In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

The sun was setting, lowering itself into the glittering ocean and turning the sky a bright gold and red. A lone girl was walking slowly through the sand, touching the water with her feet slightly as the waves rolled in. She wore a striped bikini swimsuit with a layered white skirt. She held her white flip-flops and red plaid shirt loosely in her left hand.
As she turned her greenish brown eyes to the east to gaze at the darkening sky, the salty wind picked up and ruffled her long red/brown hair which contained a large white flower. She sighed audibly and stopped walking.
The brightness in her eyes dimmed and a worried look crossed her face. What was she going to do now? She wanted so bad to leave this world and fight to save not only Twilight Town, but all of the worlds from darkness. She had perfected her archery, in her eyes anyway and she was ready to face some actual danger. Not that fighting the "spirits" in the trees and bushes wasn't fun, it just wasn't accomplishing anything...

((I got ya back bluey J ))
Sat down, trousers rolled up to the knees a boy sat, the salty water caressing his legs as it rolled back and forth on the shoreline. He of course saw the impending storm, felt the harsh wind that blew his azure blue hair around almost like a pure ocean.
He had felt another shadow nearby walking, he doubted it would be anyone of significance but regardless as it came towards him he turned his head and saw a girl, it looked like she too was here for the beach.
People seemed to like the beach, to relax, he never really understood it. He hated the beach, he only ever came here to remember Sam, who was now, forever gone.
Cocking his head to the side, his azure ocean eyes blinked up to the girl who was some distance away. He waved slightly towards her, as was the socially acceptable thing to do, he had studied people and what they do for quite some time. “Hello” he spoke, his voice louder than usual to ensure that it carried for her to hear.
Lyrah turned her head toward a distant sound. Her eyes caught the sight on a boy sitting in the sand nearby. She returned his 'hello' with a soft smile and a quiet "hi".
She strolled over to where he sat and sat down beside him. "I'm Lyrah. Who are you?"

"Darkun" he spoke softly now that she was closer, the blank expression cemented into his face.
He stared at her for several moments before breaking out of his trance. " You picked a bad day to come to the beach" he said as he looked forwards towards the barrage of black clouds that had began to rise towards the couple.
"What made you come out today?" he asked quietly " and why /this/ beach?"
"Darkun," he had said. It was an interesting name, but interesting was not unknown in Twilight Town.
Lyrah studied his icy blue eyes and expressionless face. She could tell there was a past behind this boy...
"What made you come out today?" he asked quietly " and why /this/ beach?"
Lyrah broke away from his stare for a moment to look out over the ocean. The dark rolling clouds had gotten closer and the wind was now more constant. She began pondering Darkun's questions. Why had she come out on a day like today? Well the weather earlier had been perfect - blue sky and burning sun - but she also knew a storm was in the distance. She turned and looked back at him.
"I like this beach," she said plainly. "I like looking at water when I have nothing better to do. What brings you here? I don't think I've ever seen you in Twilight Town before."
The salty sea breeze wrestled with Ryu's raven-black hair striped with red here and there. He stood on a rock, dripping with the water of the ocean. about 20 feet off the shoreline. The waves around him began to pick up in size and power. A storm was coming. "Looks like this could get bad." Ryu said his eyes still in a tight lock on the dark, gray clouds that rolled through the sky in the distance.
Deciding it would be better to be on shore when the storm hit than on a rock in the middle of the ocean Ryu turned and dove, head-first, into the water. He stayed under as long as he could before coming up for air. When he surfaced, Ryu's hair was covering the front of his face. He looked more like a wet dog after shaking itself off. He began to swim forward towards the beach.
About halfway back Ryu noticed that there were two new people on the beach. "Now what would two normal people be doing at the beach on a day like this?" he said trying to keep his voice hidden beneath the crashing waves. "Maybe they're not normal. Ryu thought as he got closer and closer to the shoreline.
(Sorry this is my first RP in a while. Just tryna get the hang of it again. )
When Darkun didn't reply, Lyrah turned her eyes back to the rolling ocean. It was getting darker and darker...probably time to leave soon... The salty air was now hitting her in the face and tangling her hair.
As she peered out into the waves she noticed another person swimming to shore. She stood up and called out to him, "You'd better hurry! A storm's coming!"

((Sorry for the Delay, Read departures thread if you need my reason for absence.))
Darkuns blank yet azure eyes darted up to the person in the sea. The storm behind him rolling fast he could allreayd make out the larger waves begining to crash towards the shore.
"Think that guy will be ok?" he asked staring up at the girl then returning his gaze to the swimmer. " Maybe I should help him..."
He stood up slowly, walking a few paces forwards so that his feet were now in the sea and he shouted to the man. "Are you OK? The Storms coming in pretty bad, want a hand?"
He didnt really know how the man would react, afterall, it was a bit strange to be swimming in the sea with a storm coming, maybe there was more than met the eye."
