In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Limber managed to get about five yards. At that point she stopped and glanced quickly behind her. The entrance to the tunnel was closed and the only ones following were the three companions. She leaned against the wall and waited for them to come farther in.
She was breathing hard. Mostly what she did for exercise was climb trees and buildings and not quickly either. If she was going to be living in this world (alive) she was going to have to fix that. Limber let out a silent grimace as she caught her breath. Slowly her heaving chest calmed. God, she hated to run.
The others were nearly upon her. Once again, the one with electricity arcing along his arms was complaining. As he approached she stepped into the torch light.
“I suppose I should introduce myself. I am Limber.”Limber decided to try and be friendly. “If you like, you can call me Gay.” She smiled and realized that in her current form that she was probably baring her teeth. She really needed to find a mirror and see about her appearance.
((I'll let you guys go one more round. One of you is wrecklessly striking the walls, trying to set off traps, another is introducing herself. Those two facts alone warrant a round))
"So anyone got something to talk about cuz I'm all out of complaints?.....This world hates me."
Shiro decided to ignore what he had said. Though, when he started to make marks on the wall, he knew he had to say something. "Ravian, you're going to get us killed. Stop touching the walls, these walls could be a trap... Oh, by the way. What you said earlier, I guess my answer is fifty-fifty. I don't know the girl, but that isn't a reason to not help. Excitement, I don't get excited for anything."
Then Shiro started to see the cat thing. He was suprised she had waited for them. “I suppose I should introduce myself. I am Limber. If you like, you can call me Gay.”
"Well, thats an odd name..." he thought to himself. "Though, Shiro is an odd name as well. Plus, I don't know what world she's from. It might be a common name there."
"My name is Shiro." he simply replied as he walked. Shiro didn't want to enter a conversation, because he wanted to be prepared for the next trap.

V was surprised as well to see the cat girl wait for them, so Limber was her name. It was quite an interesting name, but them again V had met a lot of people with interesting names.
After Shiroade his introduction, she smiled at Limber. "Hi! I'm V, it's nice to meet you Gay!"
She was about to extend her hand out, but then remembering what happened outside the cave stopped. "She probablly thinks I'm wierd..." she thought, her actions were unrational.
"well...there's still no reason not to be nice...." she thought, and so shaking off the thoughts in her head continued to smile. Waiting for Ravian to talk.

Ravian was suprised to hear Shiro say he never got excited and as he thought back he had never seen Shiro hyped for anything....at all...ever.
"Hm. Shiro are you serious that you never ever get excited. How do you not die from boredom. I wouldn't last a day without excitment." He still couldn't remember shiro being excited and hadn't seen him smile that often. It kinda freaked Ravian out.
He decided to let it go and change the subjectrather than rack his brain trying to remember a time Shiro had been excited.
Then limber started talking and everyone else introducing themselves.
"Any ways , hi limber im Ravian, why were you following us? Its kinda creepy"
The Were dog? wolf? seemed to like answering questions that hadn’t been asked for a while since Limber had no idea what question “I guess my answer is fifty-fifty. I don't know the girl, but that isn't a reason to not help. Excitement, I don't get excited for anything," was answering. The girl? There was a girl; the one that Oogie Boogie had kidnapped. As to never getting excited, Limber wondered at that. He certainly seemed agitated when the third member banged upon the walls. "My name is Shiro," said the were. He continued to walk. Limber listened with a closed smile as the woman in white introduced herself. She was the most enthusiastic in the group. V was not a hard name to remember though she’d have to keep from thinking of her as violet or Veronica. She noticed that the woman was about to extend her hand but didn’t. Instead Limber reached out first. Shaking hands and having someone grab your hand and pull you were two completely different things. Limber had no problem shaking hands with V just as long as she wasn’t suddenly jerked along. She was trying to be friendly and dispelling any hesitancy the girl felt around her was a friendly thing to do. "Any ways, hi limber. I’m Ravian. Why were you following us? It’s kinda creepy" said the member of the group with the lightning and the tendency to fidget by banging on walls. Limber thought about that for a moment. Creepy? Following people in a dark tunnel was creepy? Yes. Yes it was. She nearly giggled. They were in Halloween Town. Creepiness was practically a requirement. Limber blinked at Ravian in what she thought was a friendly way, at least, friendlier than her smile in this form.
“I was only being cautious. I meant no harm and I didn’t want to pop into the torch light suddenly, did I? All of you were alert for traps and enemies. I didn’t want to get skewered.” She tried smiling again. “I am following you because I saw the girl get kidnapped and I wanted to help.” It was not a lie. She would help the girl, though she had set out because of curiosity and boredom. Seeing the just returned Oogie Boogie was her real goal.
As she joined them, walking in the back, Limber wondered at how reckless she was being. Why was she willing to go into danger to see an even more dangerous creature? She’d have to work on that. It was hardly normal behavior for her. She didn’t normally jump off cliffs. Perhaps it was that she could only think of Oogie Boogie as a bag of bugs?
A stale breeze moved upwards from around the spiraled path. The torch flickered, as though to remind the heroes that they had not yet reached the bottom. It was not much further. The path led down and always to the right until finally, a change. It veered at a 90 degree angle rather than a gentle curve. The path ended a few yards after that sharp turn. What they saw certainly wasn't natural.
