In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

"Iiiin you go," the sling back pack was placed in wooden brown row boat out of reach from the blue transparent ocean waters. The boat bobbed with a thump as feet landed in it with a hop. With a nervous groan, feeting stumbled as the boat rocked causing the ripples to be more violent.
"Woo," hurrying her pace, Selphie flopped down causing a small splash of waters' crash, "That's better. Now off to the play islands."
She talked out loud to no one in particular; it makes her feel less alone, and it's easier to not forget what she was doing or what to do next. It lessens her moment spazzing and staring in space out of confusion. "I wish people weren't so busy. It's the summer for crying out loud. There should be fun, parties, hell even blitzballs going on..."
Despite how happily out of it...or what people may deem a hyperactive airhead, Selphie knows how to get things done, so she isn't piled up on any coursework. "Maybe I should through an R&R party. Something to get people's mind off of schoool or wooork and on SUMMEEER!"
Once she docked, Selphie grabbed her sling backpack before treading on the sands' softness, "I need to invest in some non-busy friends...perhaps a pen pal or somethin."
A beam of light shot down in the cove of Destiny Islands, rematerializing as Erica and Shina. "Thanks" she said to the sky, waving. Then she took her canoe that she had hidden in the cave and went out towards the Play Islands. "I wonder if anybody will be there." she asked Shina, rowing as she did. Well, I hope so. It would be boring if nobody was. replied Shina, yawning and stretching on her seat. And with that, they rowed at a steady pace, relaxing from the constant Heartless fights.

Eyelids drooped in boredom at the lack of people. What good is a beach without someone to be with someone else to enjoy it? After a while staring at it alone could get old very rapidly, and no man is an island. Right?
"Soon I'll need a ball, splatter blood on it, and name it Wilson." Selphie pouted with a kick at the sand causing grains to fly up in the air, but the wind decided not to play nice. "Aaay, it got in my eeeeeye."
Rubbing her eyes free of the golden dirt, she walked along the shore line of the ocean to find her usual chilling out spot, a little spat of land connected to the play island by a bridge with a leaning tropical tree. Selphie always wondered how it got like that...perhaps a hurricane knocked it over and it lived the rest of its life bent out of shape.
"I don't want to be like that tree...stuck with the world's condition...kinda sucks."
Reaching the Play Island, Erica produced Flare and sat on a box, strumming out a song and singing softly. Then she stopped, thinking. "I don't know why, but I feel......at peace here." she told Shina. "It's just a relaxing feeling to come here and sit." Tilting her head, Shina said I can understand tat. After all, you did say that you loved the beach. I just hope........ Shina cut off, her ears flicking back and forth. I hear someone over there. Let's go check it out said Shina, already walking towards the island on the other side of the bridge. Erica got up and followed Shina across the bridge. Shina ran to the end of the bridge and yipped. There she is! she said, tail wagging. She doesn't smell evil. With that, Erica said, "Hey there! who are you?"

"Hm?" Selphie blinked at a voice. Her brows wrinkled; she wasn't truly expecting company, since she came alone and the islands seemed vacant today. What got her most was that the voice was unfamiliar. Also talk about a casual greeting.
Turning around, her head tilted to see quite a tall older female with short cropped hair. Browns eyes drifted to her shoes. Talk about packing the heat in leather. "Uuuh I am woman. I live here, but it's easier to say Selphie."
Looking the woman over, she didn't look familiar at all, nor have she ever seen a thing like that, the fox, roaming around the islands, "Are youuu a toooourist?"
"Nah, I came here for a little R&R" said Erica, putting her hands behind her head. "Every time I've came here, it's just been me and.......Oh, I haven't introduced myself. My name's Erica, and this is......" She was cut off by Shina, who mentally said My name is Shina! Erica laughed, blushing, and said, "Anyway, it's nice to meet you Selphie. You wanna do something together? You're looking a little bored."

"Did you hear that?" Selphie looked confused swearing she heard a voice in her head. She wondered if that was just a figment of her imagination. It surely was a different voice in her head, and it wasn't this Erica's. "Uuuh, I guess I was hearing stuff."
Reaching up, she scratched her curly brown hair with an embarrassed chuckle. Generally when she says things off the wall she would know of it, but never had she been to the extreme of hearing voices in her little head, "So what's the name of the cute bundle of fluff there before I can give you a proper tour of the play islands?"
"Um, did you just hear a voice in your head?" asked Erica, grinning. "Well, that was Shina there. This may sound weird, but she's a telepath." Shina, tail still wagging, walked over to Selphie and said "Yup! That's me!" She jumped on the crooked tree and looked Selphie in the eye, eyes glittering. "You like to play?" she said, then tackled Selphie. "Shina, no! What have I told you about tackling people!" yelled Erica, angered.
