In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Mordecai had been surviving so far in Traverse Town by stealing from anyone who was dumb enough to be stolen from. He didn't really care who he had to steal from, but he knew that he had to do something else. Stealing, to him, meant that he had reached the lowest he could. So, he had decided to take the munny he had gathered from killing Heartless in the second district to get some necessary items.
He put on his armor and, using his only other set of clothes as a bag, carried his munny to the first district. He prioritized what he needed to get. First, he needed food. That way, he wouldn't have to steal and he could feel a little better. Then, he might want a place to stay. Clothes were toward the bottom of his list. Until something happened to what he had, he didn't need anything more.
Mordecai shifted his weapon on his back into a more comfortable position as he walked through the doors to the first district. He walked around and looked in all the shops, but didn't go in. He felt so out of place, which, in all honesty, he kind of was. The only reason he belonged was that nobody really belonged in this place. He continued to window-shop, but his confusion only got greater. He had never had to go to a store for himself. Even once he was banished, he hunted for all of his food. He swept his hair over his right eye continuously, trying desperately to hide his mark of shame.

( totally was playing KH earlier for the sole perpose of runing around in traverse town lol so i knew exactly where we are )
Fiona sat with her legs crossed on the wall that spaced out the lower area of the district, fro the higher ones, near the shops and the stairs. There haddn't been vey many people passing by this area today, as much as the days before. Not that they talked to her anyways. One look at Fiona's cat like grey eyes and people turned and walked quickly away from her.
Fiona simply sat on the wall examineing her nails, purely out of bordum, and waited for someone to walk by, even for just the amusement of their looks of fear as they walked away from her.
Fiona then spotted a man that walked into the area, and then lookinng at the shops. He looked like the typical "tough guy" to her, but who would know?
"Hello there." Fiona said, just loud enough that he would hear her, but she only moved herself to lean her back agianst the stair railing, then she slightly watched him out of the corner of her eye, to see what he was going to do.
Mordecai turned to face the sound to see a young woman watching him. Her hair didn't seem natural at all and her clothing seemed unusual to him. He never liked being watched by someone. It put them in a position of power, as they had more knowledge and, of course, knowledge is power. He immediately felt uncomfortable, and it would have been obvious to anyone that knew how to read people, but not to most people. He grunted and walked over to her. "Maybe you could help me," he said as he got closer. Then, he looked at her more closely. He had been trained never to trust anybody you don't know, especially in a strange place. It was during this closer look that he noticed something in her glove. "Just know that there will be trouble if you pull that knife on me," he stated bluntly, swinging his makeshift bag over his left shoulder. He typically hoped to intimidate people by pointing out their weapons before they had a chance to do anything with them. It showed them that he could read them and that they couldn't hide anything from him.

( o.o y in particular?)
Fiona simply raised one eye brow at him. Sure, he pointed out her knife..... that took some skill, but whats with immidiatly placeing himself higher then her, that is not how you greet someone.
"Who said I was planning on pulling my knife on you?" Fiona asked and rolled her eyes. "Do I have reason too?" she added and then looked suspisiously at him, playing his same intimidation trick.
"What was it that you needed help with?" she asked remembering that his first words were "maybe you can help me"
The girl he was talking to seemed . . . bored, almost. She asked him a couple of mind-game-type questions that did throw him for a moment. It was obvious that she was more than she had appeared at first glance. Then, she reminded him why he had started talking to her in the first place.
"What was it that you needed help with?"
"Oh . . . right," he muttered to himself. He was completely out of his element in asking for help. He was totally uncomfortable, especially since his attempts to put himself in control had failed so badly. He stared at the ground and stuck his thumbs under his belt the way most people put their hands in their pockets. He spoke with none of the confidence he had had when he was younger, "I . . . uh . . . need some help buying a few things . . ." He half muttered and the end of his sentence trailed off a bit. "Do . . . you think . . . you might could help me out?"

Fiona was very... very confused as she heard what this guy wanted. Do I look like I'm a pretty little girl who enjoys shopping? Fiona thought while simply examineing the man in front of her. Fiona dispised the thought of being a preppish girl. that was just so unappealing. haveing to look "pretty" all of the time, and be off flirting with guys... ew. All the seemed to do to Fiona was make rude comments about her body, so she simply kicked their asses.
This guy however just seemed like he wante help, although she was still confused as to hat he needed help with exactly...
"I can try to help. But I'm not preppy girl that particulary enjoys shopping." she said stood up.
"You're name is?" she asked, glanceing around at the shops
"I can try to help. But I'm not preppy girl that particularly enjoys shopping. You're name is?"
Mordecai had no idea what she meant by "preppy girl." That phrase meant absolutely nothing to him. He unintentionally gave her a totally confused look. ". . . preppy? What's that supposed to mean? I just need some help finding some food and a place to stay. I've . . . never had to buy anything for myself before . . ." At this point, he was getting pretty nervous and was messing with his hair even more than usual, desperately trying to hide his scar. He wasn't even really aware that he was doing it. Then, he realized that she had asked him his name. "I'm Mordecai," he muttered, staring at the ground. He then looked back up at her. "Here's the munny I have," he said as he tossed his "bag" to her. This time, he decided against threatening her about stealing it as that seemed like a bad course of action. Instead, he opted to just follow her and hope she would help.

