In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

V grinned at Saxen's question, "She's right here..." she said, pressing the eyepatch. "Inside of me..."
Suddenly she switched the patch to the other side, and without any warning a large aura burst from inside V's body. It was strong, and for a moment made the ship shake for a minute, but once it settled down everything was silent.
At first it seemed like V was sleeping, her eye was closed and looked as if it would never open. But as if remote controlled, the lid of the eye shot wide open, showing a crimson red eye.
Shira was in control, she yawned. "Ahhh it's good to be out again." she said, smiling twistedly.
She looked at Saxen, silent for a moment. "Your Saxen, are you not? I'm Shira...and might I say, your skills with a sword are absolutely superb."
She extended her hand out to him, "As was your's Shiro..." she added turning her head towards him. She knew he was awake. She didn't think it'd take that long till he was concious once again.
"She's right here..." V said, pressing her eyepatch. "Inside of me..." So they were like him and Deathblade. Kind of. V switched the eyepatch to the other eye. He guessed that it was either a sort of magic or just an indicator. When the eyepatch was switched, the ship shook with power for a moment. Then he heard Shira speak. "Ahhh it's good to be out again." she said, smiling twistedly. She then looked at Saxen and said, "You're Saxen, are you not? I'm Shira...and might I say, your skills with a sword are absolutely superb."
Shira then put out her hand. He took it saying, "I should hope so. It's my duty to protect the royal family and my world. I'm among the best warriors of Anhnyqueg." He then heard her compliment Shiro. He looked over and just noticed that he had woken up. "Yeah," he said to Shiro, "I was quite impressed." He turned back to Shira. "So, what happened in our fight? I don't remember."
Shiro, instantly, got off the seats and headed over to a wall. Like Saxen, he leaned his back against it. He simply looked down at the gummi ship floor. He listened to their conversation, but he didn't really care about anything they said...
"I should hope so. It's my duty to protect the royal family and my world. I'm among the best warriors of Anhnyqueg."
He atleast could protect something, unlike himself. Then he was about to continue making him feel bad until...
"As was your's Shiro..."
What!? A compliment? From Shira? It didn't make sense... Did he really do good in the fight? Well, if he got a compliment from Shira, he must have done good. Then Saxen added on to that. He looked back at the other two, but he was now calm again. "Thank you," he replied, "And now to answer your question. Um... Well, my head... It started to hurt like hell... Its one of the side affects of concentrating..." He stopped there. They probably didn't even know what concentrating meant. "I mean using gravity. I wanted to stop using it. But something didn't let me. So... That was why I acted violent. Don't worry, Saxen. You didn't do anything. You just caused the injury, which didn't hurt much."
Shira sensed how cocky Shiro's voice was getting and laughed. Did he really think he was so much better than everyone else? Typical male...you give them an inch and they go a mile. Such a simpleton, she was about to say something when V's voice interrupted her.
"Dont do it..." she said threatening.
Shira scowled, "fine...but he's such an annoyance..." she replied mentally.
V laughed, "You just think that cause he talks more than you."
Shira rolled her eyes, "Whatever...still needs learn to be quiet sometimes."
Again V laughed, and the mind link disconnected. Shira turning back at Saxen then said. "You wanted me to tell you what happened during the fight yes?"
She nodded her head, "I'll tell you...you both were just getting too into it. What shouldve been a fair spar, turned into a battle to the death."
She looked at Shiro, "Im guessing because it was Shiro who took it to that level, just didn't want to give up and so kept fighting. I'm guessing he just wanted to show everyone that he could fight but I'm just taking a guess."
She turned back to Saxen once again, "And you, seeing his determination decided to follow suite. And so deciding to throw aside what thoughts of only using half your strength, you charged head on into battle as if it was war..."
She looked up at the gummi ships ceiling, "At least that's what I got out of it..."
She brought her hand up, and pretending to draw circles on the curling added. "Though I am curious... To know, that maybe your real reason for showing off was to impress V. And if that is it then your stupid Shiro...she knows already you have great strength. Why try to force an impression when not needed?"
She stopped what she was doing, and turning her head slightly gave Shiro a cold stare.
