In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Alright, you guys seem to have decided upon the temporary HQ, but we still need a permanent residence.
Now, I have a bit of an idea, though I'm sure you guys will have more than a few problems with it. The Wastelands. It's a mostly deserted area, with a few scattered population centers. There are plenty of servicable areas there, including Vaults and old military bases. With a little bit of work, and some magical help, Rose could set up a permanent warp point someplace secret that allows for transportation without resorting to Dark Corridors. The only forseeable problem is with the Raiders, but with Rose's reputation as the Bringer of Death, they wouldn't dare attack without hundreds of fighters. And since they can't get along in packs of more than 15 or so, that probably won't happen. Now, I'm sure you guys would object because of radiation, or food supply issues, but there are easy ways to remove radiation, and get healthy foods. Plus, there are no Heartless there. Zero. The world has never been exposed to them. Therefore, the Heartless couldn't find the place with a map.

Unless I am wrong in what I think, The Wastelands is based off of the games of Fallout which... Is not done by SquareEnix or Disney. Now I could still be wrong in that thought and one was done by one of them, but I know the two most recent, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas were not. As such, having a character based off of it probably is fine, but allowing us to truly have a world based off of it? That would be a decision left up to staff.
Furthermore, the heartless don't need a "map" to find it. If we start inhabiting it, heartless can find it. They are drawn to hearts, and so they could easily find the wastes if it's even allowed. Like I said, find out from staff (Oh look, we have like... 2 or 3 already a part of this group, 2 staff members as the leaders of the group!) and see what they say regarding it.
No, you are not wrong. However, it is covered by "In, Out, and About" (perhaps a sub board, or no board, just threads). It would be excruciatingly difficult for enemies such as the 12 and 13 to find us there. And seeing as the world has never had heartless, a few more occupants won't attract attention. There are a couple hundred thousand people in the world, and eleven, no matter how significant they are, won't call the Heartless there. In each of the worlds in the original game, the Heartles were not in most worlds until a major villian brought them. And there are no people there who would believe in the Heartless, let alone know how to call them.
Also, when I said the Heartless couldn't find the place with a map, it was in insult to the average Heartless' intelligence, not me thinking they needed, or indeed, could use maps.
Sorry xahnel, but I have to go with Jason on this. Just having a mission there pushes the limits of the rules. I think having a base there would go beyond that limit. Besides, shun and I have been discussing and developing the idea of the crystal palace. I'm all for implementing that idea, since the crystals will help protect from the heartless.
The crystals would repel Heartless much in the manner of a cornerstone of light. So since Halen is a Heartless I'm guessing they would repel him.
Also I believe the other benefit would be that the crystals would also disable the corridors of darkness within the castle so that we shouldn't get any unwanted visitors from certain organizations.
Okay, so they make him feel bad-weird, and he can't go in. Not even in Rose's shadow? I'm not so comfortable just dropping him at the front door, you know.
We'll build him a nice doggy heartless house outside the main gate.
Well our enemies are the dark XII and all the heartless (except for Halen) so if Halen could enter then every heartless could enter. Rendering the whole point of living in the crystal palace useless
im not in the team but does it matter were you make your "Base" dark 12 will eventually find your guy's base and what is a few people going to be able to do against dark 12 so if you get more people te you have better chances like making an army there is a heartless army so you guys get an army to kick ass it is just a concern
Actuaaaaaaally that doesn't have to happen soon. The Dark XII may be strong but they are totally not gods or divine creatures o.o so eluding them is still possible, at least for a considerable amount of time. Besides, they don't know of the Guardians's existance so... XDD
