In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

(o-o oh yes...flying mice are known in Africa >D mwha!)
"I never said I dislike you. Now did I? Also I find it quite insulting to underestimate me. I'm still the same just in the size of a rodent." Erika shook her fur as her tail flicked like a squirrel. "Plus I only may come off 'disliking' you, because after a while its tiring becoming the middle peacemaker between two swords. I think you two can coexist, but until then I have to be the peacemaker." Erika ended it; her attention turned to the large cat and the primate hoping that it won't go to far.
Leaping up, she moved to a higher and thinner branch as her tail curled around her body. Her eyes narrowed at the lion already feeling the presence of her light charging up. "Sorry! I didn't noticed you were here! I won't do any harm!"
Her head tilted side-ways watching the lion as he asked for Max name. He too was shocked by that, but a simple name was all it took for Erika to leap of the safety of the tree. With her arms and legs spread, the membrane promitted her to glide. She nearly freaked out at the effect, but before she could squirm she landed on Max's head.
"Mikael!" Leaping again, she soared down landing on the lion's head. "Long time no see."

"I never said I dislike you. Now did I? Also I find it quite insulting to underestimate me. I'm still the same just in the size of a rodent. Plus I only may come off 'disliking' you, because after a while its tiring becoming the middle peacemaker between two swords. I think you two can coexist, but until then I have to be the peacemaker."
Lyon sighed and shook his head with "I'm glad I at least have an acquaintance, and I'm sorry for that. As for coexisting, I do not believe that may happen. He will either find a way to take over for the rest of my life or I shall defeat him and take his power for my own. Until that time though we shall remain in the struggle for dominance." He had a joyful tone in his voice in the beginning but soon turned to sadness. Lyon flapped his wings several times before hovering next to the 3.
He turned to the newcomer before saying "I believe introductions are in order, my name is Lyon and yours?" Normally he wouldn't care for his name but he had to show some respect.
Eyes of sapphire scanned the babboon's face, who didn't seem to recognize him. A sigh escaped his lips as he realized he had been forgotten... or so he thought. "Mikael! What're you doing here?" The fire user's facial expression seemed to bright up, a big grin being showed at his face. "Nice to see you again Max, I see that you were blessed by the Pride Lands with more flexibility than looks." he said with sarcasm.
Mikael half-glanced at the bird and the squirrel... wait, the squirrel was gone! He tried not to pay attention to her disappearance and instead focused at the winged animal. He could sense the Darkness within him, as well as being able to smell it due to the fire warrior's current form. "And the reason of my sudden arrival was tha-" However, before he could finish the sentence he was interrupted by another voice, a VERY familiar voice. It came from the squirrel, which was now on top of Max the Monkey's head. "Mikael! Long time no see." She said before flying again, this time landing on the lion's head. "Wotcher Erika, it's nice to see you too."
The fire manipulator glances back at the bird of darkness for a second before continuing to talk. "So yeah, as to why I'm here, I came to visit some friends that live here. Appearantly, they are a bit busy since they are nowhere to be seen. I guess my next destination will be Olympus Coliseum since I need to know if Mira and Rub-" Mikael just couldn't finish the sentence. He looked down, not wanting to meet either any of their eyes. They were alright, they had to be alright! If something had happened to at least one of them, he would never forgive himself. However, the young bird decided to come and introduce himself.
"I believe introductions are in order, my name is Lyon and yours?" Mikael raised his head and looked at this Lyon. The lion had a serene look at his face, appropiate for greetings, especiallt to those alligned with darkness. "Mikael, I would say that it's nice to meet you, but that is yet to be seen Wielder of Darkness." However, there wasn't any sarcasm in his voice this time.
"Yeah, well, you're no looker yourself," he said,"You look like some insane little girl got ahold of you and decided to play hairdresser!"
He laughed and hopped over to Mikael, grinning and pulling on his ears a little.
"I have to admit though, being a lion has got to be much better than being a babboon."
Max listened as Mikael spoke, mentioning two people by name, trailing off as he started to say the last name. Rub....? Could that be Rubix?
"Um....are you trying to talk about rubix?" He asked him, laughing,"I'm sure he's fine wherever he is. The kid was good at avoiding trouble."
He turned to Lyon-the-bird as he came down and introduced himself. He could tell that Mikael didn't have a liking for him. Max wondered why? Eh, it wasn't important anyway, so.....he'd just let it be.
"So, you're going to a place called Olympus Coliseum? What's there?" He asked Mikael.
(sorry for the crappy post. Just heard my sister was in the emergency room earlier today, and kind of worried about her. I only finished this because I was in the middle of making it and didn't want to have to retype it.)