Saxen almost laughed when Shiro said it was his own fault. Saxen had killed too many men to believe that he had very little to do with any injuries. He then heard Shira say, "And you, seeing his determination decided to follow suite. And so deciding to throw aside what thoughts of only using half your strength, you charged head on into battle as if it was war..."
"Close," Saxen said. "If Shiro took it too far, I have a battle instinct that activates, turning me into a machine of war. When it starts, I can't control it. Even Deathblade can't stop it. It took everything I had to not kill you, Shiro. No offense meant." Saxen walked around and continued to admire the ship. "Do you know where I can get a new ship or materials to build a new one? You saw mine. It sucked and now it's done."
((Sorry about shortness. I haven't gotten to post in a while, so my muse went on vacation.))
He looked at Saxen when he laughed. What just happened? He was simply trying to explain what happened to him and why he passed out in a calm tone. They looked at him like he was just trying to make an excuse. Well, he could understand why they would think that. They simply couldn't understand his mind. He even couldn't at the moment. The way he just couldn't stop the gravity, it didn't make sense. He would've said something, but he decided to not waste his time trying to explain something that they would never believe. Hopefully V, sleeping somewhere in Shira, believed his words.
Then Saxen spoke up, saying he was glad that he didn't kill him. Well, Shiro thought that was a bunch of shit. Saxen seemed like he thought of himself undefeatable. Having another powerful thing in him didn't mean he would win all battles. Though, he decided not to speak up, since he wanted to move on from the battle and into a new subject. Thankfully Saxen changed it, but sadly, he couldn't answer it. He didn't know where the materials were.
"Though I am curious... To know, that maybe your real reason for showing off was to impress V. And if that is it then your stupid Shiro...she knows already you have great strength. Why try to force an impression when not needed?"
He immediatly looked at Shira. He was about to deny it, but he just couldn't, since she was dead on... Damn't Shira.
"I-I um..." he tried to say, lost for words. He then looked back at the ground, hoping everyone would just drop the whole subject.
Once Shira saw how uncomfortable Shiro was, she knew her statement was dead on to his reasons for fighting. She let out a small "hmph" and changing the subject looked at Saxen.
"So...that fighting power....you think you could unleash it when we fight?" she asked, smiling. She shook her head, "Of course not now...I'm sure V is dying to speak with Shiro."
Shira looked at Shiro, then looking back at Saxen she waved. "Well... Cya later! I'm looking forward to our little duel."
And with that, she automatically switched the eyepatch over her eye. Shira's over powering aura disperse and soon V was back in control. Of course that was after she fell to the ground.
Back, V looked around confused of where she was at first. But then remembering got back up, a smile on her face.
"Hey Saxen, hope Shira wasn't rude to you." she laughed, "She tends to be insulting sometimes."
Suddenly her head turned towards Shiro, "Shiro!" she shouted. Filled with joy, she rushed towards him and embraced him in a hug.
"Im glad your alright." she said looking up at him, small tears started to form from the corners of her eyes.
(hey guys, I'm really sorry for delay. I've been so busy with school, but that's such a lame excuse. For now on, I'm going to try to get online whenever I can. Like the secound I have free time each day. Again sorry. )
((I'd appreciate a post in our other thread relatively soon))
"So...that fighting power....you think you could unleash it when we fight?" she asked, smiling. She shook her head, "Of course not now...I'm sure V is dying to speak with Shiro."
Saxen chuckled at Shira's question. He knew how deadly it would be. "Maybe once I learn to control it," he told her.
Shira looked over at Shiro, then looking back at Saxen she waved. "Well... Cya later! I'm looking forward to our little duel."
Saxen smiled when she looked at him. "I like her," Deathblade told Saxen. Deathblade didn't like many people. Shira must be special. Saxen then noticed V/Shira fall to the ground. His immediate instinct was to run over and see if she was okay, but as soon as he noticed, she got up, smiling, and said, "Hey Saxen, hope Shira wasn't rude to you." she laughed, "She tends to be insulting sometimes."
"No," he replied. "I liked her, and, more impressively, Deathblade liked her. That takes a lot." As he replied, she turned toward Shiro. She ran over and embraced him. Saxen couldn't help but smile. It had been a while since he had been around people he knew well. They seemed happy, at least.
"Of course not now...I'm sure V is dying to speak with Shiro."
