In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

The sandlot, usually where Seifer's and his gang hung out and also where the struggle tournament took place. Today a young man was sitting on a small platform playing a Violin. It was a somber melody that had a calming feel to it. The place smelled of roses at the moment and the smell seemed to be coming from the young man. On the final note he quit playing and sighed, no one was here to enjoy his music. It made him rather sad. He brushed a lock of rose red hair from his eyes and wandered off into market street looking for a seafood shop to satisfy his appetite. Miyabita Roze was definitely having a dull day and hoped something interesting would happen.

Jawn had heard of many dark creatures being here and he was on edge just being there. He could smell it, darkness was everywhere, but where was it coming from. everybody seemed calm and nice but just something gave it off. He was sitting against a wall pretending to take a nap waiting for the srouce of all this darkness to come and kept himself looking natural so he wouldn't be seen.
As he sat there eyes closed trying to get his senses back, a ripple of smell went through the air, he couldn't identify it because he hadn't developed such skill, but he knew this was different, he knew it was a different kind of darkness. He could sense it coming closer and closer when all of a sudden it was right in front of him. There on market street, darkness was walking right by the traveling vigilante.
As he walked by Jawn got up slowly while speaking up and finally opening his eyes. "Finally, something I can feel secure for attacking in this strange dark peace" he said directing it to the heartless loud enough he could hear. Jawn took out just one of his blades and stood there feeling the edge of it as if he was ready to commit a vicious murder. The hunter was now in action.

Roze was walking along knowing there was a place that served shrimp further up the road when he heard the oddest of things. "Finally, something I can feel secure for attacking in this strange dark peace." He couldn't tell who said it but he saw a man pull out a sword. Feeling a sense of danger Roze took off running trying to put distance between him and that man. Whatever it was he knew something bad was going to happen.

Jawn let a small smile creep on his face as he sprinted after him. For once in his life Jawn was enjoying this, a chase in the most messed up place he's ever been, now he's like everyone else and has to see. His senses couldn't take all the darkness so he was a little off his game today, if it was a fight it'd have to end fast, and a chase he could easily lose his target. For once Jawn didn't have the upper hand, but he was enjoying it. No idea why, but the main focus, the reason he was here, he had to catch this heartless.
He had experiance in chases from his days as a bandit himself, now that he was on the other end it was always easier. He knew that having upper ground is always better than a simple chase. The only flaw that other authorities have when they make a chase they get on even ground. Being from both sides Jawn still had the edge known as experiance. He jumped on and awning support and used his rope to swing to the top of the building, and watched him ru standing at the very edge.
Jawn may not have his senses, but he still had the upper hand. He was a risk taker and now he had to take one. As creepy as this may sound Jawn was looking forward to a moment like this. He jumped right at the edge of the building directly at the heartless. Took out his other blade and came charging down.
"Outrun this"
he said happily as ever and when he reached the ground he caught his footing and did a circular motion swinging his blade at wherever he thought his target was. He may have already won or completely wasted his time, regardless of either, he was still enjoying every moment.

