In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

"Well way to go all of you who one in the normal fights!!!" Hades yelled out to the fighters. He snapped his fingers and sent the people who did lose the arena to fight their next opponent.
"Rest, rest. Sit back and watch some of the losers fight for another chance to advance in the Hades Cup." Hades materialized a chair and gave a gesture to Pain to bring him something to eat.

Relena noticed something called the losers fights come up and then all the losers disappearing. Any one of those could be her opponents and instead of looking to find out on the T.V. she looked to Elaeus--since Braig was somewhere else--and nodded goodbye. Slowly she faded out, hey, why was she fading? She sighed and wondered whatever happened to portalling as she altogether disappeared. Onto the loser brackets it was.
Pain's chattering little fear began to ease down as he noticed that scary electric lady vanish. "Pfft." Indeed, this was good riddance. That Relena chick is perhaps the most likely of scariest things in this entire dark room ..... only second to to Hades, Lord of the Dead.
The pudgy imp's adrenaline filled up with more terror when he saw Hades gesture at him. "Uuuuh ..... What is it? O glorious Schemingness?" Pain's teeth began to chatter and his legs started to feel all wobbly. What did Hades want? Clipboard? .... Yes huh. Maybe he wanted to see what was going on in the Hades Cup so far. The small imp placed his clipboard in Hades' hand, a paper of many statistics and other small notes here and there. "This what ya wanted? ... O m-m-merciful, under-derstandi-ding .... one?"
"Hey, it's not actual fighting, it's competing -- nothing wrong with that!"
Ikari arched a brow at that.... If it really were all that... then why didn't Riku's opponent return? She looked to the silver-haired teen again. Had he done what she was beginning to think? Or may the loser of their match had been taken elsewhere. The fire user hated thinking about that. Riku could be an ass, and he was a good fighter... but... he wouldn't really kill anyone... would he?
Shaking her head some and turning back to Kian after she had patted him on the back, she saw him wince and have a look of pain show in his expression.
"M-Maybe not as much as you think. Just, do me a favor,"
"Hm...?"
"Don't do that again?"
With that sounding somewhat like a question, Ikari gave a slightly amused scoff and replied, "alright then, Frosty.... What happened with ya, anyways?"
She had asked the question, but her attention was diverted from Kian to the screens that were now displayed. She had just now noticed them... and then saw that they were...
"The hell!?! Loser brackets?!" Ikari yelled, angered. She darted over to one of the screens and then looked around. She finally spotted her previous opponent and her stance changed. Her hands curled into fists, she clenched her jaw and her brows furrowed. Closing her eyes tightly, Ikari threw out a fist angrily, fire igniting around her for a moment.
"Dammit! This was never explained to us! They already lost! What the hell is with this!?" Ikari shouted, walking up to the screen and angrily throwing another fist at it, her arm passing through as if it weren't there.
Rubix was dead.... In her previous match, she had tried so hard to get him to forfeit so that he didn't have to. He was in no condition to be fighting... not with after the way she had left him.
Rook overheard Ikari's anger directed at the new tournie standings. His name was among the participants again.
Perhaps he wasn't quite as done for the day as he thought he was.
He gathered his cards sans one and set them back in their box, pocketing it as he walked past her, deliberately in front of her, and eyeing her as he faced forward, "What's the matter, Ikari? Something the matter with people having a second chance?" A dark tone layered under his voice as he spoke. he doubted she would remember him, it had been a long time, but he remembered that attitude for sure.
He flipped the familiar looking back of the card to her, as if telling her a silent secret, then looked at the face of the card, smiling knowingly as he walked out and towards the Arena for his "loser's bracket" match.
Hades simply narrowed his eyes and slapped the clipboard away from Pain.
"No you idiot!!. Bring me some food!" Hades then reverted his gaze back to see some girl.....Ikari if he remembered correctly. Fiery temper she had.
