In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

Jadis looked back with a perked brow. So one was curious, and another was going to get lost. "I suppose we can find you a map or some sort, since the town isn't too difficulty mapped out unless you wander aimlessly. As for you, what was your name again?"
Her arms folds over her chest as a finger curled around her chin, "Also if you must know, no world is safe as it once was. This world had already been attacked previously, and what do you know, there were hardly any Traversians to actually defend their world. Instead it was me and a cohoert. Already have I sent a pair to seek out another cohort to help defend this world."
"In short, I refuse to guard a world alone simply because their are other lives at stake who should at least stand up for the stability of balance and life. This isn't even my homeworld and I've advocated where some who have been here long did not. So in short, I'm organizing an elite squad to lessen any blow that may come to this world; it is the inevitable, especially if it happened already."
Once she concluded her eyes drifted to another maiden with a piece of art in her hand with an awkward companion.
"You don't know Alena? Too bad, she's really cute and loves to tinker, and she's the best fairy EVER and ..."
Apparently the large woman that was departing decided to talk back with the only male of the group. A closer look revealed that just as the princess Anya suspected, she really looked like a member of royalty and she was even organizing people to form a party of ... knights she guessed.
Wait a second. her name was Jadis? Anya tried hard to remember where she heard that name before and the image of Antique the knight appeared in her mind. She said that she knew one wise lady of name Jadis, and if that empress was Jadis ..
"Pardon me for interrupting your conversation, but are you by any chance Lady Jadis? A very gentle female knight of name Antique once mentioned your name and praised your wisdom as matchless in this land. My name is Tsavera Anya, princess of another world and I'm on a diplomatic mission to unite the many worlds and foster friendship. I'm here as ambassador of my home country Kievan Rus and ..."
There she was, once more swiftly changing her usual easygoing attitude for a princess-like one, putting all her effort into acting and talking like the noble member of royalty she was. Hidden behind her act of politeness and etiquette there was an enormous excitement for if she were the Jadis which Antique served, she could learn one two things about how to be a badass action queen from her, and maybe get a photo of the icy maiden while she was there.
So focused she was in presenting herself that almost forgot to ask her about her friend Alena
"And if you know anything about the fairy Alena, please tell me. She's a precious friend of mine and I was thinking about inviting her to travel with me to a realm called Disney Castle. I'm interesting in starting diplomatic relationships with that world and the more the merrier."
Once done the talked, she performed along her little robot a synchronized dual curtsy, a gesture of respect for a fellow member of royalty.
"It's Cyrus. My name that is," the warrior answered, feeling uneasy. Maybe it was the fact that he was the only guy there, or more likely the fact that if what the Ice Witch said was true, then he owed her for saving this World. "And I guess...I have to thank you then, for helping this place even though you didn't have to. Who's in this 'Elite Squad' though?"
Suddenly his attention was diverted by the girl with the odd contraption, who had begun talking animatedly to the imposing witch. Did she just say she's a princess? That's weird... In his old world, the Princess had staying within the castle, only ever leaving to meet some prince or another. He would know; his parents constantly discussed the royal family.
As she curtsied, he smirked, and did an overly extravagant bow before he could stop himself. It was a testament to how many times he had done the exactly same bow to guests that his body still remembered the motions perfectly. Even so, it's effect was dampened by the smirk on his face.
He righted himself and mentally cursed for his slip up. He just hoped that she didn't notice that he had mocked her. She had posed such a perfect target though.

Lakuri was starting to feel a little out of place with these people. Each of them seemed to know a lot more than she did about the heartless, and or Travers Town and just the surroundings, while Lakuri still knew close to nothing.
Since she came here, Lakuri had only met a few people, and they didn't really tell her much about this place or anything they knew to be happening. So the news of the town being attacked startled her. " Maybe I should stick around a little longer" she though to herself. She had been previously thinking about leaveing.. she should be anyways, she only stopped to ask where she was in the first place. But maybe the information these new people had would help her in the future, so she decided to stick around a little longer, but she kept quiet, what cold she even say to these people? They all seemed very.. diffrent.. than what she was used too.