Roaming in the realm of darkness, Elaeus started to take notes of everything to make sure all of the loose ends were bound up neatly. The Earth Titan had got a whiff of Ela's dark signature, so he should be back in action soon. Braig and Even are most likely busy with their joint mission. He had no clue what Relena was up to as well as Ansem and Dilan. Dilan will always be a question mark, who excelled Elaeus to grow curious with concern; if he was human the Heartless would honestly say that he was worried about #3. In a specific corridor, he found Sia in a dark slumber; hopefully it wouldn't too long before he's awakened.
While he thought, a scent reached his nose; it smelled of the element flora, and on cue, the Earth Titan growled. He already had his fill of seeing and smelling Marluxia, and he rather not deal with the coward, who talks to bloody much. Last time they had an uneasy encountered, Elaeus put the sand where his mouth was and nearly suffocated the Nobody. The Heartless was about to ignore the scent until he noticed a significant difference. The trail it had wasn't a human-like scent, but a dark signature. A Nobody had a body, which still produce the scent the person had before loosing his heart. A Heartless on the other hand is matterless lacking body organs, but they all had a unique dark signature that acted as a finger print that Elaeus has been able to detect ever since he awakened from the realm of darkness.
Also what made this different, Marluxia had a keen fondness for cherry blossoms, and this smell wasn't the sweet flowers, but something different. For a moment, Elaeus thought of Arumial, The Elegant Swordmaster. He haven't seen or heard from that comrade in ages it seemed. He still didn't have the spare they had promised each other. Trying to think back, he never remembered Arumial specializing in cherry blossom, but he did remembered his lilac colored hair. It was logical that Arumial was reborn again. Perhaps the scent of flowers and the dark signature would lead him to #11...perhaps.
Moving quickly, the Earth Titan decided to indulge his curiousity, while stripping himself free of the Organization replicated clock. He made it vanish in darkness feeling he didn't want to use it today. He was wearing the same outfit he wore during the tournament in the Underworld: a pair of black pants that were bound to him by a white belt and a fitted grey sleeveless shirt that was tucked in. They were enhanced to block his darkness to be detected causing his idenity as a high leveled heartless to be hiddened.
The portal had opened in the shadows of the train station where there was complete absense. With his hands tucked in his pockets, Elaeus strolled down the long road that led to the other portions of Twilight Town. His bronze hair was lighter than usual and bound up in a ponytail as bangs framed his soft angular face. He looked like a commoner, who was merely visiting a world.
Closing his eyes, Elaeus merely walked calmly not noticing the scent of roses running past him. Turning his head, the Heartless tilted his head watching the man run. His brow dipped together in confusion as his expressive eyes rippled the thought.
"What gotten into him?"
Did I smell....roses...
Outrun this... He heard someone say behind him.
Acting like a human, he turned his head before yelping and hoping back out of the man's range. Clanging against his hips were a pair of tiger claws, "HEY WATCH WHERE YOU SWINGING T-THAT THING! You could've poked me with that..and it looks quite sharp."
His eyes blinked innocently looking at the blade, I should've been an actor.

"Outrun this" the man said. Roze quickly rolled away from the mans strike and made a dash through the alleys back to the sandlot. If he got this guy one on one he could ask him why the hell he was acting the way he was.
Jawn had a little sting on his foot from the big jump but he was ready to run again. He thought of trying something knew for once. After chasing him for a little bit while looking around his belt to find something he could use he got an idea and simply laughed at the thought. Since he did that jump and landed it his feet weren't in the condition for a sprint. He pulled out two of his pocketknives and his rope while running.
After opening up a strange combination of tools on the pocket knives he latched them together and made something that resembled a hook. Still running he had to do this fast before he lost him. He tied the rope around the hook securely and than threw it ahead of him at a metal post. The hook hit it direct on and latched. Since it was so high up iit started swinging and Jawn yank hard to make it swing more.
"woohoo!"
he yelled joyfully as he swung extremely fast at his target. He let go of the rope quickly while it was swinging and launched directly at his target. Pulling out his staff which he ussually used in situations. He was about to swing when he quickly changed his mind. He held on of his blades by the blade itself very carefully and aimed the hilt of the blade right at the back of his enemies head. He was enjoying this so much that he just risked his own wellbeing just to make this moment more fun. Something was seriously wrong with Jawn today.

Elaeus watched the pair continue running with one of his eye twitching. What in the world have the worlds come to? Awkward how so many would blame the heartless for catastrophy, but insanity was running around like a maniac. The Heartless sighed at the chaos; the saddening part that it seemed that they were the only one...noticing it. The Earth Titan really wondered if this world would be missed if it was to be devoured in the tomorrows.
Atleast we will be doing some service. The crazies wouldn't be running about the street chasing after....the scent....of roses....Arumial? His mind reeled quickly as he jogged after the general direction the crazy man had ran. Following the scent of flowers, Elaeus was running down a series of allies. Hearing a snarl behind him, Elaeus stopped quickly looking back to see a pair of Gaia.
"Not right now," He said the three syllables sternly as he started jogged towards the scent again, which led him to the sandlot. If this really was Arumial, then he can handle himself easily. It seemed like Arumial to toy with his opponent, since he was always thrilled for a fight. Not entering the sandlot, he stayed in the shadows of the alley watching from a far. Looking down, the Earth Titan picked up a rock. If he really had to, he wouldn't mind give a mortal a one way ticket to unconsciousness.

