In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

V was surprised, as Saxens attire changed. She could sense his aura change as well, and guessed that this was the other being Shiro, and her had met earlier.
"Hey, Shiro and V. I want to talk to Shira." the other being.
V thought, "Well isn't he quick to the point."
She heard Shiro say behind her, "Well, I believe that is up to V."
She shook her head, and turned towards Shiro. "Not really, it's more like Shiras choice if she wants to speak." she then turned her head back towards The other being and asked. "What would you like to talk to her about?"
One character flaw that Deathblade and Saxen shared was the tendancy to run into things without thinking enough. He kept quiet for a moment to keep from making a fool of himself. He tossed the sword over to V, dulling the blade before doing so. "I don't have to explain myself to you, only her, should she choose to inquire so. And, please, do not ask me to explain myself. I don't feel like fighting anyone today, whether it be verbal or physical." He continued to sit, looking directly at V, then Shiro, and then back at V. As he glared, he formed different sorts of blades on/in his hand. As usual, it was more of an intimidation tactic.
He listened to V as she told him that it was actually Shira's choice. He felt like saying "Oh" as a simple response, but the other guy started to speak.
He instantly didn't like him. Shiro didn't like the way how he spoke to his love. She asked a simple question, and that was it. He guessed that the guy didn't like answering questions, no matter how simple.
As Saxen's other being or whatever he was looked at both of them, he returned a glare. Shiro noticed that the guy was making some blades in his hand. What was he planning...? Personally, Shiro felt like taking V's hand and leading her away from that guy.
As The other being tossed a sword to her, she moved her head so not to get hit. Then seeing the handle, caught it with her hand. She then heard the strangers threats and smiled pleasantly.
"Now, now!" she said shyly. "No need to get aggresive." she let out a smal laugh. "Ill ask her if she wants to come out ok?"
She sighed, then linking her mind to Shiras said. "Shira, mind coming out? I'm kind of in a rough spot here."
Shira chuckeled, "I can see that." she replied amused. "Very well...let's switch."
V nodded, then grabbing the eyepatch she switched it to true other side. Covering her eye. The red crimson eye was now visible, and soon Shira took over once again.
She twirled the sword in her hand, and looking at the stranger coldly said. "well then...hello."
Once again, Deathblade had failed to plan his next move. He had let his emotions cloud his thinking. He let the blades retract back into his arm. "Hello, to you, too," he said, plainly. "You're...different..." he told her. "I don't know what to think about you," he stated as he got up and walked closer to her. "Most people, I simply tolerate, but you...you intrigue me." He walked around her as he talked and stopped standing oblique to her right rear side. He examined her from there. She was small, but something told him she held a lot of power in her small frame. Their eyepatch, he surmised, was a marker similar to the helmet he and Saxen used. He immediately started trying to figure what her assets would be in a fight. She was small. She probably wouldn't rely on strength; she would probably try for speed, agility, or both. Of course, there were always those that would surprise you. She might be good with some sort of magic to make up for the lack of strength. When they sparred, he'd have to watch her. Part of him wanted to put his hand on her, but he quickly dismissed it as both a bad idea, and Saxen's feelings seeping into his thought patterns. Instead, he stood there with his arms at his sides, ready to move just in case.
"Is that it?" Shira asked, as the other being finished his speech. She looked behind her to look at him, she sighed. "By the tone of your voice...it would seem you didn't prepare what to say once I came out, how annoying."
She turned her head away, and going towards the wall closest to her, leaned up against it. "Are you perhaps, hoping to waste my time?" she asked.
She nodded towards Shiro, "Even the fool here, knows not to do that."
She smiled, knowing how agitated Shiro would get, being called a "fool" once again. She then closed her eye, "So if there's something important...you better speak up now, otherwise..I'll have V take over again."
What was he going to say? He really should have planned this out...He decided to just say what he had been thinking earlier. "Well, V said that you're the one who likes to fight," he paused and let this hang in the air for a moment before continuing. "Looking at you, I'd wager that you don't rely on your strength. I'd say that you probably use more speed and magic when you fight. Am I right?"
He leaned against the wall that he was already close to and crossed his arms as he waited a little while for a response. Then, he continued. "You're choice of weapon also interests me. Neither Saxen nor I know anything about use of that sort of weapon. We've used axes, maces, and all kinds of swords, but never something quite like that. Maybe you could change that. I'm sure I could find something to exchange." He then pointed over at the cutlass he had tossed to V earlier. It was made of a very resilient red metal and had intricate patterns up the blade to make a blood groove. "By the way, you can keep that."