"Listen here little girl. My Underdrome. My rules. Simple as that. Can't handle death then get out now. Cause I'm not pulling any more punches. The longer this thing goes on the less likely I'll be to save you if your about to die. I mean. Just ask this Rubix person. Oh and that other one...Zeead, no. Zeed, no....Zedd. Thats it."
"Uh... just got in a bit of a situation with my opponent, heh, the ground hurts."
... He was not frosty, and he wasn't "Frosty" either. Her and her nicknames, he'd never gotten used to it when they first met and he still hadn't. Blondy was the first, guess this nickname was just another one to add to the apparent list that she was creating for him. Ah well, she could be calling him a lot worse of things other than just commenting on his powers and his haircolor.
"The hell!?!"
Heh... the spitfire. Living up to the name, she'd bursted out and ran over to the screens, making Kian move and follow her, wondering just what she was speaking up about.
Loser brackets it seemed... well, nothing wrong with that. Apparently though, to her, there was. She'd even managed to start some sparks of fire around her, causing him to move away slightly. He didn't like fire, liked her, but not her power... this had been found apparent from the first time they met up with one another.
"What's the matter, Ikari?"
Well, well, look who Little Miss Popular was. Seemed she knew just more than Kian at this event. And she called herself anti-social, hah, what a laugh. This guy though... he seemed... iffy to the ice-user. Maybe it was just the tone he'd started to take with her... but whatever it was, it was there.
As he left, light blue eyes continued to follow him, breaking off to look down to Ikari. He placed a hand to Ikari's shoulder, leaning around her to try and catch a glimpse of her... of something.
"Listen here, little girl. My Underdrome. My rules. Simple as that. Can't handle death, then get out now. Cause I'm not pulling any more punches. The longer this thing goes on the less likely I'll be to save you if you're about to die. I mean. Just ask this Rubix person. Oh and that other one...Zeead, no. Zeed, no....Zedd. That's it."
Ikari threw a couple more punches at the screen, venting out her anger. Stupid... stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid boys. Always having to go out and thinking they're tough when it would have been easier for them to forfeit and save their energy when some actually was intending to kill them in the tournament.
"Not everyone's a god dammed hero..." the fire user muttered, swiping at the screen one last time.
Deciding to make his way over, Riku slowly walked over to Ikari's side and then looked to Kian. Though he had been keeping to himself more than half the time in the waiting room, Riku had been keeping an eye on the screens in the room as soon as they had appeared. He wasn't too sure on the loser's brackets himself, however... he recognized that this was a tournament ran by Hades. Entering in a tournament that the God of Death had created... well... it would be safe to say that there wasn't going to be any real rules to it.
"You okay?"
Riku cast his gaze to Kian and then looked back to Hikari, not really knowing what he could say. He never thought that she'd actually be this upset over death, considering her personality. However... there might have been something that bothered her about it... now that he was thinking back on their conversation when he had found her late one night on the Destiny Islands' Play Island.
"It'd probably be best to leave Hi-- ... Ikari alone." Riku said to Kian, his voice still carrying that slight sullen tone from what had happened in his match between himself and Zaos.
Pain's teeth began to chatter again as response to Hades' sudden, predictable, scorn. His eyes nervously wiggled up when looking at the Death God's flames. He chewed his arms, sweat like a pig, and drooled like an idiot. The imp understood Hades. If he doesn't get what he wants, then there'd sure as hell be Tartarus to pay .... After watching an amusing drama of that Hikari chick briefly pounding at a screen, Pain nervously gulped. "Uuuuuh ... One snack, comin' up!" The red imp quickly zoomed out of the room, in the same fashion as earlier.
Just seconds later, he returned, wheeling in a second dark cart. This time, it had a small range of tasty Underworld morsels. Worm Hotdogs, fresh from the ground. Pain picked out the biggest worm and placed it inbetween hotdog buns. It smelled heavenly .... (Note: Heaven here meaning Underworld) .... The imp shrugged off the three kids, Hikari, Riku, and Kian. He then marched up to Hades and shakingly offered the food. "Oh ... um ... Here ya go, O hungry, superior one!"

