In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

"Amateurs," Zero repeated as the newcomer appeared. People have called Zero a barbarian because of his unruly personality, but an amateur? Um, no. Zero's hand twitched, ready to fly up to his sword at any moment. He kept an eye aimed at the Heartless.
"I must be ready at all times. The strangest things can happen in Traverse Town, and we all know it," Zero thought to himself.

The black tail of darkness swayed happily at the thrill. Three people to toy with, make them bleed, beg for mercy, and take their heartless. Seeing the boy rose, the large black canine beared more of its fangs. Its figure was the height of a large cat, but in a figure of a wolf. The pointed ears flattened as its claws scratched the surface of the shield damaging it. Slowly the body croutched down ready for a pounce.
If anyone was to trust this boy's life by the creature before them, they would regret it. The poweful legs propelled the animal forward, but instead of moving straight, the Heartless darted in an angle towards the boy's side. Strong jaws were open with a snarl to take a deep bite. With the lack of tastebuds, he wouldn't be able to taste blood, but feeling the flow would be just enough.

Kade sure was in a bind now. There was no way he could survive a battle in a state like this, not that he knew that, he had to flee. An incontrable urge to run away pushed at the sleep walking Kade and so he obeyed. Kade did a crooked run over to Drago his legs wobbling all the while. He then tugged on the back of Drago's shirt attempting to get his attention. One thing was for sure, he couldnt fight but Drago could.
(Crappy post but what else can you do when your sleep walking?)
(sorry for taking so long. connection troubles. my mom needed comp for work... all that stuff)
Jawn saw that these guys didn't realize the trick to beating them. So with a sigh he flipped off in a large jump off of the buiilding he was on and landed in between the beast and the two. When he did his flipped he had also pulled out his staff and had it in such a way that it would gaurd any kind of attack coming at them directly.
"You guys have it all wrong. Either one of you even consider fighting back?"
Jawn asked in a sarcastic and mocking tone. Then he lunged for the beast swing his staff in a cricular motion to the side aiming downward right at the beast head. When the other side of the staff hooked on the chain around his waist and pulled it off. ready for the other side to help with a few extra bits.

Zero growled under his breath. Here there was this stranger who was teasing him about not fighting, and Kade was... out of it. Things can get worse at this point. One thing Zero learned, is to never say, 'It can't get any worse.' No matter what, it can.
Zero drew Claw of the Wind and sent a gust of powerful air at the Heartless. At this, Zero darted out of sight. After waiting several heartbeats, he dashed towards the beast. Zero readied to swing Cyclone's Rage. With the wind still blowing around him, Cyclone's Rage could cut through with a strong shockwave. He swung it. Unsure if it would hit or not, he backed off with a leap.

The black dog beared tainted fangs as Jawn stood in the way giving the chance for Kade to evacuate. Seeing the staff swing sideways, the jaws grabbed the staff giving it a jerk. Darkness crawled up the staff towards the mortal. Stepping back the large canine prowled around Jawn as its ears twitched for any indication of sound.
A wind pushed against the solid body. In response, the sharp talon like claws dug into the ground, but it looked like the ground latched onto the creature not premitting it to move. With a heavy snarl, an earthquake shook the Earth disorientating the Zero's charge. The ground around his feet splitted naturally as the canine rose from it's croutched position.
Pain! Kade gripped his head in agony, still not openening his eyes, suddenly his mind began to surface but only by a little bit. Instead of the urging feeling that he was in trouble Kade began to think to himself WAKE UP!. He knew he needed to wake up. He knew he needed to fight he really just didnt know why.
Kade fell to his knees still gripping his head in pure agony. Kade sprawled right out onto the ground letting go of his head and falling right back asleep. If he couldnt wake up...it was over.
(short I know sorry. anyway im coming to join the battle soon i just have a few loose ends to tie up.)
Jawn saw darkness creeping up his staff. He had to extend it to buy some time. Used to thinking on his feet he did another circular swing to hook the chain tightly around the staff and as it was finishing the circle he let it slide of of his hands grabbing it again by the end of the chain. As he was finishing this he noticed the ground shaking. Last time something like this happened with these creautres he was in a cage of earth. Not going to make that mistake again. He jumped.
He didn't jumped out of the way, he jumped towards the beast. With the angle of his jump he would likely land right on top of it. This was the strange daring stuff Jawn missed from his new style of fighting. As he was coming down he swung the staff by the end of the chain aiming straight for his head and while doing so put a bit of a portion off the chain in the form of a circle getting ready to whip it around the beast's neck.

The sudden seismic activity disoriented Zero, making him stumble. Flashing a glare at the Heartless, he wondered how to defeat it. "The Heartless showed a power with earth... I wonder if I can disorientate it by my wind powers..." Zero thought, sweat dripping down his brow despite the cool air. Zero steadied himself.
Summoning a gust of wind, Zero leaped in the air. The wind propelled him further, so he landed a few meters behind the Heartless. Readying his broadsword for another wind attack, he focused more power in it's blade. The energy appeared as a thick blanket of swirling wind tangled around the blade.
"Ready yourself..." Zero murmered. He took swift steps towards the Heartless, jumping to the air at the third step. Zero took out his other sword, Claw of the Wind, and tapped it against Cyclone's Rage. The wind energy fused with the chi energy that Zero focused into Claw of the Wind. With this combined power, Zero swung at the Heartless, sending a powerful shockwave down.

The animal snorted in mild amusement, while releasing itself from the ground. Darting to the left, it moved away from the path of Jawn's landing and strike. This movement evaded from its initial position including the shockwave. It was quite unfortunate for the two to not plan this in unison.
Jawn would be in the shockwaves path as the creature was its only block. Like a predator, the animal zipped in zig zags before skidding at a halt next to the sleeping body. Looking down momentarily, the canine emitted a low chuckle before looking up at the pair beyond him. With a heavy bark, the earth rolled at them before clashing with the upper floors.
Walking around the fallen prey, darkness rippled around Kade from the canine's paws. It stretched into a pool as the easy heart attracted numerous shadows. There eyes glowed yellow, while wiggling up from the dark pool. Now they had to problems: saving themselves and saving Kade's heart.
Jawn had a scold on his face as he got back up from the shockwave. What the heck was wrong with this guy. It would be implied that he was trying to get it to stand still but he just couldn't wait to attack.
"Next time. Try waiting until I immobilize it before attacking it. If you keep jumping the gun like that the only people your gunna hit is me"
He said as he got into another position with his staff and chain. Holding his staff firmly he prepared his next attack. Than he leaned over to the person fighting with him he whispered in his ear.
"If you attack. Anticipate location. Take away his options of escape. Than I'll wrap him in the chain and he's all yours. Just don't attack direct location, anticipate!"
After whispering orders he ran in straight to the Gaia ready for some quick movements and reactions.

(...well...the previous order was...You Jawn..Drago than me, and I wouldn't like to go when Drago doesn't have a chance to reply or react to current actions)
