In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

There is an arguement/discussion on whether or not eevee is weak or not. Although i say not because i have differ evolutions of eevee and all lvl 100s and a couple know moves that can't be learned by them.(i have friends that can do a lot) but even the ones i have that don't have them i say are stong as well as cute. Which means......POLL TIME!

All evos are strong (except jumpluff, wich sucks). Eevee's evos are all strong, especially if you don't cheat. I would know, I compared two Pokemon at Lv. 50, one that was cheated, and one that wasn't. The honest one was stronger.
This all amounts to a moo point. Every Eevee or Eeveeloution has its own set of strengths that makes it just as good against another, save for type differences. You also need to take into account EV and IV points, those can make or break a pokemon.
I love those cheat machines.... you can teak Magikarp to explode... lol. But it is more challenging to breed the moves you want. The personality all comes down to the luck of the draw, as do stats, but the Eevee-lutions are staple pokemon for a basic team. Granted, after I evolved a few other ones, I abandoned the "eons".

Most of them are pretty good. Flareon has probably the worst Movepool imaginable, though, which is a shame because its stats are ridiculously good. I mean, come on. 394 max Attack? 350 Special Defense? The thing had the potential to be a total monster.
But I digress.
Jolteon shall forever remain my little buddy. Him and Espeon.

To my knowledge, Eevee won't evolve into Espeon or Umbreon in Fire Red or Leaf Green. The game doesn't actually keep track of time as far as I know. Actually, that was probably done because they didn't want a player to get Espeon or Umbreon (Johto Pokemon) before getting the National Dex. There were a number of blockades of that nature to keep you from getting Second or Third Gen Pokemon before you're supposed to. You've got to trade your Eevee to another game, evolve it there, then trade it back.
That kinda annoyed me, too...It makes sense, though, I suppose.
