In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Kiara felt a shiver of thrill at the memories of the lake that was behind her. She felt like a cub again, and it wouldn't have been stimulated without her new friend Mikael, the odd person, who can turn into a purple tinted lion. The future Queen of the Pridelands was back tracking instead of maturing. Not long ago, she was focused in searching for others Outsiders to show them that the Pridelands have open arms for them, but all of that was tossed out the window when her new friend was looking for another.
In a sense, she abandoned proper questioning and had declare the intruder to be safe and trustworthy to bring home. Hopefully her father wouldn't be too angry with venturing to the Outlands and bring a stray home, a stray who is foreign to the planet to begin with. Regardless, he doesn't have a right to be too angry for now even telling her of the existence of these creatures, the heartless. It still seemed that daddy was still and will always be protective.
As of now, she flipped of the thoughts if her decision would heavily affect the pride. After all she was helping someone, which is always good even if she didn't consul her father or future mate of her whereabouts.
Whatever, I'm practically an adult lioness. I don't need to tell them where and when I'm going somewhere, and what I am doing twenty-four seven.
Trying to get this Future Queen's responibilities down pack was becoming difficult and stressful, but she's starting it by first helping Mikael find his friend Mira.
"I doubt you would know what she...smells like, and it will be hard to find a cheetah, since the blend in with everything."
Mikael followed his new friend, Kiara, through the Outlands to find the exit towards the Savanna. They crossed an alligator lake and found it. The Savannas looked like a paradise comparing it to the dead Outlands: golden grasses, little trees and shrubs, all kinds of animals. All of it shouted the word "Life" at once.
Moments ago, the black haired teenager was a person who had just arrived at a strange and hot world. Now, he was a black maned lion with purplish fur. Princess Kiara and Mikael were going to start looking for his long lost friend, Mira, at the cheetah territories at the Savanna. The Scavenger Hunt was about to start.
After leaving the Outlands, they had not said a word. Mikael supposed that she was too busy with her thoughts. After a while of wondering what was she thinking, he heard her speaking.
"I doubt you would know what she...smells like, and it will be hard to find a cheetah, since the blend in with everything."
Her smell? What was she talking about? He then remembered that lions have a more developed sense of smell than humans. Mikael didn't remember noticing a particular smell in Mira though.
"No, I don't know what she "smells" like. So this is going to be a bit hard. Looking for oddly colored cheetahs might work."

"An odd colored cheetah you say. Well she won't blend in afterall. This may be much easier than I thought." Kiara scanned the area and grinned. "Come on let's check near the trees over there. She could possibly be in it."
The lioness trotted towards the tree, while she walked her gaze looked down at the faint paw prints. It was hard to tell if it was a lion's or cheetah's. Leaning down, she sniffed the dusty dirt; some ran up her nose caused a head shaking sneeze. The scent near the tree was familiar, but not being able to pinpoint it made Kiara frown softly. Standing on her hindlegs, she stretched and cranned her head.
Red eyes blinked to see a walking stick, but the owner of it wasn't in sight. Would that babboon, Rafiki, truly leave his belongings out an about?
"An odd colored cheetah you say. Well she won't blend in afterall. This may be much easier than I thought. Come on let's check near the trees over there. She could possibly be in it."
Mikael started walking towards the tree, following the lioness closely. The lion started to remember the dark events in his past and in his memories. He then stopped daydreaming to scan his surroundings. An unknown moving creature at a nearby tree caught his attention.
"Well that's strange."
He turned his head towards Kiara and saw an abandoned walking stick on the ground. Mikael changed his attention to the other tree again but the creatured had banished.
"Did you just see that over there?" He pointed at the tree where something moved seconds ago. "It was real, right?"

