catch herself in the loose sand, and trying even harder to save the project she'd worked so diligently to ameliorate.