"woohoo!" was what he heard and wondering what in gods name the man was doing turned his head to see what the man was attempting when he was the hilt of the blade coming down. He rolled forward hitting the sand to cushion him and turned his head upward to look at the man.
What in god's name are you chasing me for!? Roze questioned. The case for memory was still in his hand and if things turned ugly he'd have to resort to it.
Jawn knew his opponent had stopped running the moment they dodged because he heard a word. He landed his feet perfectly from the jump as he always does. He started stretching his arms happily as if he just got done with a simple warmup and was happy as ever
"man what a rush"
he said with a bit of a laugh, than after a few laughs he spun his blade back around in a flashy manner as if he'd done it a thousand times before, which he might have he didn't count. Than he pointed the blade right at his opponent's face.
"Simple, I could smell your darkness, it's a wonder I could sense it with all the darkness around here but yours is different. You're the darkness and it just so happens I'm a hunter of darkness"
He said calmly. He had said this in such a way without the simplest stutter. After what had happened he got the touch of craziness out of him. and honestly he wasn't the slightest bit afraid. Standing there with the blade pointed at his opponents face he thought to himself. Man, it would really suck if this guy was like the last. Just thinking about the phsychotic opponent he once had he almost shuddered, but he was too calm at the moment.

A hunter of Darkness...it would seem that not having him around would be quite resourceful, but he goes after does who don't even do anything.
Elaeus concluded that the heartless wasn't Arumial. Saddening it was for not to be him. Regardless, he was a heartless nonetheless. Now getting a look of him, the heartless looked so young with such an innocent face. The Earth Titan nearly confused him for a girl instead with his soft face expressive pink eyes and wavy red locks that framed such a gentle face. In short, the heartless looked new, fresh, and naive, and Elaeus rather not see one so seemingly angelic and innocent to be a part of a hunter's game.
I don't know what the hell I'm thinking, the Earth Titan sighed, while turning away as the Earth gave a quiver.
A trio of Ruby Gaia emereged at the side of the young heartless. They looked like canines and over there once skeletal frame was the lining appeal of muscles made of smooth black rock similiar to Pâhoehoe. Creases are formed in the musclar shaped rocks that pussed with magma. They tails swayed with a flaming type as they bared their lavacicles fangs. Their claws dug into the Earth as their nose flared with a snort of smoke.

(Lyon Reference for the win)
Roze chuckled a bit at him for his comment about the darkness. "So you believe that humankind has the right to call themselves the light and the Heartless the darkness. such ignorance, what justifies that your right to call your kind the saviors and us the enemy boy? Whatever your answer is I brook no quarrel with you and ask that you leave me be child." He said all this with a soft voice with the only emotion detectable in it being joy.

Jawn really paid no attention to the beasts. He'd seen more unusual things than that in his past. He was now somewhaat confused by this statement and pulled his blade back.
"I have the right to assume your darkness because I can smell the darkness leeking from you. Litterally. And I know humankind isn't light, I'm just trying to fix that, I'm trying to rid the world of people like me"
He said in a nonhypocritical way. Than he started walking away realizing he was wrong and apparently this wasn't a heartless. The beasts had slipped his mind while he was thinking of his past. He turned back around holding his blade and threw shuriken the way of his used to be target. Instead of hitting him it would go right past him and aim for the beasts. He had enough drama today to have to deal with these beasts. Something was wrong with this place and he just wanted to get out

The canine heartless started to sit before laying down nearly the flora heartless at the gentleness of his voice. They were commanded to only attack if hostility had continued. Smoke still rose from their nostrils as they watched the scene unfold like their master who gazed at the scene leaning against the wall of the alley.
Elaeus was fairly impressed with what the youth had stated, but it was humorous to hear words from someone so young. Perhaps the naive and innocence didn't travel so deep to hinder the heartless from survival.
The canine heartless blinked as the watched the man retreat. They started to stand for it was nearly time for them to take their own leave if the hostile one was to depart. Unfortunately, he wasn't done as he threw a shuriken. The Ruby Gaia spat at weapon with magma, and the weapon naturally melted. One of the three yawned loudly as smoke emitted from its mouth.

"I thank you for seeing reason when others would not." Roze said, obviously pleased. He then looked at the canines as the shuriken melted against it's lava spit. These creatures obviously weren't those of the Hunter so who's were they. They also didn't seem to be aggressive towards him so whoever summoned them wasn't an enemy. "I would like whoever summoned these creatures to come forward."
