In a cataclysm known as the Nightfall, the worlds were almost completely destroyed by a harrowing surge of darkness.
In the shadows of the ensuing chaos a new group has taken shape. Led by an Aegyl named Kalos, the 11th Hour touts an esoteric knowledge of how to combat the darkness and restore the worlds. They might be the worlds’ best chance at survival; but nobody really knows enough about them to confirm or deny their claims.
On the brink of collapse, the universe holds its breath in anticipation. Of restoration? Of destruction? It is up to individuals like yourself to decide.

So many ways of gaining pleasure, the Nobody was wrong in assuming the type Relena indulged in. She enjoyed seeing the person trying to outsmart her, it was like a game, trying to make the other person crack first. Of course when the other person cracked her amusement level only went up more. Wouldn't give her the pleasure she wanted? Well wasn't he already off to a bad start? She smirked and rubbed dirt off her cheek that showed in the reflection of the TV. Her eyes caught the list of names for the losers bracket.
Lexaeus, who wasn't here, Relena, herself, Zedd, he was already in the third round now, and then Jason, the other fight was still going on. So this kid, he had to be Jason, well now, would she be fighting him later? "Jason, you're not really the smartest bulb in the box are you? Judging by the smirk I'm giving you, I'll find pleasure in what you do no matter what you do." To prove her point her smirk grew wider as her eyes locked with his in a challenging manner.

Jason kept track of Relena's action as she cleaned off her bracelet and then stared at it for a bit. Jason could see the TV behind that held the name of the people in the loser's bracket, his own there listed as a winner. And then she had spoken once more, this time using his name and finding pleasure in a nothing. Jason's eyes remained emotionless, not fazed by her words.
"Then you will find your pleasure. The choice of that is up to you, I could care less what a heartless does. I'm here of my own reasons... Nothing more..." He said, staring right back at Relena. His silver eyes stared right into hers, colored of sapphire. At least she wasn't like most heartless with the glowing yellow eyes... These eyes were ones he could stare into without that burning feeling.

((What bracelet?))
Of course he would try to make himself look cool. She had seen this before, so many Nobodies tried their hardest to beat their mortal enemies, the Heartless, in everything they did. That was not to say that Relena didn't do the same. She wasn't about to let this Dark XII stalker get the best of her. If he was under the impression that her eyes did not pierce the soul like most he was wrong. If looks could kill Relena's would. Where as the plain yellow orbs of a Heartless' eyes would make you feel empty and cold, Relena's made you feel truly hated and unsafe. She would never fight here however, that would only be saved for the battlefield.

((*headdesk* My mind saw bracket, moved it up, and changed it to bracelet... Note to self: Stop trying to post when tired....))
Jason realized that she had stopped speaking and as such wouldn't have anything to respond to as he continued to stare. He wasn't sure where this staring contest was going, but it appeared that Relena wanted something. Whether it be to intimidate him, or receive some form of "accomplishment" for having "beaten" him, Jason didn't care. Why give into a heartless when they simply rely on instinct rather then intellect. Sure, the Dark XII heartless relied a bit on intellect, but they were still heartless, and for that... Well... There was little else he could say on the matter. To him, Heartless were heartless, nobodies were nobodies, and humans were both. He would be human again, soon enough. It would just take a bit more time....
The bloody, battered Rook stumbled into the waiting room. He leaned against the frame of the doorway, his first step away from it resulting in his clattering to the floor. A stab in his side, two more across his chest and shoulders. He was more than lucky Hades called a halt to the match with Gilgamesh when he did... Rook didn't have more than a few more moments of consciousness in him.
Far in the back of his mind now, those thoughts were. More importantly, he needed aide. The assassin who had brought him here was no where to be found, likely off in a match of his own at the moment. There goes the first source of help...
He crumbled to the floor, forcefully breathing steady in his last attempts to keep himself awake. "Marluxia!!"

