In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

As Saxen watched V, she said, "I know...you have another being inside you...So before I tell you the persons name I must ask...which one of you two is the strongest?"
That was a difficult question. Saxen decided to consult Deathblade. "Deathblade? Who do you think is stronger? I don't even remember the one fight we had."
"I had all of my power, you had none. I beat you bad, but when I tried to recombine, your heart was transferred into part of my body. When that happened, we became evenly matched." Deathblade responded.
"So, there's no easy answer..." he responded to Deathblade. He then turned back to V. "We don't know who's stronger. We're both fighters, and the one time we did fight, it ended in a tie. I honestly don't know." He then looked over at Shiro against the tree and asked V, "Why won't he accept my help? I offered to let him use my weapon, yet he refused." He looked back at his weapons. If he did get to fight, he'd choose to use one, but he could never decide on just one.
V shrugged, she wasn't really sure herself either. "Maybe he just wants his own." she replied.
She then mind linked back with Shira, "They don't know who's stronger...."
Shira sighed, "Then their not worth my time..."
Shira was then silent, and knowing there was nothing else to say broke the mind link. V stood there quiet, she looked back up at Saxen, and letting out a short sigh said.
"Im sorry...It seems Shira won't fight until she's convinced your strong enough. I don't know...she's kind of hard to get sometimes..."
V then realizing she mentioned Shira's name panicked a little. "Me and my mouth..." she thought, calming down she smiled at Saxen. "Sorry! Just forget what I said! Um...but the person I was talking about only fights people who she finds...I guess...worthy...I'm not sure. I'm sorry!"
Shiro listened to their conversation... The reason why he didn't accept his help? Simple. Because he didn't need it it.
Wait!? Shira... REFUSED a fight??? That didn't make any sense. Hmm... So maybe there wouldn't be a fight... Well, that was good. Wait. If Shira didn't want to fight him, then maybe he could... take her place...? If Saxen thought Shiro needed help, he would be wrong. Now there was a chance to prove that he didn't need help.
"Yeah, she judges people too quickly." he said with a smirk as he walked over to them. "Don't take it personally, she does it to everyone. So, why not fight me? I guess I'll try fighting you."
A smile appeared on his face. Try... More like "will". Though, he was going fight like a warrior would. No gravity powers. Nothing except his sword skills. Using his gravity powers would be a advantage, and he wanted this fight to be fair.
Saxen was quite disappointed when he heard that "Shira" didn't want to fight. After V said the name, she said, "Sorry! Just forget what I said! Um...but the person I was talking about only fights people who she finds...I guess...worthy...I'm not sure. I'm sorry!"
So, he wasn't worthy. He was about to propose an idea to Shiro when Shiro set it in motion himself. "Yeah, she judges people too quickly." he said with a smirk as he walked over to them. "Don't take it personally, she does it to everyone. So, why not fight me? I guess I'll try fighting you."
"Good," Saxen thought, "I don't have to challenge him." He walked over and picked up the curved sword and the Zykon. "Here, you can use this," he said as he handed the curved sword to Shiro. "If you do well enough, I'll let you keep it." He stepped back a little and held the gold sword in his left hand. "Give it your all. I'm not holding back." As he said this, he morphed his attire into his battle suit and charged his power. Once he was ready, he got into his stance. He held his sword out loosely at a 45* angle to his body and put his left side forward. He started spinnning his sword out of habit and said, "You can attack first." He smiled a little as he waited. He hadn't had a friendly fight in ages.
V was amazed as Saxen's outfit began to change, his aura seemed to be growing as well. She smiled, "Sure you don't want to fight?" she asked Shira.
Shira replied with a yes, "For now..." she said, watching the battle through V's eye. "If he turns out to be a worthy opponent, then maybe I'll fight him."
She smiled twistedly, "But right now, I'll just watch."
V nodded, then backing away so to not get in the way of the battle smiled at her love. "You can do it!" she mouthed to him, and with that the fight began.