Jadis blinked as the maiden began talking directly to her. Somehow her name was whispered amongst Traverse Town to land in her ear, but once hearing the name of the source she chuckled softly. Of-course it didn't surprise her at all to hear it was the beloved daughter figure Antique. She smiled a small smile taking note that her apprentice's mood was getting better, since she was becoming sociable again.
She chuckeld again, "That does sound like something my beloved apprentice and ward will say. Well it's indeed a pleasure to meet you as well Tsavera Anya of Kievan Rus. Although you already know I am Jadis former Empress and most likely considered guardian of this world."
"As for your friend, I have no seen a daught of Fae as of late. Actually it has been years since I have." Jadis blinked hearing her location choice, "How ironic I just send to young men to Disney Castle to retrieve a cohert of mine. Hopefully that would is stable. Perhaps you can tell me of it when you return if you plan to." Her head dipped in a bow. In her culture, the Charn never curtsied to do one properly would be an irritation with their great height, so the bow of the head leaning forward was deemed appropiate.
Her focus drifted to Cyrus, "I think that will be the first thanks for that particular deed, but it was all to restore the proper balance. As for the elite squad it is only myself at the moment and my knight Xaver, perhaps. I was hoping my apprentices will stay by me, but...you know children will be children flowing their own paths. I rather not be a dictator when it comes to their choice, but this world will always welcome them."
She knew Mikael was planning something along with Max that dealt with recruiting ironically with others she knew. Perhaps their work can overlap with her own, but Max seems to be too headstrong that he may do something irrational. It was a life lesson for him to learn, so she would frown too harshly at it.
"I am actually searching for more to take under my wing to take their place in this universe. It's sad enough many are forced to grow, so they might as well have a great teacher. From then I hope by free will, the Elite Squad of Traversian will flourish."
Former empress Jadis was an interesting woman. She talked about protecting this world which wasn't hers and taking it as second home. The princess wondered about what kind of life this former ruler lead that eventually brought her to this world where she become a bastion of enlightenment to the youth of adventurers traversing this place.
"A return to this world is an event quite likely to happen, I will attempt to enter in contact with Lady Jadis when I return"
Sure, she was going to return, after all traveling between worlds isn't easy and to never run out of supplies she had to make stops in any world that had intelligent inhabitants.
"Lady Jadis, which world is the one from whence your came? As former rules of said world you should still have enough influence to facilitate negotiations between that world and mine, and ... cant I take a photo of you?"
She held with both hands the camera she always carried hanging on her neck and waited for approval. An instant photo to remember their meeting and maybe copy an interesting ability of the former empress, for her camera was special and the photos not only copied the image snapped but also copied a trait of the target.
"By the way, Is anyone interested in traveling with me? I'm interested in finding travel companions to make of traveling a more enjoyable experience"

"I am actually searching for more to take under my wing to take their place in this universe. It's sad enough many are forced to grow, so they might as well have a great teacher. From then I hope by free will, the Elite Squad of Traversian will flourish."
The idea definitely peaked his interest. It would give him something to look towards. A goal. Traverse Town... now that he knew that it was in danger, it made him consider how much the place meant to him. A place that had taken him in without question, just like it had so many others. The thought that someone would dare attack it irritated him to no end.
Here was someone who had power beyond any normal human, and was offering apprenticeships. The power to protect this place. Even he had to admit that there was a limit to his strength. He had just moments ago reflected on his lack of progress after all. The fact that this woman, Jadis, was organizing such a group meant that a fight was definitely brewing, or already started.
"By the way, Is anyone interested in traveling with me? I'm interested in finding travel companions to make of traveling a more enjoyable experience."
There was another option. Even so, it felt too much like what he had been doing since now; going around aimlessly. He already had a Gummi Ship - he could travel anytime he wanted. From what the princess said, it was some diplomatic mission of sorts. Going back to that sort of life made him mentally grimace.
He politely shook his head at her before turning to Jadis. He took a big breath. "This group of yours... what would it take to join it? And could you tell me a little bit more about this threat against the Worlds?"