Kiara's ear twitched to see if the new lion on the block was either right or loosing his marbles. "No I didn't see anything, but I feel something." The lioness croutched down with a waging tail; her powerful legs leaped her body up as her strong claws latched unto the tree bark. Slowly she climbed to notice a distinctive difference. This stick wasn't Rafiki's at all. To not leave her new friend alone, she swatted the walking stick to the floor and followed it.
Large red eyes blinked as her heavil paw poked the odd grey head as the cane's yellow swirled eyes started up at her. It was freaky and wierd. Even the scent that clinged to it was odd. Unlike Rafiki's it was short and had carvings. For example, the walking stick had a head with horns of the same colors, but the stick itself was a totally different color. "Hey this smells just like that-"
While the lioness retrieved the stick, the shaman blinked with its round yellow eys. Between them nestled an emblem of a black heart rimmed with red that crossed over it in an x. It tried to silent it's steps on the trees to be catious. The oddball hunk of fur nearly detected him. Gently, it descended down a branch, while the lioness back was to her. It heard it spoke, and it was ready still steal a heart.
Kiara's body stiffened, and her face was more alert than ever. "They're coming this way." It was hard to tell what she was talking about. "And they sound like they're in a hurry." From a distance once could see a mass of brown with a flow of dust collecting underneath it. A heard of wildebeest were going to cut through the savanna and past the two, and they hardly stopped for anything.
Mikael watched as Kiara climbed the big tree. Was that walking stick so important? She suddenly striked the ground with the cane. She seemed to be observing and analizing the stick, poking and touching every now and then.
"Is something wrong?" The lion started to find the place weird: it was too quiet. At times, he felt like someone was watching him, desiring something...
"Hey this smells just like that-"
She had suddenly stopped talking; something was surely wierd on the Savanna. Again, Mikael had the feeling that someone was watching them, watching their movements. He turned his head towards the Outlands, and then towards the big tree where he had seen the unknown creature moving. Kiara's expression then changed; it was very alert.
"They're coming this way. And they sound like they're in a hurry."
Who were they? Who was comming? Who? The answer suddenly came to his mind; his expression changed, and he now wished he had his swords with him. The Heartless were comming towards them; they were closer every second. They were comming for the Heart of the Pride Lands, as well as those of the ones who lived in the world. They couldn't have his heart... not now... not now that he is that close of finding her.
"Do we stay here and fight? Or do we go and ask for help? My magical abilities are at their minimum on this form, but it's your call." He was ready to fight, to kill the sons of darkness. But he was not ready yet to die.

Ela stood in his human form completley invisible from the two lions below. He was wedged between two pointed rocks that jutted out from the ground, one supported his back, while one he leaned against with his feet.
He looked out to direction where the heartless were coming from.
He didn't know just why he'd grown into the habit of defending beings with hearts... maybe he wanted to be like them... he didn't know.
He shrugged and once again looked out to the direction of the heartless. He sighed, and transformed into that of his feline form.
A four foot tall cheetah looking feline, except his colour was off. Instead of yellow and black, he was black and purple... like a heartless. His red mane of hair had now stretched down his back along his spine, and to the tip of his tail. He jumped from the ledge on which he had been lounging. And landed just in front of the two lions.
"Run! I'll fight them off!" He yelled looking back to the two.

(....*coughs* reading is fundamental*coughs* )
Yes, the new lion on the block have truly lost it. Her face was filled with bewilderment. What have her world came to? With this newcomer came along insanity with dark creatures that never existed to her knowledge. Why did they decided to turn up now? The more she was around this one, the more she began to learn that maybe he's the link.
"You CAN'T fight them. What good will that do besides through off the balance?" Kiara was in shock at his delirium. He was like a mad hyena more than anything, and she thought her pride was a bit dysfunctional with their over-protectiveness, but it seems others from other worlds were just as dysfunctional. Such existence may disrupt the flow of her world, and the laws of nature was kicking in to take a stance.
One delirium follows another as a miscolored cheetah lept out of nowhere into view. Now, the princess of the pridelands had enough of non sense, "You hurt any of them, and I will make sure you won't have a leg to use." The lioness growled with standing fur. Her thick body stood infront of the slim cheetah.
Behind her the herd of wildebeast ran free as they usually did. They always crossed pass in a timely manner as if they had a running schedule. She waited until the last of the animal gallopped away with it's family.
"What is the matter with you too? AND WHO ARE YOU!?"
Kiara turned to him with a shocked expression. What was she thinking? Had she gone mad? Why the hell would she protect the heartless. They deserved to die. That was their destiny.
"You CAN'T fight them. What good will that do besides through off the balance?"
"Throw off balance? That is exactly what they are trying to do! Don't you understand?" Now Mikael was mad. He hated the heartless, but he hated the ones who protected them more. Before he could do anything, a new animal arrived: an odd looking cheetah. He was trying to convince them to run from the Heartless. At last someone that thought like Mikael.
"Run! I'll fight them off! Well?! What are ya' waitin' for?!" "You hurt any of them, and I will make sure you won't have a leg to use."
"Both of you be quiet. Fighting won't help!" Great, now Mikael had taken the role of the pacifist. But anyway, who is this weird cheetah? How does he know about the Heartless? Suddenly a herd of animals ran past them. So that was what Kiara was refering to. He blushed, ashamed of his mistake. But Kiara was angry now. she started to shout at both, the cheetah and him.
"What is the matter with you too? AND WHO ARE YOU!?"
But now Mikael was sensing another thing. More creatures were heading towards them. But this time, they weren't animals. "Can you please calm down?! Someone is comming."
Meanwhile the Shaman Heartless had watched everything. It was moving closer to the three animals, ready to steal their hearts. But it soon realized that the odd looking cheetah was actually one of its own kind; a heartless. It continued moving, ready to strike at any moment.