Her eyes went to the monitor and noticed that the last battle of the losers round was over. Judging by the bloody person stumbling in, this was the winner of that last round. The monitor also told which fighter would be going up against who. Up until a minute ago Relena had no clue who she was up against, except that it would be the winner of the last losers round. That meant that the half-dying person in front of her was her opponent. She couldn't help but grin as she noticed the fighter's breathing that sounded more forced than natural, the weak look in his eyes, oh this next round would certainly be a blast.
"Marluxia!!"
What an idiot. Obviously the Organization XIII member was absent from the waiting room and would not just be summoned by a weak human. Relena snickered as she watched the pathetic fighter lie helplessly on the ground. With the way things were going, she would have a pretty good shot at winning the tournament. The only injuries on her were the bruise along her jawline and a couple cuts and scratches from weak attacks. She hoped Hades would hurry his ass up and get the next round started before some good Samaritan came along and healed her opponent before the fight.
"Peace is a lie, there is only passion... through passion, I gain strength... through strength, I gain power... through power, I gain control... through control, I gain victory... and through victory, my chains are broken." She was in darkness, trapped without an exit. The cursed book had been her prison for centuries, and the sorceress was eager to come out. She had felt it, when the girl died. However, Rosalinda didn't felt sorry for Princess Mira's death. The nobody had been weak, and death was a fate she rightfully deserved.
The time magician's energy was gone forever, but a new energy could be felt as its source touched the pages of the book. It was dark and electric... and merciless. That power... it was admirable indeed. Nothing compared to the weakling that held her before. Slow heartbeats escaped the book, weak enough to only make Relena able to hear them. Rosalinda needed the Heartless to free her from her prison... but how? The being was strong enough to resist the book's capture. Maybe there was another way to free herself...
However, she would only find out with Relena's help. Without it, she would remained trapped in the book. As her hope increased, the heartbeats became stronger. The queen could only hope that the dark entity would hear the heartbeats. She needed to be free, free to gain what was rightfully hers back.

Jason continued to stand there as he saw Rook appear in the room, obviously having just won his last match. However... He certainly did not appear to be in good shape. Jason's crystal ball was pulled out as a Cura spell was cast upon Rook. "Must have been a difficult match. Though as to why you are calling upon that nobody... Well let's just say that I can't seem to figure out why you would." Jason said, still leaning on the pillar, but obviously talking to Rook. He was to fight Relena in the next round, so his Cura spell would at least give him a bit more of a fighting chance. Though... There was a different air about him then the last time he saw him back on Destiny Islands. What exactly had happened during his time in Disney Castle? That was something that Jason would soon have to find out.

Elaeus re-entered the waiting room; he was already finished with his second match. It was a pathetic one to wishing he could utilize the boy more before the round was cut short. Again, Elaeus didn't have any injuries; after all he wasn't human and didn't have a body to wound. His darkness frame was still stable leaving feel quite relaxed. Nonchalantly he browsed the room to see who was left and who was in battle as he walked. Relena was still around thankfully.
Looking down, he passed an individual who was severely injured. His brow perked at the sight of him; without needed treatments, the boy wouldn't last through his next round or waiting. Seeing a green glow coat his body didn't surprise the Heartless; someone had decided to tend to him. It was quite foolish; after all this is a competition. Why aid your possible future competitor?
"Must have been a difficult match. Though as to why you are calling upon that nobody... Well let's just say that I can't seem to figure out why you would."
That made his ears perked. This boy was calling on a nobody for aid? From the tonality of the fellow nobody, whomever was the associate of the wounded warrior wasn't too admired. Slowly he began to think; Marluxia was here. Elaeus had to fight one of his opponents, who reeked of cherry blossoms. His eyes narrowed at the thought.
So Marluxia have a pet..I would be out of Lexaeus' character to take someone in... Without looking at the boy, Elaeus left the boy and sat in a chair waiting for his next match.

Lightning crackled around her palms as she saw a Cura spell get cast onto Rook. Needless to say, Relena was furious. She whirled to Jason, grabbed him by the collar and slammed him against the wall. Yes, Relena had snapped. "Look kid, if you wish to die, cast another healing spell on him. Its not your choice to help him or not. If he was your opponent then you could choose whether to heal him or not. But since he's my opponent then you cannot lay a hand or spell on him." she snarled at him furiously and zapped him at the very end as she gave him a death-glare.
A dark aura could be felt in the room and she released her hold on Jason to see Elaeus. she nodded at him politely, though anyone could see the glower etched onto her face as she executed it. So Elaeus had won his round, but did Even? Number four should have made it, after all she did, why couldn't he? Braig's name came up disqualified on the screen, that jerk just stayed to fight her and then left. Her eyes locked with Elaeus and she tilted her head toward Jason and made a face. 'Are you up against him?' she mouthed to Elaeus and added quickly, 'If so, crush him until there's nothing left.'
(Realized that Mikael's dialogue is white, changed Rosie's to pink)
"Argh... didn't saw that one comming..." The sorceress grumbled as she felt the electricity running through the insides of the book. The Heartless had appearantly noticed the book's aura, which had been something good. Yeah, the plan was comming out just perfectly... until he appeared. It seemed that the girl had mistaken the aura for another being's. "Damn it..." She had been so close!
Fortunately, the queen was full of ideas. She was going to see how the girl reacted to her magic. She closed her green eyes in the darkness as her aura became stronger and gained a yellowish color. Rosalinda was planning to shock Relena, being curious about how would it affect her, a darkness and thunder manipulator. The magic word... "Thundaga..." Suddenly, electricity emerged from the book's inside intending to surround its outside... as well as shocking the dark woman.