No... Damn't Shira. That would just keep the subject going, which he didn't like at all. He rather talk about random gummi ship stuff, even though he knew nothing about that. Oh well... It looked like there was no way out of this situation.
"Shiro!" he heard V yell. He looked up to see V come and embrace him in a hug. So, he wrapped his arms around V and hugged her back with a smile. And then he was back into the conversation... He didn't want to be, though... He had to admit that it felt really good to have V in his arms.
"I'm glad your alright," she told him when she looked up at him. He noticed that small tears started to form.
"Love, please don't cry..." he told her in a worried tone as he used his right hand to caress her cheek. He didn't like to see V cry... It made him feel bad.
V closed her eye's as Shiro caressed her cheek, she took a hold of his hand and opening her eye's said in a whisper.
"Please don't scare me like that again..."
She looked at him dearingly, as if telling him to promise her. Then breaking away from the hug she examined Shiro to make sure their weren't any other injuries she needed to attend to.
"Are you hurt anywhere?" she asked him, picking up a potion.
When V told him that, he nodded. He would do everything he could to not have that happen again. But sadly, he didn't know how to stop or know when it would happen again. All he could do was hope. Then, when she broke away, she asked him if he was hurt anywhere. He thought about it for a second, trying to feel any pain in his head, but there wasn't. He was okay, for now.
"N-" he started to say, but a smile appeared on his face. He noticed that she had a potion in her hand. He had a idea. "Well, now that I think about it, yes. My lips are sort of hurting... And I'm pretty sure a potion can't heal it..." he said with a smile. But then, before he could continue, he realized something.
Saxen was there! For a few seconds there, he completely forgot Saxen was standing there. It was probably not best to be flirting with his girlfriend when Saxen was standing right there watching. Plus, though it didn't matter, Shira, somewhere in V, was probably puking. Though, maybe V wouldn't care and give Shiro a quick kiss. Eh, but if she didn't, he knew he could get a kiss from her later on. Sometime when Saxen wasn't there.
"Well, now that I think about it, yes. My lips are sort of hurting...And I'm pretty sure a potion can't heal it." Shiro replied to her.
V was shocked, had Shiro forgotten that Saxen was right behind them!? Obviously...V was silent, she didn't know what to do. All she knew was that she was not ready for this. Sure, she might be in a relationship with Shiro but... she was not ready to show her feelings in public.
She laughed, "well I'm sure that's something we can fix later."
V gave Shiro a small wink, then turning towards Saxen said. "Anyway..saxen I saw your ship earlier, it looked pretty beat up, if you need help fixing it I can help."
She smiled boldly, "I built the one we're stand in now so I know a little about gummi ships."
Saxen tried to ignore Shiro's comment to V, but it was too late. He didn't say anything and just hoped they'd get to something else pretty quickly. V then turned around and told Saxen she had built the ship they were in. "Really?" he asked. "I used to be an engineer. I need supplies, though. I also need to work on plans. Just tell me where I can get the blocks and I can do it myself."
Soon after Saxen said that, he felt a pressure in his head. "Let me talk to them," Deathblade said. "Shiro's alright, V's almost sickeningly nice, but Shira seems interesting. Forget the ship for now."
"Fine, then. You actually want to talk for once." Saxen replied. "Go ahead." Saxen always found it hard to relax when Deathblade took over. He occasionally wondered if Deathblade would screw up and kill someone. This time he would watch as Deathblade spoke.
Their attire changed and the helmet formed. Deathblade got right to his business. "Hey, Shiro and V. I want to talk to Shira." He then walked over to a seat and sat down. He then formed a sword in his right hand and started forming patterns on it slowly and carefully.
As he looked at V, he knew instantly that she was uncomfortable... And he hated the fact that he knew that he caused it. Honestly, he didn't like being the cause of her being nervous. Even when she laughed back and told him that she would fix that later, he could see through it, especially when she quickly changed the subject. He looked down at the ground, knowing what fool he made himself look like. Oh well... He looked back up and noticed that the conversation changed into gummi ships. Something he didn't know about.
Obviously, he was the third wheel. He knew where this leading, especially when he saw Saxen's appearence change. Yeah, he wasn't in the conversation anymore. Even though Saxen included "Shiro" in his sentence, he knew he wasn't trying to be rude.
"Well, I believe that is up to V," he told Saxen and managed to smile.
