In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

As Zedd saw Marluxia dart towards him, his immediate reaction was to just jump away, but with Marluxia, he knew to actually think his actions through. Unfortunately he wasn't able to think very much, so he just put his sword in the way of the scythe. It kinda slowed down the attack, but it didn't do that much in the way of blocking it.
As soon as he felt contact with his sword and the scythe, he then dodged to the side, hoping to not get cut. And then he pulled his sword up, and made a downward swing at Marluxia. He was hoping to be able to cut into Marluxia's back and cut some muscle, and maybe even nick the spine!
(Ehh, the number goes down by one now? And since I actually technically did dodge to the side, did the scythe do whatever you said it would last post? If so, I'll edit...)
(No, the number stays the same. The scythe will "cut" through Zedd, not his weapons)
Zedd dodged as expected, but in the wrong direction as Marluxia thought. No matter, Marluxia disappeared in a flash of Rose petals as Zedd swung at his back. Not quick enough though, his cloak was cut a little and almost his back. Time for a dirty trick. A Star Lily flower should end this fight quickly.
The Graceful Assassin appeared 5 feet to the left of Zedd and took out a Star Lily and said in a calm voice. "Zedd, do you know much about flowers? See this?" Marluxia held the Star Lily out for Zedd to see, "This is called a Star Lily. It holds a magnificent toxin. A simple prick can spell certain doom. The toxin itself is amazing all on its own. Sending it's victims into a coma in a matter of minutes. Impressive no?".
(Hmm...I didn't expect to win anyway, haha. Just please don't kill me *puppy dog face* please? haha.)
A Star Lily? Zedd had never heard of it, but he had a feeling it wasn't good. And Marluxia's explanation didn't help Zedd's feeling at all! Zedd instantly had his sword transform into his staff again.
In that moment, Zedd had cast most of the spells he knew, hoping to hurt Marluxia atleast somehow. Zedd's wounds had also all closed up, leaving Zedd with no open wounds for the Star Lily's toxin to get in his system without Marluxia cutting him again.
Zedd basically planned on casting Hastera on himself continually, hopefully dodging all the attacks that Marluxia did with this Star Lily. He knew that eventually he would get hit with it, but until then he knew he would put up as much of a fight as he could!
Tsk,tsk. This boy probably just used up all of his magic. Marluxia re-activated the Rose Flowers in the air and the laser attack restarted. The energy Marluxia had been sending into the ground was going to end this fight now. Underneath the rocky surface a seed had been slowly growing, feeding off Marluxia. His trump card, his Venus Flytrap. With a snap of his fingers 4 Dusk Nobodies appeared and launched themselves at the spells. Them alone wouldn't stop the attack, reaching into his pocket on the inside of his cloak Marluxia pulled out a handful of Babies Breath flowers and put away the Star Lily. Using his low control of wind XI sent the flowers at the spells. The instant they made contact they exploded, the explosion sucked the oxygen out of the air and snuffed out the Fire, the Dusks were a nice shield.
"So sorry Zedd. But this is over." Marluxia gave an ominous warning as he tapped his foot on the ground and the ground began to shake. Cracks began to form and the large vines of the Venus Flytrap came crawling out around Zedd and his immediate radius. They shot out and aiming to wrap themselves around his legs. Even is he was to run. The vines were all around him.
As the large vines shot out of the ground and wrapped around Zedd's legs, his instant reaction was to use fire Magic. But that would have to wait, as he had used all his Magic for a little bit. So, instead, he had his staff transform into a sword, and he started hacking away at the vines. Should Marluxia choose to come close, Zedd would start aiming his sword at him instead. Or he would block, whichever was needed.
((Bleh, so short. Sorry, but there isn't really much that Zedd can do!))
The vines continued to shot out of the ground and wrap themselves around Zedd. It didn't matter how much he chopped, the vines would come too quickly. Letting out a laugh Marluxia summoned Full Bloom and threw it at Zedd. Too Easy.
Zedd hadn't seen Marluxia's scythe coming at him until the last second, and he was able to pull his sword up, but only enough to where he hit the handle, knocking it slightly off course. Of course the scythe still his him, but it didn't hit him with the full force. Of course, by know, Zedd had realized that attacking the vines was doing no good, so he stopped resisting them, and paid full attention to Marluxia, putting his sword in a defensive position.
Marluxia put on a scowl. This child was being stubborn. Why won't he die already?! Letting out a sigh Marluxia saw that the number above Zedd was already at 34. Zedd didn't realize that the vines subtracted from the number, which as good cause this meant this fight will be over soon.
"Why not give up? You are trapped, even if I do nothing the vines will simply crawl all over you and crush the life out of your heart. Or perhaps your wanting me to kill you and not a plant. So be it." Marluxia gave a gesture of his hands and activated his Magic Bomb. Thick vines began to surround Zedd. 10 seconds till victory. The vines would cause an explosion of magical energy then.
Zedd had not used Magic in a while, and luckily part of it had regenerated (yes, like MP does in KH 2). He would be able to use only one spell. So, he had his sword transform into a staff for one last time and said,
"Goodbye Marluxia. I now know you are truly evil. Just hope that Hades isn't graceous, and won't let me get revenge on you. For I am going to train and train and train if he let's me. Thunder!"
Of course, this spell wouldn't kill Marluxia, but Zedd was hoping to get in one last attack before the inevitable happened.
Marluxia let the thunder attack hit him. He winced a bit from the jolt bolt but shrugged it off.
3,...2,.....1. The magic energy being generated inside the vines exploded outwards at Zedd. Though Zedd's body was not destroyed it certainly wouldn't be moving ever again.
"Goodbye to you too Zedd. No amount of training will prepare you for my true strength." Marluxia clapped his hands together and the vines completely wrapped around Zedd's body. Crushing the life out of him.
Pulling his hood up Marluxia waited for Hades to end the fight.
