In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

(*Shmacked by Seed* All right all right, Jeeeeeez)
Lexaeus was dragged in with Rook, but before he fell in he grabbed a hold of the ledge and used his earth powers to form a dome over it so he couldn't fall. Using his free hand Lexaeus sent the rocks that were falling down to be redirected at Rook. If this kid could handle a barrage of rocks while maintaining his grip. He deserves to win.
((Alrighty, I was just picturing something different in my head.))
Rook, in all likeliness, was simply the type who was either too proud to give up, or too stupid to know when or how. Gripping the cloak with both hands now, he ducked and weaved his head fruitlessly in an attempt to keep them away, with little result. The rocks opened gashes on his forehead that trickled blood down his cheeks, forcing him to close an eye as blood seeped into it.
Kicking backwards, he swung in and under Lexaeus' coat, clutching to his thigh with all his might, and reared back with his right hand, struggling to keep hold as he summoned the BlackJack one last time, "You might shake me off, but you'll never forget this!" He jabbed the blade in, at the largest, closest place he could on the Nobody: his stomach.
With all the movement Rook was doing Lexaeus thought of a brilliant plan. He released the dome from around his hands and let go. Causing him and Rook to plummet into the dark abyss. Endless abyss? Hades probably didn't even know. Seeing Rook try and jab him Lexaeus brought his free knee up to block it, getting his knee cut didn't matter right now. Kicking his leg out to hit Rooks arm. V spun his other leg around as best he could while making some, if any, rocks that remained here to pelt Rook.
(Ok ok. Enough) (I can't see this fight go on without SOME form powerplay)
Hades snapped his fingers and time seemed to cease in the arena. He got a puzzled look on his face. He would have to call in someone else to get the verdict. That's right. Not even Hades knew who won this.
Being called in for judgment on a battle, Quistis was summoned, Save the Queen at her side and her blonde hair done up in that oh-so commonly seen bun on her. She gave Hades a look and then looked out to the frozen scene before her, arcing a brow at what it was that she was seeing.
A person's leg was drawn up, hitting a blade of one sort or another... looked to be one of those Keyblade weapons that she had seen that ice-kid using... only... with a different design. The match seemed to have been rather intense and it looked that both parties were near ready to kill each other.
"And what do I owe the pleasure of your summonings, oh foul God of Death?" Quistis asked, sarcasm dripping from her words as she folded her arms over her chest.
Hades perked at the sight Quistis. Just the person he wanted to see.
"Oh Quistis don't be so coy" Hades said with a chuckle. With a wave of his hand a small T.V popped up with the only image on it being Lexaeus and Rook. He stood by Quistis and asked her, "Let's see here. This big brute here, the one in the black cloak, is the clear winner if it came to beating the snot out of this kid." Yeah, it's true. If Quistis were to look closer at Rook, she would be able to see his body and face bloody and torn.
"However," The image on the T.V switched to only Rook, "This kid here was able to out smart the big guy a couple times. My question is this. Who do you think is most deserving to win"
Looking to the screen that was now displayed before her, Quistis stared at it and listened to Hades' inquiries of both participants. It was hard for her to grasp for a moment, and then saw both statuses and conditions of human and Nobody. She didn't know how the fight went... not at all.
"That may be the case... however, I've not seen the whole battle, so getting a direct answer saying who I think should win isn't going to be something that's going to come easy. As far as I see it..." Quitis rose her gaze to the actual, suspended people and then continued, "it looks like a draw. The one in the cloak may have his leg up to deflect the blade of that red-haired one... but there's no way it would have been in time to have it avoid coming into contact...."
Draw huh? Well if that was her professional opinion...then so be it. Hades had a surprise to the people who lost anyway.
"A draw? Fine by me. The quicker I can get this thing done with the sooner I can get back to getting the.....I mean. Good Game to the both of you." Hades snapped his fingers and every single person in the arena, including Quistis and Hades were taken to the waiting room.