While all this was pretty interesting, Lakuri started to get a little bored just listening. Despite her general distrust of people, she did enjoy talking to them. But everything they seemed to be saying, was about things she did not understand... traveling between worlds.. is that even possible? Then agian, how else did she get to this town.
"By the way, Is anyone interested in traveling with me? I'm interested in finding travel companions to make of traveling a more enjoyable experience"
Lakuri knew exactly how that felt, She had always traveled alone, up until very recently. "I'm sorry, that sounds like a lot of fun, but I have someone here I want to be with...." She said and then smiled at her.
Lakuri went quiet agian, thinking about what Jaduis had said earlier. She wanted to make a group of people that will fight agian the world being attacked... how would it be? The more She thought.. the less she felt like she knew and the more questions popped up in her head.
she decided to speak agian, but hoped that she didn't sound rude, after all she wasn't really in this conversation.
"Um.." she started very nervously " I was wondering... could maybe one of you explain to me what the heartless are? B-because no one has really told me anything about things around here, I just know names. and From the sound of what your all talking about... I have a feeling theres a lot I don't know"

"Hm, the world from where I'm from is destroyed many suns ago, and nothing lay there. For now ever since I've awakened I've became apart of this one." A slim brow arched at the request of a photograph. She leaned down to look at the little device. "To paint a picture with such little thing. Very well if you must."
The giantess stood back straight as she looked towards Cyrus, "At the moment, I'm trying not to be picky, but a strong heart and will is required. Also the threat in this universe seems to be quite an obvious one. If you know nothing of it now, then it's better you learn quickly before obliviousness is used against you."
Her brows quirked noticing that two of them were immensely clueless. "Let's find a more appropiate setting for such a...long story. Might as well digest a load of information in comfort and with delights."
A bit disappointing, but that's how life was. None of them accepted to travel with her and probably already had their own plans anyway she thought.
She looked at the girl with the colorful clothings and tried her best to answer to her question.
"Heartless are mean monsters that causes some minor problems, but if you were in my world you shouldn't have to worry anymore about them. The army of my country is strong and quickly dispatches those nasty monsters with our superior firepower! Well ..., the first time we got dragged into the darkness, but that wasn't the fault of the army, we were winning when everything was darkness and some time later the world was back with all the people who weren't spirited away to other worlds! I call foul play on the part of the heartless, because my father mentioned something about a a weak point in the world that was exploited by those creatures"
Once finished talking in a very casual tone with the girl of colorful clothing, she prepared her camera, aimed it carefully to get the best picture possible and snapped a photo of the white witch. It was a clean and perfect shot which copied perfectly the elegant and proud former empress in a instant photo.
"I'll add this photo to my photo album, thanks for your cooperation"
Well, now she had no more business with the trio of people, but she was still interested in listening from former empress Jadis how to be a kickass adventuring member of royalty.
"Lady Jadis, could you share with us stories about your time as empress?"
"Let's find a more appropiate setting for such a...long story. Might as well digest a load of information in comfort and with delights."
"That sounds good. I mean, the obvious threat would be the Heartless, but I don't really know anything about them except to kill them on sight. It'd be nice to know what exactly we're up against," Cyrus said, taking a look at the empty Second District to see if there were any more strange women that were going to pop up. "So, got a place in mind?"
He stopped an exasperated sigh that threatened to come out with the Princess's explanation of a Heartless. Barely. He gave a tentative nod at her question, and decided learning a bit more about who he was potentially allying himself with was a good idea, if not for the same reason as that girl.
(OC: Somewhat short post, cause there's not much else to say until they go where ever it is that they're going.)