A perfectly cut doorway. Though dim, they could see something reflecting the torch light back at them from the other side. It had nearly a metalic appearance, though what it was would be impossible to determine without drawing closer.
"Hm. Shiro are you serious that you never ever get excited. How do you not die from boredom. I wouldn't last a day without excitment."
That was an easy answer for Shiro. "Ravian, boredom only exists if you sometimes have fun, I simply don't care about either. To me, boredom isn't in my vocabulary."
He listened to what the others said as he walked. The path changed though as he walked. He didn't care though, he was prepared. Shiro followed the path all the way until he saw a doorway.
"That is odd. That must be our way out of there." he said to the group members that were near him. He was about to continue walking until he saw something recflecting the torch light back at them. He first thought it was his metal arm for some weird reason, but he realized it wasn't. Something metal was on the other side.
"This is a trap, I'm guessing... Ravian, don't take another step." he said. He didn't know where Ravian was, but he knew he would probably go running up to it and start poking at it.
V was confused as Shiro replied to Ravians question, "boredom isn't in you vocab?" she asked him, she didn't understand how someone couldn't feel bored, or excited...was Shiro that emotionless?
She shook her head, "what a mean thing to think!" she thought insulting herself. It wasn't her place to judge someone, especially people she barely knew.
As the group went down the path way, V was surprised to see some sort of doorway at the end. "A door?" she thought, "that's...wierd...."
"That is odd. That must be our way out of here." She heard Shiro say to the group members.
V had a strange feeling, was it the way out of this cave? She wasn't sure, then as she came closer she saw something reflect the light of her torch back towards her. Was there something metalic on the other side? So many questions prodded through V's head.
She was about to get even closer to the door, when she heard Shiro's voice.
"This is a trap I'm guessing...Ravian don't take another step." he said.
Even though he wasn't talking to her, V stopped herself from proceeding furthur. They were left with two choices now...open the doorway...or not?
V wasn't sure, she took a step back. "Well..." she thought, "going back isn't an option...and there's no where else to go..." She turned towards the rest of the group, and saying nothing waited to hear what everyone else had to say.
Ravian listened to Limber speak "That makes perfect since actually." He said as he looked at himself he did have more weapons on his person than the average person.
As the group walked further in to thew cave a stale breeze swept through the cavern. Ravian almost went into a run but just as his legs tensed he thought of the others, even he couldn't leave them in complete darkness. So he waited and then just as he was about to run up to the door Shiro told him "Don't take another step."
Ravian smiled at him...or tried to with the hood covering his face you couldn't really tell. But even in the light of the torch. It was clearly visible that his eyes got brighter.
He meerly watched as V walked in front of the group and said nothing. after he was sure that she wasnt going to say some thing He turned to Shiro. "Well Shiro" He said while walking up to him.
"I would rather face a trap than have to walk uphill all the way back so" At "so" he thrust the torch into Shiro's hand "Im going to open this door."
Ravian then walked up to the door and(unless some one stops him) pushed as hard as he could on the large doors.
Limber sighed. One of the disadvantages of walking behind everyone was she was too short to see what was going on or why they had stopped. She peered around shiro’s arm and saw the door. They should go through the door, she knew that much. She heard Shiro speak. “Ravian, don’t take another step. “ Limber grinned.
Ravian responded with, "I would rather face a trap than have to walk uphill all the way back, so. He thrust the torch at Shiro. “I’m going to open this door.” Limber grinned some more. With those words, delivered in a such a determined manner, Ravian shoved the door, or would have if Limber hadn’t stepped forward.
This was too much. They needed to go through and they would go through eventually but right then she had no desire to see a decapitation or impalement. “Stop, she said, slipping past Shiro and V and stepping in front of Ravian. “How about we go about this with a touch of caution? She looked at the three companions. “Perhaps we should throw some lit thing through the bars?”
She reached up and patted Shiro on the small of his back, which was as high as she could comfortably reach. “It’s a shame you don’t have another backpack to light on fire.”
“Stop, Limber said, slipping past Shiro and V and stepping in front of Ravian. “How about we go about this with a touch of caution? Perhaps we should throw some lit thing through the bars?”
Thank god. He was about to do something, but thankfully Limber stopped Ravian, so there was no point. Shiro thought about Limber's idea, but what would they throw?
“It’s a shame you don’t have another backpack to light on fire.” she as she patted on his back. Hmm... That would have worked, but sadly he didn't have it anymore. He felt a little stupid there.
"Oh well... What done is done." he replied with his calm tone. "Now what should we use? A torch?"
(Sorry for takin a while. Plus, sorry about the short post. Didn't know what else to do.)
As Limber watched Shiro, she felt disappointed. She wasn't sure why.
No one else seemed to have any suggestions and Limber almost regretted stopping Ravian from his charge.
She stared at the door. She looked at the the bars as they glinted in the fire light and got up on tiptoe though she couldn't see anything with how dark it was in the room and since she was at least three feet away. She stared at everyone and then she stared at the handle. Finally, Limber stared at her feet and groaned.
She took her back pack off, pulled out a white bundle and lit it on fire from the torch. The white cotton burned quickly. No wonder, she'd just got them clean. She quickly went up to the door and lobbed it through before retreating.