Elaeus chuckled softly at Relena's message, "Only the Lord of the Dead truly knows...but...that would be one less nuisance."
Feeling a slight tingle, his head whipped in the direction it was from; lightening was emerging from the book before traveling to impact on Relena. His fingers flexed as the tiger claws covered his left hand. "Make that two."
The Heartless didn't know what this book was or who it belonged to; he does know that it lowly attempted to attack a Dark member, Relena of all others. If he was to think first, he would've doubted that he needed to react. Little Lena's element is lightening, which is manipulated through her spheres, or so he thought.
His brows furrowed as he approached the book, while his body became solid.

A suddenly jolt of energy came from the diary she had stolen from Mira. It quickly shot to Relena's palm, healing her slightly, but also escaping from the tips of her fingers. Five burn marks appeared on the carpet of the waiting room and she looked down to see what could have caused such a thing. It was similar to the last attack she gave while fighting Braig and surprised her as she didn't have any electricity around her to absorb. That meant one of two things, she had mastered Thundaga now, or someone had just casted that spell. Since no one here could cast Thundaga, did that mean she had just learned it? No, because there was someone else here that could cast it.
She didn't notice before, but she could feel a slightly weaker dark energy in the room, or was it just fainter? As in whoever's energy it was currently was off in a distant place, yet close enough to let themselves be known. The lightning did come from the book, could it be Mira coming back from the dead? No, Mira could never have casted such a spell, perhaps then someone else was trapped inside this book? Relena looked up to see Elaeus slowly moving toward her. He probably sensed the energy before her, and wanted to destroy it at all costs.
Then energy was dark, but whoever it was, they could control lightning, rather well too. Perhaps Relena could find a way to free this person, then learn a couple tricks from them, and then throw them out like last week's paper. Quickly she tossed the book up in the air, caught it with the other hand, spun to the side, and lifted up a hand to stop Elaeus from moving forward anymore. "Currently," she spoke, staring coolly at the other Dark XII member, "the book is in my possession. You cannot touch it without my permission which at the moment you do not have." The look in her eyes deepened, challenging Elaeus to try and take it away from her.
Number Twelve's lightning spells would not work on Elaeus, but one such as him should know not to mess with her. She was both offensive and defensive, which came in handy with fighting. She could attack and make off without any scratches. If Elaeus knew well enough, he would not try grabbing the book from her unless he wanted her putting nineteen spheres through his body and then moving away with the book still in hand. Silently spheres slithered down to her left hand, ready to form tiger claws such as Elaeus' to counter his attack. Such they were his weapon, but that didn't mean he knew exactly how to attack when his own weapon was used against him.

"Last time I checked Relena I hardly cared for any permission from you, nor would I ever need it." Elaeus replied nonchalantly clarifying his lack of care. If he wanted the book, he would've taken it already and stabbed it for attacking another, but seeing Relena uninjured, he lost the motivation to do so. Also oppossing her now wouldn't be benefitial for the 12th heartless, who was going up against a keyblade wielder soon.
"Save that attitude for your next match. Challenging me wouldn't be helping you any.l" He wondered when will she learn that she can never intimidate him. The only reason that he haven't snatched her heart away was because she had some use. The term 'some' was thinning more and more with her increased lack of presence and his decreasing tolerance for her.
"Keep the book if you want Lena. Just don't die in your next round," silently he pushed past her. For now he was through with the electro heartless only to call on her when needed. There was far too much to think for the future then play number 12.
Marluxia, fresh from his victory over Riku, was a tad annoyed to see his apprentice lying on the floor and barely able to sray awake. The nerve of that boy.
"Rook....." the Assassin said softly as he walked up to his fallen comrade. He pulled out a sample potion he got from his flower breeding and gave it to the boy. Now is not the time for Rook to be dying, his purpose still needs to be fulfilled. XI would be damned if a simple tournament would take away the power he had so longed for.
Marluxia walked up to Jason and told him, "Watch over him, it seems like you two know of each other. I have other matters to attened to right now..."Marluxia eyed Elaeus and Relena fighting over some kind of book, Ienzo had said he wanted to give XI help. But for what purpose?