A soft sigh escaped Jason as he appeared in the Hades Cup waiting room. He had escaped Xavier and appeared victorious. 'Certainly a strong person... But it appears I was stronger...' Jason thought as he leaned against a wall. He could care less on the matter of what was going on with the other matches. He simply was waiting for his next fight to occur. Apparently, since he had won, he was back in the main part of the tournament, fighting in round 3 when it started up. He would rewatch the matches later through his crystal ball. For now, he would stand there, his eyes closed but his ears open, prepared for anything, and resting for the matches to come.

Finally she was back in the waiting room.... and all the other Dark XII members were off involved in the other rounds, damn. She wasn't hurt in the slightest and the minor wounds she had received from the fight had healed, all except the nasty bruise on her jaw. The bruise itself was very hard to see, but it hurt like hell. Relena narrowed her eyes at the thought of allowing a Nobody to land a hit on her. Nevertheless she had Mira's diary, and that would provide an interesting read at least for a little while. She had learned while quickly leafing through it that there were torn out pages in the front of the book, something that made her curious. Just where were the missing pages she wondered.
Another fighter was here, she didn't know his name and she didn't care, but she did care about bothering him. He appeared to be resting and she frowned, such people going through easy rounds and still having to rest. She walked over to him and smirked, "What are you, dead or just weak?" If she were to face this person in the third round, why her day would be complete. Most like the other Dark XII members, Relena was a bit tired. Heartless healed quick and she had little wounds to begin with. To some the third round would seem like a nightmare, to Relena it seemed like endless fun.

The nobody opened his eyes and looked at the one he had seen before him... Relena.... Member of the Dark XII... Jason had become familiar with all of the members of the Dark XII and Organization XIII, watching them both through his crystal ball. So seeing her and being able to determine who she was was a simple task for Jason to complete. Nonetheless, she did ask him a question, so he would answer.
"Neither, heartless. Why work harder then necessary when strength can be stored for a later time? Though... Now for a question of my own... Why does one such as yourself care... Relena?" He said. If it wasn't for the fact that he would not wish to anger the Lord of the Dead, Hades, he would fight Relena right now. The Dark XII and Organization XIII did not deserve to keep whatever life they managed to have. Their existance makes things more difficult to Jason, a nobody unlike the others. As such, their existance must be removed before anything further could occur. But he would not do such a thing. He would simply stand against the wall, waiting.
Tch... Who was this guy? Like he could tell him what to do... Sure, he was... a bit taller... but that meant nothing. And silver hair? This guy was definitely an oddball. Who was he to judge though? Kian was probably weird to him as well, it was just the way that things fit together.
Looking between them, he narrowed his eyes in slight confusion, which was mixed in with mild annoyance, "Fine..."
Slowly he moved his hand away from the spitfire, unsure of what to do. That was... until the matches came up.
Round two, and lucky for him he was up against Ikari. Great... this was just... confusing now, what else was going to unfold today?
"Looks like I'm heading off... later," he said to the two before quickly running off without any other warning. Ikari was the only person in the room he knew, and she'd see him soon enough; no reason for giving a proper goodbye.

Nobodies certainly had their ways of ticking frowned slightly, her eyes still holding their gleam in them. "So I see someone has been watching us. The answer to your questions is I don't. I don't worry about such useless things, instead, I find interest in them, interest about who shall I make fun of first?" She searched his eyes for any emotion. Useless things there were, Nobodies. Relena sneered at him and hoped he knew just was he was up against.

Jason lifted his head, his hair falling back behind his head as he did that and stood up from against the wall. He let off a short nod to the one who had ran off before listening to Relena's words. His eyes remained emotionless. Usually he showed some sort of emotion in them, but why do such a thing in the presence of a heartless? "The one to make fun of first? So you have simply set your sights on me... I see... Well, you can try what you wish, but rest assured... I won't give you the pleasure you wish to obtain..." He said, standing there, curious to know what Relena would say next. Certainly an interesting tournament, that was for sure....