( Sorry I took so long >.< )
Fiona slightly laughed at the mans confusion. "Preppy is like the steryotypical girl who wears a lot of pink, is high energy, is really dumb and likes to shop." Fiona answered.
"I was simply informing you that I am not that way. Just because I'm a female, dosn't mean I'm a ditz." She added
Fiona easily caught the munny pouch, but she couldn't really care less about the contents. She looked at the man, named Mordecai apparently, and tossed the money back at him. "You hold it, it's your money." she said and then pointed to the Cafe that was just down the stairs. "The Cafe down their has decent food." Fiona said, then started to walk down the stairs. She slightly turned her head back however, to add one more thing. "My name is Fiona by the way; Fiona Syaoran."
The girl's explanation, though answering one question, simply brought up another. "Ditz?" he questioned, once again hopelessly confused. When she tossed his munny back to him, he caught it effortlessly and tried to regain his usual, though and bored look, though it didn't work very well.
"The Cafe down there has decent food."
Then, she started walking and finally gave her name: Fiona. "What I really need is a stash of food. The cheaper the better." He followed her down the stairs and looked over at the cafe. He finally realized how hungry he was. "Hey, do you want to go to the cafe real quick? I'm kind of hungry . . ."

( non Lakuria muse is finaly returning! its post rampage time! >! )
Fiona rolled her eyes when the man questioned her terms agian. "Nevermind." She said without looking at him.
"Do what you need. If you want to go to the cafe, I don't really care. It's not like I have anything better to do." Fiona answered about the Cafe comment.
It wasn't often that people wanted to accociate with her, so honestly Fiona wouldn't mind sticking aound, even if she was acting quite annoyed with it.
Mordecai walked over to the Cafe and pulled out a chair for Fiona before sitting down, himself. He wanted to be as polite as possible. He set his munny down next to his chair and glanced over the menu. Looking up at Fiona for a moment, he said, "I'll pay for both of us, if you want." He shook his hair out of his face and attempted a smile. It was awkward and slightly forced, but he tried. He forgot about his scar when he moved his hair, but he quickly remembered and nervously scrambled to cover it again. He picked up his menu and hid behind it, reading over it as he hid his face.

Fiona raised an eye brow when Mordecai put a chair out for her. trying to be a gentalman are we? She though, but sat don anyways, even if such an act annoyed her a bit.
"No need, I can pay for myself." Fiona answered and picked up a menu for herself. She honestly didn't know if she wanted anything. It wasn't often she sat dowb and ate, so it was a little weird to do so, especially ith a man. That never seemed like a pleasant idea... but at least it wasn't a date... ew.
Fiona looked up and watched the man over her menu and noticed his eye, that he soon tried to hide. She smirked. She enjoyed knowing secrets, but it wasn't like she was gona tell anyone.
"So what happened to your eye?" she asked nonshalantly flipping through the menu. Hopefully somthing more interesting would happen now, get rid of the akwardness.
His eye? Damn it! He slammed his fist on the table, nearly tipping it over and breaking a piece off. As far as he was concerned, that was his mark of total rejection; it was a permanent reminder that he was considered less than a prince, less than a soldier. . . that he was trash. He continued to hide behind his menu as he answered, his voice shaking, slightly. Not from anger, but from nervousness. "It's a personal matter," he stated, plainly. "It's none of your business." His second statement had more bite to it than the first. He continued looking over the menu and pulled out about how much munny he thought he'd need.

"Ooooo It looks like I found a touchy subject didn't I?" Fiona said very feircly back at him. She didn't really want anything, so she put down her menu and moved the chin to the back of her hand, while her elbow rested on the table. Her metal grey eyes seemed more feirce then ever since she could sense a possible fight coming on.
She couldn't really care less if this guy wanted to fight her. It was always so much fun beating up the men stupid enough to challenge her. Fiona slightly laughed at the thought. This could be fun if he was that angrey. But maybe he had forgotten that he wanted help from her. either way was really fine.
"Ooooo It looks like I found a touchy subject didn't I?"
His temper was flaring right then, and her comment did nothing to help that. Had he not remembered why she was with him in the first place, he would not have hesitated to throw the table at her, but he did remember, so he didn't do, or say, anything. He set his menu down and glared at her. "Yes, and I would appreciate it if you would drop it." He saw no use in lying, as she already knew the answer to her question. He set his swords on the ground and sat back, waiting for the waiter to finally realize that he had smashed the table and come over.