"Yeah, Lyon may wield darkness, but he isn't that bothersome. Although I might add he does have a thing with sticky fingers...claws. I hope Rubix is ok. You may say he's may be able to avoid trouble, but with his search of trying to find away to make his home safe from heartless, trouble will find him, and he only have a spear."
Now Erika was considered for Rubix; she even promised to help him out. Mikael was the last person she had saw him with, so she thought he was in good hands, but now Rubix wasn't with him. Also he was looking for another, Mira.
"Hold on. You're looking for Rubix, and Olympus is your next destination. That means you're looking for him there. Right? What would he be doing there anyway?"
Mikael chuckled as the water user pulled his ears slightly. "Yeah, that girl was sure lovely, too bad I ate her. And each animal has its pros and cons, so it would depend on what would you want to be good at." The lion then glanced back at the soaring bird who had spoken once more. Lyon didn't respond with violence, which slightly surprised the fire user. "So you can pick up on the darkness within me can you. A useful ability but not completely uncommon." So he admitted that he used Darkness! In Mikael's book, that was sadly a no-no.
"Yeah, Lyon may wield darkness, but he isn't that bothersome. Although I might add he does have a thing with sticky fingers...claws." Erika stated just before the lion could reply to the bird. "Ok then, I will take your word then Erika. And yes, it is a common ability among those who master one or more element, mine being fire. Also, I am sorry for being rude a moment ago, I'm just wary about Darkness." Mikael then lowered his head a bit in shame and worry as Max and Erika returned to the Rubix-Olympus subject. He would have to tell them what had happened there, and about the possibility of him being dead.
"You are so going to kill me," he said quietly, raising his head once more before continuing. "The truth is, he sorta got into this tournament and yours truly is the one to blame. And about his spear, I suppose that he lost it since I didn't saw it with him last time I checked. Anyway, so this fighting tournament is called the "Hades Cup", hosted by the Lord of the Dead himself. We both lost our first match, but the thing is I only got a few scratches and he... suffered major damage." The fire elementalist swallowed hard before continuing. "There was this kid, Zedd, who had died on his match. That's were we learned that we could actually DIE there. But as soon as we were about to leave... we were sent to what is called "Loser Fights". In the middle of my fight with Zombie Zedd, this weird light trapped me and sent me to Twilight Town. I don't know if he survived his match or not, so I am really worried about him. He doesn't have even a weapon!" Mikael was now close to tears, but he cried not to to a drama show there. But he had to admit it, both of them, specially Erika, were going to seriously hate him.
Max just shrugged as Mikael related what he'd gotten himself and Rubix into.
"If something's happened to him, something's happened," he said,"Not much we can do about it. Now, you were petty stupid to get a kid who could barely fight into a tournament like that, but again, nothing we can do about it."
He looked up at Lyon,"You're not gonna cause any trouble this time, are you?"
He remembered what he'd done at Disney Castle. It hadn't been fun. The kid had just gone ballistic, after all, and started trying to kill him, Erika, and Jawn. Luckily, it'd ended well then, but who knows what'd happen the next time it happened?

