In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

[... Woe is me for rolling Sephiroth's die for this.... I was hoping I could luck out like Shiay, but NO D:< She has to get the never ending bag of candy and I get hunters! Bah to you, Shi-Shi, bah to you!]
Grass... leaves... they swayed softly and rhythmically in the wind. The sound of their blades and leaves rustling softly was soothing to his ears. Everything in the Pride Lands looked to be at peace... and this was good for him... him being the King of the Pride Lands. The mighty one, himself, Simba. All of the residents seemed to be tranquil and the air around was undisturbed. Sure, there was the occasional Heartless that roamed the lands as well... but they didn't seem as numerous as before.
A tremble beneath his paws.
"What...?" Simba asked aloud, looking down to the ground he was standing upon. The vibrations underneath his paws seemed to be getting more and more violent and he jerked his head up. Looking around, Simba's brow rose in surprise and he was soon running along a stampede of obviously frightened Plains zebra.
"I don't get it, what is wrong with you all?" Simba found himself to be shouting over the sound of the thundering hooves against the ground. As he ran, he soon learned from one of the many frightened striped creatures that there was a giant bird that they didn't know of that was flying over the lands, releasing primate looking creatures that went about capturing some of the land's residents.
Slowing to a halt, Simba stared after the zebra in disbelief. A giant bird that was releasing primate looking creatures that were capturing some of the animals that lived on the Pride Lands? The only thing that he could think of that were primate looking were humans... like Sora... and that was when he first met the young boy. But why would there be humans be here... in the Pride Lands... and why were they capturing the ones he looked after?
His ear twitched to an odd sound that he had never heard before.
Turning his head, Simba soon saw it... saw what it was that the zebra were talking about. A giant... bird...
Something whizzed by Simba's head and severed some of the hairs of his mane off. His amber eyes grew wide in shock and soon, Simba was bounding off towards the Elephant Graveyard. There was no way that he was going to be putting his pride in danger... none.
In one of the many dark cloves and chasme of the eerie elephant graveyard, a flash of light appeared. The typical beam of a gummi ship that heralded an traveller from another world. As the light dispursed, a quatripedal creature appeared. Sir Lucas blinked with his eyes. Adjusting to the darkness of this place. He wasn't used yet to this beaming down from the Gummi Ship. Stepping forward, an immediate alien feeling overtook him and caused him to trip.
Hitting the dirt, it struck Sir Lucas inmediatly how instantly the fall was. Like he only fell from beeing inches above the ground. And not from his normal height. Also his arms were not moving like he wanted them to, just like his feet. Struggling around for a minute, Sir Lucas was finaly able to right his head and look down on his... paws?
It then took Sir Lucas by shock that his body was no longer that of a human. He was looking down, beeing close to the ground on all fours. Furry paws had replaced his hands. Limbs had replaced his legs and arms. Fur had replaced his skin while his head was reformed to a pointy snouted one. Turning his head, trying to look at his body, the sight of his waggling tail also baffled the former human. Beeing on the Pride Lands had transformed him... into a jackal.
A large adult Jackal was alone and lost in one of the most dangerous places of the Pride Lands. He was quite large for a jackal. Beeing only slightly smaller then a warthog. Sir Lucas was still overcoming this transformation and adjusting to the way of moving around. Also, he noticed his lack of full plate armor. Even his shield was gone. All he had with him was a short sword that he now had to carry around in his mouth. The painstaking amiss of opposable thumbs was setting him into a grim mood from the start.
Then a large shadow swepped acros the Elephant Graveyard. As Sir Lucas looked upward, he saw a massive unnatural bird swoop by. While shadows were beeing dropped off. From a distance, all he could make out where primeape/human looking shadows. But they would soon be upon his position. Gaining the animal sense to detect danger, it was clear to Sir Lucas that these creatures had no good intentions. Dragging his longsword along, he heeded to a different location. Exploring the graveyard and looking for a better place to defend himself should the need arise. And if possible find help.