Shira looked at the knife, that was firmly in her hands. It was indeed a beautiful weapon, it's design, and color. Truly it would prove useful in the later battles of her life, the darker personality couldn't help but sligtly smile, when deathblade said she could keep it.
She nodded her head, "thanks." she said, gladly putting her newly acquired weapon in V's bag. She looked back up at deathblade.
"And sorry..." she added, getting up, and taking out the double bladed scythe, "I cannot give you Hibiki, even if you were to present me the most finest weapon in the universe...I still wouldn't be able to part with it..."
She grew silent then, looking coldly into deathblades eyes so that he knew, she meant every word she was saying.
"Now about my fighting style..." she said with a grin, "it's true...I do rely on my speed and agility, but only because the fighting styles, that are used for those two I'm more comfortable with. You see, I know many different forms of martial arts, and fighting techniques...but...those that relied on strength just seem dull, and slow to me...I like to keep things moving."
At this she let out a short laugh, then continuing she said, "Therfore...I prefer those that require agility, and speed...but I don't use magic...V does...but that's not my style..."
When Shira finished, the two remaining thoughts in his head were: that he had been right, and that she had misunderstood him about the scythe. He had simply wanted to add to his knowledge. "That's a different reason to choose a style than what I've seen, but, hey, whatever works," said his metallic voice. "Also, you misunderstood my intent about your scythe. I was simply hoping you could teach me to use it." Then, forming another weapon as he talked, he continued. "I obviously have no need to carry weapons, but Saxen feels better to have them." He then reabsorbed the weapon he made. "I have more interest in knowledge. Besides, you never know if you'll like a weapon until you try it."
Now, he decided to try something. He allowed the helmet to recede, but as he did so, he changed some of his features. The simplest change was the eyes. They would have already been red had they been showing. Then, he used his metal to make his hair silver and long. It came down to cover his right eye, but his left was clear of any hair. The faceplate of the helmet, however, did not disappear with the rest of the helmet. He formed a mirror in his hand to examine himself. He didn't look exactly like he normally would without his helmet, but it would have to do. The mirror then disappeared as he looked Shira in the eye. It was a rather blank look, but it still carried what little emotion he did have.
"hmmm..." Shira hummed, as she looked at deathblades new transformation. 'interesting...' she thought, 'he can create weapons by merely using his own body...that's quite an ability."
She crossed her arms, wondering if she should teach deathblade how to use her weapon, or not. She let out a sigh, "And if I were to teach you how to use my weapon," she said looking into the man's eyes. "What would be your price?"
That would be a problem. He didn't have much Munny or any material possesions other than Saxen's swords. Saxen didn't even have any pictures from home. He closed his eyes and shook his head as he thought. Saxen's memories of Zangus flashed through his head. Zangus was where parts of his appearance came from and a model he choose for elements of his personality, although he hadn't done too well with the personality. Bits of Zangus's humor moved through into his thoughts.
"Well, I don't have anything to give you, but we could spar or go out to eat," he said, looking back up at her. He felt much better being able to make eye contact rather than hiding behind the helmet. "Other than that, I don't have anything else to offer."
Shira sighed, as she thought about Deathblades offers. Really his prices didn't equal to same amount, the information of wielding her weapon was.
She closed her eye, "Would you really wish to learn?" she asked, not looking at the man. "To wield a weapon like Hibiki is troublesome...if you are timid, the blades will refuse to obey you. However, if you are to straight-foraward as well...the blades will not work as well as you'd like."
At this, Shira opened her eye, and looking down at the ground she continued. "The technique to wield a double-bladed scythe is very difficult to learn...it's not like any other weapon. Knowing that, do you still wish to learn?"
The darker personality was then silent, and looking up into Deathblade's eyes awaited for his answer.
Deathblade listened to what she said and took it all to mind. "Yes, I would like to learn," he replied. "It's good for me to have as many options in battle as I can. One more weapon saves me from one more situation." With that, he formed his own scythe. It took more metal than he would like to use on a regular basis, but if he could learn to use this weapon, it might be useful. He looked into her eyes and said "I'm ready to learn any time."
Deathblade then started to search through the memories of Zangus that he had collected from Saxen's friends. He managed to connect his thoughts with the memories and identified his "feelings." He couldn't help but look into her eyes. It made him feel more secure. Similar to when Saxen and Jamey fought side by side, but...also like when Saxen would sit with Trisha. It was...odd, to say the least. He didn't know how to deal with it, so he'd just have to learn.