With a sword in hand, Shiro stood there, with his sword in his right hand. He took a deep breath, and concentrated on his opponent. If he was going to fight without gravity, he would have to be focused. He nodded at Saxen, telling him he was ready to fight. Though, unlike most warriors, he kept his sword's end pointing at the ground. He wasn't in a defensive position or anything, but more like he was just standing there with a sword.
Most people would think he was crazy to do that, but he liked to fight differently than others. So he stood there, waiting for Saxen's first move. He realized V had mouthed "You can do it!" to him. He felt a little bit more calm when she said those words. When Saxen replied, telling him that he had the first attack, Shiro smiled. "I challenged you, so that would make it your turn." he told his opponent. He never liked to attack first. He prefered to defend himself instead.
He watched Shiro get into his "stance." Saxen would hardly call it such, but if that's how he wanted to fight. He then heard Shiro say, "I challenged you, so that would make it your turn."
Saxen stood there spinning his sword for a moment as he thought. After a few seconds, he started running forward. As he got close to Shiro, he faked a quick stab to his chest, turned around Shiro's left side, and swung towards his neck, and then towards the legs. His movements with his sword were quick and precise. When his attacks were intended to hit, he twisted the sword at the last moment to avoid cutting Shiro. He then jumped back a few feet to get in a better postion to defend/attack and started spinning his sword rapidly, ready to move it into an attack or defense position.
Shiro watched Saxen as he ran to him. And then the fight began... He tried to stab at his chest, but Shiro didn't do a thing. Who went for the chest on their first attack, seriously? Saxen could have been dumb and it could have been real, but judging on his swords, he guessed not. He then, with great strength, he blocked the attack that went for his neck. Then, with his left hand, he pushed his chest before he went for the legs, changing the gravity of the body so that the gravity would push him back. Bye bye. Concentrating his gravitic energy on Saxen, he forced him back a couple of feet. He didn't want to send his opponent away from the battle. His actions were fast as Saxen's. Though, it seemed that he wasn't trying to cut him.
He then, like a normal person would do, put his left hand on the sword's handle and got into a defensive position. He looked at his opponent, saying "Is it my turn?" with a smile on his face. He then did something unexpected. He rested the blade of the sword ontop of the palm of his hand, and held on to the very bottom of the handle with his left hand, so that he was kind of holding it, but aiming at Saxen.
"I admit, such a beautiful..." he said, but before he finished his sentence, he changed the gravity of the sword, so it went flying at Saxen with the speed of a torpedo. "sword... Prepare for the unexpected, Saxen." he told him as he watched the outcome of the attack. Probably, his guess, was that Saxen didn't know that Shiro had gravity powers, and didn't expect the attack.
Saxen was slightly surprised by Shiro's reaction. He was quick and, it seemed, strong. Although he was off balance for a moment, he rolled and continued into his intended move. He had a moment to recover as Shiro paused and asked if it was his turn. Shiro then started examining the sword. What an odd thing to do in battle. As he watched, something didn't feel right. His senses were going crazy. "Not now..." he thought to himself. "I want to win, but I don't want to kill him." As he finished his thought, his battle mode was mostly active and he was barely able to dodge the sword that flew at him. As he dodged, he thought, "man, did I give him a good sword..." He got back up; his vision focused. He watched Shiro and could see where he was going to move the sword. Saxen waited to see where Shiro would move the sword next. He was ready to dodge and counterattack quickly.
So he did dodge it... Oh well... He guessed it was for the best, since he didn't want that to kill him. It was just a friendly duel... But then again, he had never been in a friendly duel, so he didn't know how vicious you attack. Oh well, the next thing he did, Saxen probably wouldn't expect. He kept the sword going, not returning to his master until... He then changed it's direction, back towards him, but also it was in the path of Saxen. Though, he made sure to direct it so that it would hit his opponent's right shoulder. Perfect Aim. Hopefully Saxen wouldn't see it, since it was coming from behind, and then give him a minor injury on his shoulder. He couldn't attack if his shoulder hurt like hell.
He would win for sure. He made sure to make very little arm movements, and even used his fingers, so that Saxen couldn't see where the sword was heading. Though, his brain was starting to hurt. Oh no... It was one of the side affects of concentrating too long. Hopefully the attack would work, and he could stop using gravity for a minute.
