In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There aren't enough praises in the world I'd like to give to wonderful coders for the Proboards community. The following have contributed to World Destiny in some way: W3 Schools for countless how-tos and countless of other souls who have helped get WD up to where it is.

Boredom ate away at many men and women, yet not as much as much as the murderous men whom...well...let's just say, boredom makes them do 'naughty' things.
A prime example, as it could be seen, was the young man known as Sig, a mercenary in his prime. Ready to pick a fight with those who merely looked as though they were a strong fighter, and/or warrior. Sig was, always has been, and always will be, a bomb that can be triggered by the even slightest blur of friction.
Such ignorance would be intolerable for some. But what did Sig care? They could go jump off a cliff for all he cared. Everyone whom he treasured were gone. So why'd he care about what others thought?
But boredom engulfed him so much so, to the point where the young man would accept ANY challenge that fell his way...
((I can't tell which area of twilight town you're at, so I'm gonna guess it's a non-specific area.))
A young lady in dark robes sat perched upon a roof. She had half-hidden herself by the chimney she was leaning against, and was reading her book again. She'd been getting frustrated as of late with this earth magic... Was the Quake spell really this hard to learn? She once again reminded herself how easily she'd learned the Aero spell compared to the other spells she'd learned... This hinted at her affinity being air. So of course earth magic would give her a hard time... though she didn't realize it'd be this hard. Even still, if she just decided to forgo learning the earth element, she'd not be able to become a powerful mage. In order to become powerful, after all, she had to confront and overcome her weaknesses. And that meant she had to master the quake spell, even if she had a hard time learning it. She thought to herself, wondering what she could do... Come on, Morrisa... Surely there is something you've been missing. Something you overlooked.