Time froze as Erika's large expressive eyes finally blinked. Her nose snorted the inhale she locked in her tiny chest before a clawed paw scratched the fur on the top of her head. "What in the worlds were you two thinking? Seriously, with the worlds being as dysfunctional as ever, why would you two even think twice about participating anything that deals with a god, but not just any a god of the dead?"
"If something's happened to him, something's happened," he said,"Not much we can do about it."
Erika's eyes twitched, while surpressing a growl, "I'm not going to ask how you can say that so nonchalantly with a shrug all of that coming from a guy who mingles with mobsters over a destroyed world and flips a pub upside down over ring."
Covering her face in her fury paws she said, "Alright, now to reverse what the hell you dimwits had started. If this Zedd is still walking around despite death, then this Lord of the Dead is keeping him alive in whatever form for his liking. Hopefully the same can be said for Rubix. Since this is a god, we can't be irrational; also if Rubix is still alive among the dead, then it may be hard to get him back. I doubt a god of the dead wouldn't be a bargainer."
"With that said, we're going to Olympus. You too Lyon, because you owe me for being a pain in the ass on multiple occassions. Any questions, comments, concerns."

"You're not gonna cause any trouble this time, are you?"
Lyon shook his head. "I'm able to maintain a larger amount of control on him in this form."
"I'm not going to ask how you can say that so nonchalantly with a shrug all of that coming from a guy who mingles with mobsters over a destroyed world and flips a pub upside down over ring.
"He's right though. If someone gets hurt and you couldn't have done something about it there's no use crying over it." Lyon said in all seriousness.
"With that said, we're going to Olympus. You too Lyon, because you owe me for being a pain in the ass on multiple occassions. Any questions, comments, concerns."
Lyon sighed before smiling "I suppose I do owe you another favor for the time at the castle. And Max after this we're fighting, I said the next time we met I'd challenge you, but this comes first." He chuckled at the end.
"What in the worlds were you two thinking? Seriously, with the worlds being as dysfunctional as ever, why would you two even think twice about participating anything that deals with a god, but not just any a god of the dead?" Erika said upset, being probably angered at the issue. The fire user remained silent; there wasn't much he could do besides feeling guilt, the guilt he would carry for the rest of his life if Rubix had been indeed murdered by that "Lexeaus". A soft sigh escaped the Lion's lips, so soft that it would be hard for the others to notice.
Then, Max said something he shouldn't have. "If something's happened to him, something's happened. Not much we can do about it. Now, you were pretty stupid to get a kid who could barely fight into a tournament like that, but again, nothing we can do about it." That had really put off the trigger in Erika, who started to lecture the water manipulator about talking about the subject with apathic answers. Lyon also commented something about the subject, but Mikael wasn't able to hear with precision what had it been. He was thinking about Rubix... and her. However, he was brought back to reality by Erika, who had spoken again.
"...this Zedd is still walking around despite death, then this Lord of the Dead is keeping him alive in whatever form for his liking. Hopefully the same can be said for Rubix. Since this is a god, we can't be irrational; also if Rubix is still alive among the dead, then it may be hard to get him back. I doubt a god of the dead wouldn't be a bargainer. With that said, we're going to Olympus. You too Lyon, because you owe me for being a pain in the ass on multiple occassions. Any questions, comments, concerns." Mikael raised his head when he realized that Erika, Max and appearantly Lyon were going to go to Olympus as well. It was true, they needed to offer Hades something valuable, something he couldn't resist. Maybe he could take Rubix's pl- no, that was too crazy. However, if there wasn't any other choice, he was willing to exchange Rubix's freedom for his.
"Ok then, I guess we are off this world for the moment." he said, having almost fully recovered his normal personality once more. "Talking to Hades won't be easy, especially if his little tournament is still going on... unless we find the waiting room. He hangs around there once in a while to see how are his "guests" doing. I suppose you can let me do the talking, I started this mess and I will fix it, even if my life has to be offered in exchange for Rubix's freedom. Now, the question is: how are we getting to Olympus? There's my Gummi Ship, where you can rest for a while, or we can use your orby thingy, if you still have it Erika." He remembered seeing Max and the gunslinger being transported away to another world back at Twilight Town. He had used a similar orb to travel once, which belonged to Rubix. It wasn't any pleasant, it gave him headaches and temporally made him almost blind.
(I don't care which transporting device you choose, so feel free to choose what would be better for your storylines I suppose.)
"I'm not going to ask how you can say that so nonchalantly with a shrug all of that coming from a guy who mingles with mobsters over a destroyed world and flips a pub upside down over ring."
Max just looked at Erika as she chastised him, and spoke back.
"I didn't mean it like that, Erika. My meaning is if he's dead....there's nothing we can do about it, ok?" He looked at her,"There was something I could do about the ring.......you can't just raise a dead person."
He shook his head. Erika could be hard to deal with when she was mad. He didn't like having to put up with it.....but, hey, what could he do? She was a friend, and he didn't just abandon friends because they were being annoying.
He didn't believe this Zedd kid had actually been killed in the tournament. If he'd been put in a fight after losing, he couldn't have died. What must have happened is he was near death, and somenoe who was a powerful healer had patched him up enough to fight. That was the only explanation. Dead people didn't just get up and walk around and fight. it just didnt' happen.