((Well, there are heartless here...what do ya' mean Shun?))
Ela sighed, and turned to the other two.
"My name is Ela, and I've been fighting these things for longer than you two have been alive! Now run!" He lied, and glared at the shamans.
"RUN NOW!!!!!" He yelled, the sound echoed across the plain... and Ela cursed his stupidity.
Two dinosaur looking heartless appeared, they had skull like heads, and they were blue.
He turned to the two.
"If you two don't leave now you will die. Now, if you want to live, run." Ela threatened them, He coudn't banish the heartless, with these two around. He had to get rid of them, to get rid of the heartless.

Kiara still growled at him, a stranger who was telling her not to defend her own kingdom. Her father told that her, her pride, and this kingdom was one. Abandoning her duties would be neglecting who she was and what she's a part of. Plus, if these things were going to make themselves comfortable in her home, then she better get used to fighting against them.
A slightly familar smell mingled with the pair of Living Bones, the Shaman, and this cheetah, but Kiara had to deal with one thing before moving on towards the other. The lioness croutched down with a loud snarl before leaping up the tree. She bit into a awkward matter and swats the heartless monkey out of the tree. It tasted and felt wierd; there weren't any flesh in them, but she could still feel remains of them within her fangs. Summoning energy, she released a Proud Roar that stunned the creature before it combusted with the energy.
"Unfortunately running is not an option, so you're either getting over it and helping or leaving." Kiara lowly growled to this Ela.
A proud and mighty roar came booming up from overhead and Simba leapt into the fray. He charged at the Heartless... or more specifically, the Living Bones and rose his massive paw up in a preemptive strike on the creature's head. If there was anything he learned from being a King and defending his pride against these foul beings, it was to know how to end them quickly in whatever means possible. Besides... they were trying to hurt his daughter.... There was nothing that would stop Simba from destroying these or anything else that had dared even pull a hair from her body.
Leaping from his opponent and back in front of Kiara, Simba's glaring amber gaze lingered on the Heartless and drifted ever so slightly to the two new faces that were there with the Princess. He would have to deal with Kiara later about that, but for now... even bigger problems were at hand. His attack hadn't gotten rid of the Heartless, but had slowed it down greatly.
"Kiara, get out of here now." Simba said to her, on the very edge of growling. His claws were still extended and the adrenaline pumped through his being. But why? He was supposed to be calm... the adrenaline coursing through his veins wasn't going to help with that. The adrenaline signaled several things... being excited, scared, angry.... He was angry... but he reminded himself to be calm... fighting blindly was going to get him no where in the long run.
[Apologies if I didn't get anything right or... it's not coshure... I'm really tired, so I kind of skimmed through things to get the jist of what was going on.]
As the Princess of the Pride Lands and Ela continued arguing, another lion came out of nowhere. He charged at the sons of darkness, and after slowing them he told Kiara to get out of the place. Maybe he was her father? Well, that didn't matter much at a moment like that; Mikael proceded to cast a protection spell on the lion.
"Bubble of Eldon!" He turned his head towards the lion. "Sorry, it's the best i can do in my lion form." Suddenly a Living Bone heartless appeared near the black maned lion. He ran towards the dark creature, summoning a single fireball which hit the Heartless at its chest. However, it didn't disappear. "We should get going Kiara." He looked at her, chuckling before saying the following. "Reminder: Never use Fire spells when you are at your Pride Lands Form."
((Kinda short, but I can feel my muse returning ))

Ela growled at the growing number of lions coming. How could I banish the heartless without raising suspicion? he thought to himself, and he got an idea...
Ela took a deep breath, and opened his maw wide. Since the other lion had just used a fire spell, he hoped they wouldn't think of this as to strange. He could fell heat bubbling up in his stomach, and crawl up his throat like burbing up stomach acid, without the taste. Then the fire exploded from his mouth, making a beeline for the heartless he aimed it at. He knew it wasn't powerful enough to deal with a Living Bone, but he only had to make it seem like that. He turned his head slowly, blinking each time the flames licked across a heartless, and that heartless disappeared. After he was content, and all the heartless were gone, he turned to the lions.

A familiar scent reached her nose, but the figure was in front of her before she could decipher who it was. Her father was growling angrily and didn't even look at her when spoken to. If there weren't any heartless around, she would've challenged him with stubborness, but even she knew when to pick her battles. This was on to leave alone and do what he said.
Before she could even go far, the heartless were already destroyed and gone, but she couldn't say the same for her father's protectiveness. Kiara backed up a bit as her ears folded back gently, while giving Mikael a side glance.
