In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

As some of you know I still play Yugioh and have recently been creating a Elemental Hero deck and managed to get most, but not all the cards required for one. Such as E-Hero Stratos and Miracle Fusion.
Anyway please reply and comment on my deck which is still in development and i'm open to suggestions.
First of all there are some cards in your deck that aren't allowed by an official standard(If you want it to be competitive, of course): Heavy Storm is a forbidden card, so you can't have any in your deck. Premature Burial is a forbidden card. Reinforcement of the army is a limited card, meaning that you can only have one per deck. Monster Reborn was a forbidden card until not so long ago, but now it's a limited card, so you're fine if you ony have one.
Now onto the deck at hand. I haven't played an elemental hero deck myself, but I've faced them sometimes. What they all lacked, as do you, is draw power. Your deck is very dependant on getting the right cards at the right moment, so you'll want to manipulate your luck a little. This way you won't need that many polymerization cards either, as you have more chance of drawing them.
Some cards that can help you do this are: Sangan(limited) will let you pick a monster card from your deck to your hand. Easy enough. Dark World Dealings will let both you and your opponent pick up a card, and then discard a card. Your deck already have good reincarnation power, so discarding a monster card can cause you to turn the cost into a bonus.(There are other cards with similar effects) Card Trader is perfect for getting rid of cards that are useless at the moment and get those you want.
Some other cards you could consider for your deck: Skyscraper 2 - Hero City builds on the reanimation theme. Mirror Force(limited) a stronger version of Sakuretsu Armor. United we stand is a really good equip card that is extra good when you're swarming the field with monsters. Mage Power is like United we stand, but for spell and trap cards. You'll have many of these out at all times, so a monster of yours can make use of that.
Hope that helps somewhat. As I said, I'm not very good with Elemental Hero decks, and I'm not too fond of fusion decks, so my suggestions may not be the best.
I always kinda thought the Elemental heroes where half baked. I personally think the D Heroes are much better.
Then again, I run a zombie deck, so, I don't care what you have.
Although, I would suggest getting ahold of a few more explosives. Cards like Dark Bribe and Karma Cut. It's cards like that which makes me do an Evil Laugh.
Also, bit of an extra about Mage Power, its MAX attack given is 3000. Meaning not only do you have your M&T card zone filled, you have a field card as well.
I would also recommend that if you can't think of anything else to add, add monsters. Deck experts recomend that at least half of your deck be monsters. However, do not listen to them when they say to not have more than 45 cards in a deck. I run 60 card decks constantly, and I almost never lose.

Ah the Psychics... A truly dangerous group. The only way to stop them is with a card like Zombie World, which makes them stop being Psychic. Against pretty much any other deck, they will kick ass and take names like you wouldn't believe.