(bleh, sorry this isn't such a great post... i don't really have much to say and donno where there going lol)
" So.. the heartless arn't normal... living creatures are they? there some kind of Darkness?" she asked confusedly.
Lakuri wasn't sure if she should be following these people. Even if she did hear all of this information.. what could she possibly do with it? She can't fight, at least not these strange darkness things.
She thought on it for a little while and decided maybe she couldn't make use of the inormation, but someone else could.. if she could remember it.
"I'm coming too." Lakuri said to the others, hopefully with not to much delay, she hadn't really been listeing while she was thinking.

"My days as an empress isn't a proper story for the moment," Jadis replied straight forward as she can visualize her reign and the war that followed engaged by her own flesh and blood, which resulted to one making the decision to whipping out the world, very unwise and ambitious. "In the meantime, come along; I've been harboring the hotel with little to no problem. You all can be my guests."
"When we're there you may grasp a better understanding about this world and the universe its set in." With a nod, she turned on her heels leading them towards the large yellow signs yelling Hotel. Her arms were kept to herself, but the doors opened for her.
Looking at the door numbers, she remembered that the blue room was Antique's for the time being, so she opened the door to the red. Red furnitures made the entire room full and lush with the nearby bed, nightstand, a small coffee table and chairs as well as other furniture.
On the dressers were various ice figurines. There was Antique, Mikael, Rellen, Max, Caxnon, and Dragno as if Jadis was keeping tabs on those she had crossed paths with. Xavier was amongst them as well, but characters she distated weren't among those. With a blow of her lips, new ones replicating her current guest built itself from a growing icicle.
"Would any of you like coffee, custards, muffins, delights, and so on?" She asked once sitting on a chair. Wiggling her hand in her pocket, she pulled a silver capsule before pouring a shimmering silver liquid that looked similar to unicorn blood. The droplet expanded to a silver tray as more droplets made little platters before little treats filled them.
"Now you had questions about these monsters. Well simply ask one."
The princess had not much to do currently for she already finished her duties in Traverse Town and all she had left to do was to wait a few more days for an answer from the first batch of people she met before departing towards new worlds, so she accepted the invitation of former empress Jadis and followed her to the place where she was currently living.
Jadis' residence of choice was the hotel of the second district, specifically the room with the red door. It was .. well ... red, and ice figurines decorated the room, one of them having a striking resemblance with the she-knight Antique. Their host then asked if they wanted something to eat.
"I would like a cup of milk please"
After asking for her order, Jadis did something weird and from a strange silver liquid she produced many objects, including food, cups and a tray.
"I hope I'm not interrupting again, but I'm more interested in that silver liquid than in the heartless. If that technology were to be mass produced, the hunger that punishes the cold lands of my homeworld could be satisfied"
Her world was one of snow and ice, and while member of the high society were never running out of food, the proletariat AKA people of the low-middle working class suffered of the shortage of food that sometimes strikes their lands during the harshest winters.
Cyrus shook his head no, "No thanks, I'm not very hungry." Honestly, he wasn't about to eat something when he had no idea what they were made of or how, no matter how pleasing the aroma was. She doesn't really expect us to eat something she made practically out of thin air, does she?
"I hope I'm not interrupting again, but I'm more interested in that silver liquid than in the heartless. If that technology were to be mass produced, the hunger that punishes the cold lands of my homeworld could be satisfied"
He stiffled a sarcastic remark at this, and replied, "While that silver liquid is impressive, I don't think it's really that convenient, since Traverse Town isn't all the rich." Not that she'd tell us even if it was mass producible. He still didn't completely trust the woman after all. "I myself would like to know.... who exactly is in charge of the Heartless? And if possible, where are they?"
It was a question that had been bugging him for a while now. He could care less what the Heartless were made of, or how they were made. What really mattered was taking out whoever was in charge as fast as possible. "Unless they're really just beasts without purpose? For some reason that doesn't seem likely."