Saxen's thoughts were starting to focus in a similar manner as his vision; he was becoming more deadly every second. His vision noticed Shiro's direction of energy. He was directing the sword at him again. No matter. He ran to his left and kept focused. He couldn't let his fighting get out of control; he still wasn't sure if Shiro would be able to handle that. He shot a few fireballs past Shiro's face as he came closer. Hoping that Shiro would react to those, he came in on the other side to strike Shiro's lower left leg from behind. Again, he managed to turn the blade, but that could be the last time he could. Soon, the battle mode would take over. This had to end soon. Either way, he had already decided, Shiro could keep the sword, but he still had a few tips.
As V watched in awe, she couldn't help but smile. "Wow..." she thought amazed. She watched both of the men's attacks very carefully, studying their every technique.
She was surprised that Shiro could control his powers so well, she guessed it goes to show he was getting stronger. But for some reason, it looked as though his head was starting to hurt. She guessed it was probably the effect of using his power, but she wasn't sure.
They were both equally strong and fast, V got excited. "What do you think now Shira?" she asked.
Shira let out a small feh! "this is just the beggining....lets see who weaken's first shall we?"
V frowned, this was not like Shira. Usually she'd say fine and join right in. Was she expecting something?
In fact, she was. Shira ever since V and Shiro met Saxens other self, felt like there was a power hidden inside him. Like his strength could be twice as more powerful. Perhaps she was wrong, but Shira didn't think so.
The attack missed. Damn. His head started to hurt more, almost distracting him from the battle. No, he couldn't let that happen. He noticed Saxed fire some fireballs at his head. Shiro quickly ducked, and caught his sword. Though, there was a problem... He couldn't stop using gravity on it. He felt time slow down as his head hurt like hell. He couldn't keep this up.
Though, he managed to see Saxen's next attack. He quickly flipped his sword so that he was using it sideways. An odd thing to do. But to Shiro, he felt like it was right. He quickly stabbed the sword into the ground, and placing two of his hands on the handle, he jumped over it to the left, so that Saxen's attack would miss. It was time to end this. His head, feeling like was going to explode, made everything feel like it was in slowmotion. He quickly took out the sword from the ground and swung at Saxen's right side with rage. Before he even got into a defensive stance, his mind took over. He had to end this.
The aimed his hand at Saxen and forced him back, and then instantly flung his sword at his opponent. Using gravity to make the sword go as fast as a torpedo, it went for Saxen's chest. He couldn't believe what he was doing. It felt like everything was in slowmotion, watching the sword fly at Saxen's body. He wasn't this violent before. He touched his head, and it felt like he was burning. Soon, something terrible would happen.
Saxen wasn't even in control anymore. This fight was going too far. Shiro dodged his attack and swung at him. Saxen just flipped over the sword to dodge the attack when, suddenly, he was being forced away from Shiro. He instantly shot out tendrils from his body to grab Shiro, hopefully holding him in place.
Shiro felt like something grabbed him. He looked up to see what has happened. He was caught by some weird ropes... He could easily give up and end the pain. But... He quickly looked over at V... She was the reason. He wanted to protect her. Giving up and showing defeat would show that he wasn't strong. He wanted to prove to her that Shira wasn't the only one who could help her. This was his chance.
He was able to aim his hand at the flying sword, and then... It came to him. He quickly slashed at the ropes that were holding him. He was able to make a rip through it and jumped out, landing on the ground with rage. He wasn't going to back down. Not yet. Never.
He quickly ran towards Saxen and quickly got the sword to the position where it was when he shot the sword at him. He aimed it at him as he ran and then shot it at him. If it hit him or not, he returned it to his hand. When he got close enough, he attacked Saxen with the sword. The pain in his head started to moved throughout his body. He felt like he was being burned alive. Using gravity while he attacked, he was able to make it light as a feather, but when the blade was about to hit his opponent, he got heavier to increase the damage.
He felt like... He was... About... To pass out.... No. He couldn't. He couldn't back down.