Erika's mousy ears flattened once hearing Lyon's voice. Her eyes narrowed in the question 'who asked for your commentary?' He was prooving to be a pita once again. One can always do something to aid someone who's hurt. At this point, she was finished with discussing the matter; she was focused on finding this Lord of the Dead and the whereabouts about Rubix then wallowing in possibilities.
"I still have my teleporting orb, but let's go on the Gummi Ship. Atleast we would be able to see our destination and landing place. The orb may mislead us to go in other possible places. So where is this gummi ship?"

"I'll meet you guys there, I never trust anything except my own form of travel." That said Lyon called forth a human sized portal and went in before it and it closed behind him.
Mikael was somewhat glad about not traveling by the teleportation orb. Those things sure made him dizzy. He gazed at the bird as he entered into a self-created dark portal, with the excuse of him not trusting other ways of traveling. "Ha! He would have fallen in love with my baby if he sticked with us." he thought as he stared at the sky for a moment. His world had been up there beside all of the other worlds, including the very one he was standing in. Elona Village was unique, and it certainly couldn't be replaced. The fire user looked up and glanced at Erika the Flying Squirrel, who had asked about the Gummi Ship's location. That would be no problem at all!
"Alright then, I will teleport the three of us there in a moment. Just one thing, Erika, I recommend that you get off my head." The lion calmly said. He would wait until she was off his furry head before looking at the black ring, which hung at a chain resting at his neck. "Here goes nothing..." he thought before touching the ring with his paw. Suddenly, a blinding light covered the lion for some moments, and when it was gone, there was no lion to be seen. Instead, there was a teenager standing (obviously with clothes) with the ring at resting at his index finger. A soft sigh escaped his lips as he grabbed something from his pocket, something that looked like a remote control with several red buttons. After gazing at it for some moments, Mikael finally pressed one of the buttons, releasing a white light which covered the three of them, sending them somewhere else... to a Gummi Ship.
The three of them (now in human form) were standing on a big red circle, which served as the teleporter from the ship to a random place at the world and from that place to the ship. In front of them was a medium-sized circular table surrounded by five chairs, mainly used for eating, chatting and learning more about the current world. Behind the table, a small, red couch could be seen. The entrance to the relatively small kitchen was in front of the circular table. At the southeastern corner of the room, there was a computer with no other real purpose than amusing yourself with it. To their left was the entrance to the cabin and to their right was a somewhat long hallway, leading to four small bedrooms, a medical room and a training room. At the end of the hallway there was a sealed room, which contained the machines needed to make the ship run and go. Mikael had been lucky to "borrow" that ship, since it was full of techy stuff. Another sigh escaped his lips as he glanced at his temporal home. "Well, uh... welcome to my humble vessel!"
